Absolutely the WORST!!! The trainer is mon experienced, ‘itna weight toh ladkiya uthati hai’ was his statement when I had just started exercising. He wanted me to go very heavy on my first day itself. The environment is extremely bad. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Great gym with new machines and the coach is very helping. Being a girl and a beginner I was worried but the coach explained me everything and now my body changed a lot as I wished. It's clean and safe.
