I am absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated tonight at Rootyhill Zone Bowling. We had two Halinda League Players with disabilities with us and we're refused for them to have bumbers, the lady was Rude and said they are only for children, which is absolutely not right, after stating again they have a disability they were finely given bumbers. Another note I waiting 15 minutes for someone to leave the disabable/baby change room only to find out it was locked the whole time, and I had to change my son in the corridor on the dirty Floors between the toilets and lockers. Once again the lady who served us walked away from me while I was waiting to be served to get some drinks, she rolled her eyes, walked back and told the guy cooking to food to serve me, I must Billy was so beautiful and nice, unlike her. I really do believe you need to educate your Staff, on the fact that people of all kind do play Bowling and the bumbers should be allowed for all people and not just KIDS Absolutely disgusting I say No Stars but i have to put one or I can't post

Very clean and lane's great for a good bowling experience but some staff members really not that friendly except for the initial person who I spoke to when first arriving. The first staff member was pleasant, but another in a different uniform I assume a supervisor didn't even say one word when I took back a pair of bowling shoes to swap because the laces were broken and there was a big hole on the bottom of the shoe. She gave me another pair with a hole and I showed her and asked her to please swap them and she again pretty much ignored me after slapping another pair of shoes on the counter and walking off. These had a split in the sole of the shoes but I obviously wasn't going to get any better so I took them to bowl in. The nicest person there is the gentleman who works in the bowling pro shop who adjusted the holes in my daughters bowling ball for her on the spot. He did a great job and was very nice. Overall will go there again to bowl only because the lanes are well set out and parking close by.

Very good fun to be had here for all ages. We had a great time here with friends. I would give 5 stars but a lot of the machines were faulty. Basketball game balls were up on roof of game and we never noticed until the timer started counting down and we never got any balls out the bottom. (Got refunded) Milk jug toss game never added our 1000 points to our total score for scoring into the milk jug. This happened on 3 occasions when we played. (Not helped out) Laser energy game, the lasers on the guns would not shoot when credits were deposited and game started. (Not helped out) Down the clown game took our credits and then said game not working when we hit start button. (Got refunded)

Bowling was fine and the kids enjoyed this part but then we ordered lunch and had to wait 38 minutes for our food to be prepared. Customers who ordered after us got their food before us. The food was well below average - hot dog was cold and dry, nuggets were bland, and ham & pineapple pizza had zero pineapple on it and only a tiny amount of ham. By the time the food came out, the kids were beyond hungry and then didn’t feel like eating. The time we waited for our food ruined our secondary plans as it meant we were behind time. This was a family day for my daughters and my nephews birthday, so very disappointed. We would definitely reconsider booking here again.

We celebrated our son's 4th birthday with a big group of 30 people at West HQ Rooty Hill. We had a great time!!! We booked the kids party session along with adults and ordered platters for everyone (kids had their own meals as well). We even got some of our families to play even though they weren't keen, but ended up playing 2x games. Although I would only do 1x game for the kids (under 9s) as they were a bit slower and they had a sit down meal and a 15min arcade game afterwards. The customer service was great as well. Friendly service from the booking sales and our party hosts. The hosts were lovely and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Took the kids to laser tag and they were told they couldn’t run whilst playing. They weren’t allowed to duck down and hide from the opposing team. They had to walk around the course and stand still as the other team shot at them. The older (arrogant) male employee entered the course with us and barked rudely every time one child walked too quickly. I thought laser tag was meant to be fun. He then told our kids to get out and go home if he went too fast. Biggest waste of money. I highly recommend AMF laser tag at Villawood for a more authentic experience.

Went there with friends to enjoy by playing bowling but unfortunately this place got RUDE staff!!! "senior staff" she told my husband your shoes will stain our floor. she said that 3 times! and she got mad at us cos I told her we are not renting shoes just because you said we will stain the floor. she was yelling and got mad! if she said we need to rent shoes for our safety then we will rent it not a problem but for her saying we will stain the floor, seriously??? we just left and they lose customers!!! will never come back! No customer service at all!

Did not go bowling, although there were plenty of lanes available, we went to the acrcade for an hour. All areas were clean and tidy, & Games were good, however too many were out of order! Cost of games was good. Cost of Prizes (in tickets) was WAY too high to get anything even half decent! Had milkshakes and iced coffee's from the snack bar... milkshakes were good... iced coffee's were far too bitter, needed some type of sweetener. Again, drinks were decently priced though. Would go again, but not on a regular basis.

I was a customer there when the below review happened and remember the family being abusive towards staff and complaining that they could not have multiple people bowl that they didn't pay for. Staff handled the situation really well though even with one man abusing those on front counter. Shocking display, especially in front of kids. Staff don't deserve to be treated like that. The people on that day were lovely, my family had a great time and we look forward to returning again. Thanks Zone Bowling, Rooty Hill. :)

The worst bowling alley i have ever been too do not go!!! So its super pricey and we had the worst customer service i ever had , so we bought drinks and a arcade card and were told we were allowed to drink in the arcade we had to sit at a table then go to the arcade what i was annoyed at is that they didnt tells us this before we bought the card and and the alcohol . The staff are very very rude and they werent paying attention to the customers at all they ere busy talking to each other

Ashleigh is one of the customer service representatives that work here, absolutely terrible attitude,s was so rude to my partner and I and decided to have her own conversation with another staff member while we were trying to get information in regards to bowling. Very rude staff will never be back here again. Plus the the place had rubbish all over the floor and the bathroom was disgusting. I wish I could give this place a zero. I will only go bowling in blacktown from now on.

Great standalone family fun complex with a lot of gaming machines, plenty of bowling lanes and an awesome laser tag arena. Staff are generally receptive and fast, although when they're clearly understaffed it can take much more time to answer your enquiry. Nice cafe although the prices are a little bit expensive, and also a fantastic place to drop off the kids with supervision as the RSL and also the pools are super close by. Plenty of parking around too!

Today I attended Bowling with a group of people with a disability. It was full with many other people with a disability. We enjoyed a fun game of Bowling with assisted bowling stand and rails. Afterwards we sat at the tables and ate our packed lunches. Some people bought nachos there. A good day. Since posting this review zone bowling has had many disability groups join. The mornings up to lunch is a very disability friendly room. Good times!!

We highly recommend ZONE BOWLING, West HQ as it has exceeded our expectations. The kids had so much fun with the combo-bowling, laser tag and arcade. Apart from that I would highly recommend the party host, Kirstyn as she’s really lovely. She’s very patient and very nice to the kids. She facilitated the party very well and guided the kids all throughout. Thank you so much, Kirstyn. The kids most especially the birthday boy had a blast! ❤️

As always a pleasant experience due to the expertise of Margaret on the Halinda League at Rooty Hill on Saturday mornings With so many different things to control not to mention the diversity of the clients she always presents with a smile and a caring attitude. This league is in its 31st year and going strong thanks to Margarat and the Mothers who assist her when necrssary. A very positive experience. Laureen Giglia.

Me and my group of friends came here on the 7th October during the night and had a wonderful experience playing bowling and laser tag. I didn’t manage to get the name of the supervisor who served us at the time, but she was very nice and helpful whenever she served us and whenever we asked for assistance. Definitely would like to commend her for how great she was to us during our time there.

Took the kids in for a round of bowling and everyone was having a good time untill we got served raw chicken tenders. I only realised this after digging into my meal, unfortunately a bit too late as one of my kids had finished eating her meal. The staff were very apologetic and did offer us re cooked tenders but we just lost the appetite of eating. Hoping that none of us get sick

Big place here , parking can be a challenge , there are plenty of things for the kids to do if you can afford it . This place can seriously put a dent in your wallet , food is available but not cheap . Does get fairly loud in here at times there can be several parties going on at the one time .Good to visit but not too often as its very draining .

Came here yesterday with my family. We played basically every arcade game there. Reason for the 4 stars is because there were some machines were not working properly but I did get a refund so that was great. Except for that we had a really good time there. (Also I made 1st in the leaderboard in the piano tile game there have there)

I’m already in the bowling while I’m writing this, girls on reception chitchat, asked them twice to play laser skirmish they said there’s a game going when we told them the game is over they just didn’t believe that til we consistently asked them to go and check, poor customer service no eye contact careless attitude!!!

We had our child’s birthday at Zone bowling in January 2023. The party hosts Hannah and Kalvin were simply amazing. From the very beginning Hannah had everything organised. Hannah and Kalvin made the party so special for our child. I would highly recommend both Hannah and Kalvin for all future parties.

Great experience here Very cleab establishment with EVERYTHING sanitized including bowling bowls after every use. Jean and Jackie where absolutely lovely and very accommodating to my family and I. Food was fresh thanks to Jake and had one of the best burgers i have had in ages. Great spot

I love bowling league here, but... on my last visit, our lanes were not oiled whatsoever, and we had to bowl with it while everyone else had good oil on there lanes. Also sometimes we struggle with sticky or no slide on the approaches, and with me having bad knees it doesn't help.

i took my daughter there this sunday at 12 lunch time to have 1 game, and they told me a 5 hour wait! there where bookings made apparently and the lanes were empty for 25mins enough time for my 6yr old to have 1 game. a joke of a place and staff that couldnt handle pressure

Piss poor service for a Sunday night. Had to wait a very long time to be served as only 1 person working the front desk. The only food they were serving hot chips as again only 1 person was working in the cafeteria... really? What a joke for a family night out!

Had a booking at 9:15, came in on time. They couldn’t serve us because we didn’t have any masks. I said I would be right back to get some in the car. I tried coming back in at 9:20 and they rejected my entry saying they were closed. What is that, unbelievable

Good food,good arcade but the only issue is staff.There is very very limited staff like 2 to serve,cook and manage the place in general.I waited 10 minutes to be served at the cafe.I really wished they could hire more for better and faster service

Excellent place to host our 9 year olds birthday party. Bowling and arcade fun with party room and food included. Hannah was our party host and she did a awesome job making sure the party went off without any problems. Would recommend highly.

We booked on line and got to the place but still had the wait 20mins to get a line. That's pretty hard we a 4 n 5 year old. With all the game stuff there when you are tight on money as a single mum. Up side the food was great.

Our kids and their cousin's enjoyed their game of bumper bowling. There was six of them and they were tired by the end of their first game. We spent a lot of time at the arcades though. Good night out regardless so 4/5!

Kirstyn is an amazing party host whatever we needed she helped us when we wanted the railings up she did it, when the ball ran out she helped us. I think she is an amazing party host and I would have her again!

We were served by a lady called Jackie, her customers service was fantastic, the place was clean and the music playing was great. It just had a perfect atomsphere. Would definitely go there again.

Good deals for the kids, some of the balls are a bit damaged but it's a nice new venue. They were nice enough to validate our out of date vouchers. It's a fun night out for the family.

Best zone bowling in Western Sydney, easy to access and great the laser tag, if only there were more variety in the arcade and a lower cost for food. It would definitely be five stars.

Accessible, great and fun environment, spacious, has 34 lanes. A.C. not as strong as one would expect for a new facility but overall a fun time out. Friendly team of employees.

Had a great time here today. 2 games of bowling, a $10 cafe voucher and 20 minutes of arcade games with 250 tickets was $32.90 per person. Good value for money!

It would have given 5 stars had we been refunded for the games that didn't work. Lost about $20 and I did speak to a staff member but it wasn't dealt with.

Enjoyed watching the kids have fun the only down fall is that the food is a rip-off so after it we went somewhere else to eat and im so glad we did

Approaches were very sticky, could not slide. Place is a made house with absolutely no social distancing what so ever. Toilets are always dirty.
