Did my Toyota logbook service with them. Andrew and the team were very kind and answered all my questions. Good service. Car was ready on time. Honest and friendly, did not try to make any unnecessary repairs Price is about the same as other places like Toyota service Centre Windsor. If you want them to use genuine parts instead of aftermarket equivalent the price goes up. I was a bit concerned that there were cars under cars on the lifts but I guess they know what they are doing and there are fail safes built in the car lifts.They accept Afterpay which was a big help and made it possible for me to afford the major service even though I was very low on cash at the time.will probably use their services again.

We are new to the area and tried to find local mechanic which our first experience was horrible My LDV van was making horrific noises .. However we come across Zoom automotive and from the first meeting with Jason and the team it was a breath of fresh air Friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and good old fashion service which is hard to find. I'll start of by 100% recommending these blokes to repair your car. I own a 2005 BF Ford Falcon Futura MK 2 and originally came in for an oil leak inspection. They identified where the leak was coming from and on top of that noticed my power steering system was on its way out too. I was quoted very reasonable prices for both repairs (I also asked for some general fixes around the car after the fact and they just included it within the original quote which was a pretty sweet deal). The jobs done were replacing the rear main seal and replacing the high pressure power steering hose. If you're like me and new to the area trying to find a top notch mechanic, I would give Jason and his team a try.

My Tiguan was making a loud noise in the engine and I stopped at Zoom and the team at Zoom looked at it. Before they did any repairs they asked if it was under warranty. I was under warranty so they had me call VW to see what should be done and VW wanted it towed to them. The guys at Zoom let me leave the car until the tow truck came the next day. Then they wouldn’t take any money for looking at it even though there was about an hour of work put into trying to find the noise. Excellent integrity on their part for not trying to get the job and void my warranty and great customer service all around. Highly recommend them! Thanks Zoom!

The guys at zoom are incredibly helpful, we have been to them twice now. Initially to have our brakes done and more recently for a rego inspection. Both times their quote was at least $100 cheaper than other places I spoke to. This most recent time our rego was expiring when we were set to go on holidays and the car had more issues than we were expecting, Andrew (I think it was) very kindly squeezed us in the weekend before Christmas and got the repairs done so we could take the car on holiday. I Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a mechanic who will do a good job and also treat their customers well!

I had a great experience with these guys. They are located at Garfield road, Riverstone. Actually, my van’s tyre got punctured and i was fixing it and I didn’t have proper tools or a puncture kit but when went to them they provided me with necessary equipments for fixing a puncture without even a single question. When i asked them for any charges then they said no need for this and have a good day. I would say they were so helpful and kind. Thank you for your help guys. Jason did a great job with my car and went above & beyond. Will definitely be coming back. Edit: 4 months after the service was done on my car the oil sign popped up on my dash, thought it was odd, checked the oil and it was practically empty and what little tiny oil that was left was completely black. I paid a fortune for the service and gave these mechanics a good review assuming that my car had been correctly serviced but it wasn’t, I won’t be returning.

First time having our car serviced here and very impressed with the whole experience. Easy to book in, great customer service and the guys fixed things that previous mechanics had missed. It is great you get to speak to the mechanics when booking it in and picking up the car. The car is driving really well and have now put my mums car there for service and will definitely keep using Zoom. Wish we had started using them years earlier.

Friendly team, got the job done fast. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the transparency. I got quoted a price but when I picked it up it was more than expected. If the job required extra parts, I think I should have received a phone call to ask first rather than going ahead and surprising me with the bill later.

I had a probable issue with the alternator my Jeep Compass. I took it to them and they told me that the alternator needs to be replaced. They charged me 1590.00 AUD for supply and install of a new alternator. I leave it to the readers to contemplate on the costs.
