There are a few fun and novel things in the store, however, most of the stuff here is a Shameless cash grab. For example shirts made with recycled plastic but they are uncomfortable and itchy and cost twice as much as the other t-shirts there. Or the fertilizer they try to sell you which is literally just download from their animals. The zoo is great but they could really improve the store. I personally would not recommend spending too long in this location.

Good place to buy mementos. Could buy a book here today" The hidden life of trees" by Peter Wohlleben. Many interesting items for children too. Anything you buy here helps in contribution towards conservation of nature and mother Earth. Must visit and buy something when on a visit to Zoo. Had a long wait today in que due to restrictions on account of covid 19.

ZooStore West at Woodland Park Zoo is awesome this store is very cool. It's easy to find and is a beautiful place to visit with your family and friend's I love this place . It's at the zoo entrance . There's a lot of cool stuff in here to see and buy . They sell zoo doo here . It's pretty special stuff for your garden or flowers #love

The occasion visit is fun. But I should not have to go get a covid test, when I have 3 disabled kids have no symptoms. Heck most places are only testing if you do have symptoms. This place is also expensive and small compared to Pointe Defiance. Like I said it's an ok, occasional trip.

The ladies that were working when we visited were very welcoming and friendly. They had a lot of things to choose from and if you're a member you get 10% off! It was so warm inside too! A nice break from the chillier fall weather.

With only one gift shop, I was disappointed with the variety of items. I wanted to get different items than were available. I have been spoiled by the San Diego zoo and all of their shops. Hopefully eventually more will open

Right out the exit of the dinosaur exhibit so the kiddos can not miss it. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, prices are about what you should expect, but didn't seem unreasonable.

As expected. Fun and a variety of things for momentos of the zoo and conversation in general. Clean and friendly staff, good place to stop for visitors.

Small and very crowded. The staff are very friendly and helpful though. Guests are not so kind to others that happen to be in a wheelchair.

It was an ok gift shop in variety for an adult but was unaware it wasn't like the south gate store. Nothing for kids at all.

Zoo store has a lot of varieties of stuffed animals for sale. A bit too expensive though.

Whenever we finish with the zoo we stop in here. Its pretty cool. The kids love it.
