While staff is very nice and helpful the manager is very confrontational. Went to return shoes that were defective in 3 days of purchase. She said initially had problem that we did not bring the box that we recycled. Then she had problem that the shoes were worn and can’t be re-sold (imagine re-selling defective product)! I said that I can certainly dig up the box from recycling bin. Also, that the defect would not have been discovered unless it was worn. It was basically missing part of insole. She had no intention to even understand the customer issue and the unfair business tactic. She eventually agreed to exchange but they had no size. She called Markville mall and they reserved the size for us. Upon arrival we were first denied the exchange as apparently this can only be done at the original store. I explained my reason for driving there and referral from STC. The lovely young lady eventually agreed to exchange to. While she was much more pleasant and customer oriented than the manager at STC the whole experience left us with a bitter taste of Adidas experience. We will be shopping other brands from now on.

I went to the Adidas store beside "House of Hoops" and "Lids" and found the experience well but I have one complaint, at checkout I asked if there was a possibility to have a discount on the item I was purchasing but the cashier told me even if I sign up to be a member there wont be a chance that I receive a discount right away. But when I went home and checked my email I saw that Adidas had given me 15% when I signed up at the store (that email was sent right when I signed up). So some employees need to be educated further on store rewards and policies to ensure the customer has a effective and trustworthy experience.

I went into the actual adidas store, not the one that’s attached to Champs. There were four associates in there including the assistant manager. None of them greeted me or my mother at any point. We browsed around and the associates were just starring, I’m not sure if she was stereotyping us. But I was highly offended and I asked if there was a manager in there and that’s when I became aware that there’s an “assistant manager” there. But, the way they were just standing together gossiping, I knew nothing would Come out of it. So I decided to leave a review instead, I hope this finds someone who cares well.

STC is part of my daily commute and I come in here from time to time to see what they have for trail running/hiking. A few months ago I found a similar pair of Terrex's I wanted years ago, so I snapped them up. Usually the staff here are a little young and "occupied." Pleasantly, I was helped by a few individuals and I was quite impressed with a young man, "K." He was candid about Adidas, extremely knowledgeable, and was incredibly helpful and insightful. It was a pleasure to shop here, especially that day! Thank you!

Absolutely NO sympathy towards the loyal and honest as well as respected customers. NO returns or exchanges after a month. Very rude and very non professional attitude and customer service. When you buy from them their attitude is so welcoming but when it's time to return or exchange they don't care who you are and where you coming from?. I've spent alot of my time and money to this particular store but not going to give them my business anymore. I would give them 0 stars if I have an option to.

Small store like some have already said so their selection is limited. I don't know the name of the guy who assisted me on a Monday morning, but he was top notch! It was just him and no one else working the floor, so be understanding that they're probably understaffed. Anyway, the rep helped me pick out a shoe no problem after explaining some options that I was asking about. Great vibe!

Staff is unhelpful and they apparently don’t honour the same policies that other locations do. I came here for a shoe that they don’t have at any of the other locations and told me to come here. They won’t honour the same policy that every other location does. Their excuse is that their location doesn’t do it. 0/10 would never come here again and didn’t even want to in the first place.

Abby from STC location helped me today. She always had a smile on her face, she was also approachable and knowledgeable about the products. I couldn't decide on a shoe size and she helped by pointing out certain pros and cons. Very happy with the service.

1 Star for marketing your hours as “open until 9PM” and then when I arrive the place is closed along with all of STC. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. A little attention to detail from staff would go a long way in improving your customer experience.
