Worst customer service, the welcome staff are okay but the sellers attitude were very unprofessional, they think they’re selling vegetables in wet markets. The staff that showing me products was unwell, continues coughing while speaking to me without a mask or cover her mouth. Moreover, when I asking which design & size/budget I’m looking for, she has no patience at all and sigh on me. So I leave immediately. I went to another shop named (DGJ).

Didn't get satisfactory customer services. Jewelleries Quality is not good properly. They should make strong and comfortable designs for the customers. Can't provide proper customer services regarding the complaints about their bad quality as well. It is so annoying. Sweet speech is not the only way to make business successfully. Honesty and customer satisfaction even after selling your products are very important.

They give the best service among other jewlery shops in Yangon. I am not sure the quality of their product is superior or not but it really is competitive. I am sure you won't come out from the shop with bare hand once you go in (at least the staffs will give you a water bottle even if you don't buy). Overall, I would give four stars.

Good shop to select different designs. On other hand limited trasferancy in terms of calculation (example: Hybrid jewelry diamond mix with gold). And grams =tical. (Example: Google conversation; tical=16.4g. here calculated : 1 tical=16.6g

Very crowded in weekend and there is no middle range gold items in there (for example : there is no between 3lakh and 4lakh gold item at the time of my visit)

Some sales girls are well trained and some are not. Overall service was good before. Seems like it was degraded a little bit.
