I bought a vehicle in February, and the service was excellent. Everything was super smooth, no surprises. The problem was after the sale. 1 month to the day after I bought my truck, it was in the shop and determined it needed a new timing chain. Another few weeks later it was in for a turbo valve and an interior climate control fan. Obviously I wasn’t happy about it, but I get you can’t predict when this stuff is going to happen (although I did start to question the legitimacy of the service records they had). I contacted the dealer in between all of it as I was frustrated, and was hoping they would hear me out. These guys returned 0 phone calls, and that’s what frustrates me more than anything. I called in March and they said they’d speak to the manager and get back to me. That never happened. I called again in April when the second issue came up, and the guy asks me why I didn’t call earlier when it was first having issues. I said I had in fact called, and have heard back from no one. Like man are you kidding me? The guy finally says he’ll speak to the manager and someone will get back to me. Never happened I tried once more a month or so later but finally cut my losses as I live 5 hours away, and don’t have the option to go into the store to speak with someone in person. And to be honest I know this is going to go no where with these guys, lesson learned. I finally got the truck back after it being in the shop for the last 5 months torn apart, due to a couple of pulleys being on back order as part of the timing chain fix. At the end of the day, I just find it so frustrating and unprofessional when you can’t simply do what you say you’re going to do. Was I really expecting any favours from these guys? Not really to be honest, but if you say you’re going to call someone back, at least call them back. Was the buying experience great? Sure it was, why wouldn’t it be. That’s the easy part. But don’t expect the same service after the sale.

Never go here. These guys sold me and my family the biggest lemon of a 2017 Dodge Ram. In less than a year, I’ve had numerous repairs including exhaust leaks, a trailer plug that was physically unplugged underneath the truck, a wheel alignment because of extreme tire wear, multiple wiring problems with lights, and a starter. This was all AFTER they had told us their mechanic had gone through and repaired any issues before we bought the truck. They are the reason that people don’t trust dealerships and mechanics. Can’t wait to see what breaks down next. update: THE WASHER FLUID PUMP IS NOW NEEDING REPAIRS AS WELL. I cannot stress enough that these guys are as crooked as car dealers come. Laughing all way the way to the bank after screwing over customers. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!!!Update again. The totally integrated power module has been causing issues from the time I bought it. This is something their “mechanic” who went through the ruck allegedly should have noticed and fixed. Because I only test drove it during the day the obvious signs weren’t showing until I got it home. Was told it was just a bulb out but once you can’t find any burnt out bulbs low and behold it the TIPM that needs to be replaced. These crooks should be shut down. Would love to see them in person sometime …. Update November 2022 now my command start from the factory does not work longer than 1 day after getting the check engine light checked. I truly hope there’s such a thing as karma because these a-holes deserve some. They knew this TIPM was faulty but patched things up enough so I wouldn’t notice until it was too late. How do I sell it to the best person going to get screwed over? I can’t afford to fix a truck weekly.

Auto Hub does this. 2 weeks ago we bought a very nice looking Crossover/SUV from Auto Hub. The vehicle presented as virtually pristine, the price was fair & we loved it! Or so we thought. Day 12 of ownership, the vehicle goes in to limp mode & eventually dies about 4 blocks from my house. Obviously I'm a little more than frustrated as this is a Sunday and the dealership is closed. I immediately jump to the conclusion that I'm stuck with a POS car & had been "sold." Frankly, I was so angry with this purchase I would have gladly watched the world burn at the time. Figuratively of course. Monday morning. We go to the dealership. John is already waiting for me & has options for us. Choose something else on the lot at a discount, or Auto Hub will provide a full refund no questions asked. We appreciated this very much & did test drive another similar vehicle but unfortunately it just wasn't as pretty as the first. Ultimately, we received our full refund. My point. Auto Hub & the people who work there are honest & ethical. Despite the fact the vehicle we purchased had unknown Gremlins, Auto Hub acted in the most professional manner & did the very best to correct the situation in a non adversarial manner. They're not "just about the sale" They value their reputation & act accordingly. Would I buy from there again? Of course. The sales team doesn't build the car. Like I mentioned earlier. I recently found my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on their lot on Horton Road. It was exactly what I wanted with all the features and low kilometres to boot. On my first visit I was met by Chis Doney. He was busy with another customer but politely excused himself to acknowledge me and asked if he could help. When he saw I was interested in the Santa Fe he gave me the keys and told me to go ahead and have a real good look. He then went back to the other customer. I was impressed by how seamlessly he looked after both of us without making either one of us feel ignored. When he got back to me he treated me like an old family friend. While serving me another gentleman interrupted with a couple of questions and once again he paid attention to both of us and then got back to me in quick order. The way in which Chris conducted himself was akin to watching a very polite talented juggler. I definitely recommend you talk to Chris. The Santa Fe was a nice clean car to begin with but after I committed to the purchase they had it washed, serviced and replaced the cracked windshield. It was just like buying a new vehicle. After driving it a couple of days I could identify just one deficiency. The steering wheel was a bit crooked and after doing some Google research I discovered a poorly performed wheel alignment could be the cause. I had a shop closer to home do the new alignment and Auto Hub paid for it. Auto Hub is a special kind of used vehicle sales lot. Great inventory, many high class vehicles, aggressively competitive pricing and fabulous customer service. When you are shopping for a new to you used vehicle do not overlook Auto Hub. They're one street west of Macleod Trail between Heritage and Southland.

I read all the reviews here and hesitated for a bit before I bought my vehicle here.....ultimately when you read most of the negative reviews the buyers didn't do their work. I went to see a vehicle and we discussed price. The guy was great as he let me take it out and wasn't pushy at all. A couple days later I came back with my buddy who was a mechanic, he literally jacked the car up on the lot to check it out. Spend the $$ to do an inspection before you buy if you are not confident. Afterwards I made an offer and we signed the deal, pretty painless process and good dude to deal with. I think the deal was fair for both of us. I would go back and recommend them. One thing I read in the review was that when the person go their car home he noticed scratches. I noticed that as well so I'm not sure if I missed them when I looked over the car or if they had a cover up paint on them...it wasn't a big deal as there are a couple and you have to really look. Search your car online and figure out the price you want to pay. Do a pre purchase inspection or take it to the shop. check for liens. if you can do not get a 3rd party loan

The service was the best I have ever had! I have a huge list of things that I really appreciated. First off, there is zero pressure to buy, which we really appreciated because we had been turned off other dealerships' pressure tactics. Secondly, they understand that couples need time to discuss things in private, so you never feel like you have to make a decision right away. Thirdly, they have all the car proofs on site so you can see as soon as you ask. Fourthly, the purchasing process was quick and painless, and they even contacted my insurance company to make sure I could get the car the day I needed it. They are also located very near to a registry so you can get all that stuff squared away very quickly. Lastly, they provide other services like windshield replacement and even recommended an auto-body shop for our other vehicle. All in all they are very kind, and they let the cars sell themselves, and we left feeling positive about our decision and we are still very pleased with the car we purchased and their continued customer service.

As first time buyers, having never financed a vehicle before, my wife and I were apprehensive about the experience, having heard so many stories of pushy car salespeople and dishonest brokers. I dealt with Chris at Auto Hub, and the experience was excellent. I purchased a vehicle from about 5 hours out of Calgary, so I wasn’t able to see it beforehand. Chris made sure to answer any questions I had, he sent me copies of the vehicle reports to review, and also sent me any pictures and video walk around I asked for. I was made aware of any minor nicks on the vehicle beforehand as well, which led to zero surprises when I came to pick the truck up. I appreciated all of this very much as I was coming from out of town, the truck was exactly as it was described originally. Payment was quick and easy with no pushy adds, options were laid out for me to consider without feeling pressured into anything. It seems that experiences like this are unfortunately few and far between nowadays, so I can’t thank the guys enough for an awesome experience the entire way through. I will absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Outstanding customer service and price! I purchased my 2016 Jeep Patriot from here after researching and looking at vehicles for 7 weeks. Auto Hub's slogan on their website is "Renewing your faith in used car dealership". They have done that for me. I looked at many larger car dealerships and the customer service at Auto Hub was the best I experienced. The vehicle was listed at thousands below Market Value, was really clean, and in excellent condition,. They were even flexible on the price. About 10 days after I bought it the Jeep it stalled, I took it to Renfrew Chrysler Jeep and they said that it was the crank shaft position sensor needed replacing for a cost of $4000+. I called Auto Hub and they said that they would take care of it and booked me into "Beyond Transmission" (4.9*rating). It was quickly fixed, runs great. I have been recommending Auto Hub to all my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

Best dealership I've ever dealt with. Honest, patient and respectful. They were willing to negotiate unlike other dealers out there. They always do what they say, no need to remind them everyday. I've always been skeptical about auto dealerships and I was asking a bunch of questions and even followed up everyday on the things they said they'd do after the sale, they did not get annoyed and dealt with it very professionally. The car I bought came with problematic remote starter and a failed heated seat switch that they weren't able to fix before the sale. I thought they were going to forget about it after I take the car like other people would do. BUT they replaced the starter unit and the module for free and upgraded my heated seats toggle switch for no cost. Furthermore, the car drives amazing! Highly recommend this dealer!

If I could give no stars I would, highly recommend going to any other dealer in Calgary. They sold me a unsafe car with a passed amvic report, after I bought the vehicle I noticed the wheel was looking off so I took it into the shop and was told I need new front shocks, inner and outer tie rod, control arms etc. The shop quoted me $3,800 to fix everything, called auto hub and they said they would fix it. I took it back to the shop and they only fix a few things and autohub wouldn't fix the rest of it. I had to pay $3000 out of pocket to still fix what was needed. As well I found out that my auto loan was on a variable rate. If I knew this at the time I wouldn't have bought the car. Moral of the story this dealership only cares about taking your money, highly don't recommend.

Very Bad customer service. I went to see a Range Rover at there place also know as The Auto Hub located at Same address. First of the guy (SCOTT) who came outside to show the car just handed off the keys to us and went away like he doesn’t have any other Responsibility ( very bad sales person ). Didn’t even bothered interested in selling the car. The customer service was so poor that me and my wife went without even taking the the car for a ride. I am better of buying a car at a little more price point then having to deal with these unprofessional sales guys loot my money for not even doing an effort and then they believe to get a good commission on the car. Lol. Would never recommend this place to anyone especially if they have sales person like Scott.

Bought a very nice looking car there that was around the market price. People were very nice to work with. I asked if they guaranteed their sales, they said they would sale me a warranty through Lubrico. We bought one of the most expensive they had. We loved the car, but within a week and less than 2,000 kms driven we started noticing the suspension was failing. We wrote Auto Hub an e-mail asking what they recommended and they never answered back. Long story short, so far we have spent around $7,000 in the repair and the warranty sold to us does not cover suspension. We still love the car, but I would never again go through a car dealer that doesn´t fully stand by what they sale. Also surprised that the law doesn´t provide more protection for buyers.

Terrible business went there to look at a truck then discovered a nicer truck that I was very interested in. They told me they had to get work done on it and inspected so I sold my truck privately expecting I was buying this truck once done as they got all my info for financing. Then decide to even lead me on by giving me vin for insurance and telling me they were just waiting for paper work to finalize that the truck should be ready in a day or two. They then start ignoring phone calls and I then see truck posted for $10,000 more then they had told me. Basically left me hanging screwed over with no vehicle at this point. Horrible business out for making an extra buck over respect and decency for a costumer who was willing to make a deal.

I bought my car from John back in February. After buying it, there MANY issues. He promised brand new winter tires on new rims. The day I went to pick them up, the rims "dont fit my car" so I got the rustiest of rust steel rims. The winter tires were only 70% tred on them. They also mounted the winter tires on backwards and over torqued my tires x2-3 which they were suppose to and broke the lugs nuts which I had to swap to summers, which cost me $500 extra. John told me my muffler was an after market.. NOPE it was so rusted that it was about to fall off which why it was making a ton of noise. I do not recommend this place. Be very careful on what you are being told. I was lied to and it has cost me a couple thousand dollars.

Had the great experience of going through exploring an RX350 F-Sport. John was extraordinarily gracious and kind with me. John let me test drive the car twice without ever putting any restrictions to let me experience the car the way I wanted. He made every effort to make sure I am making my own judgement on the SUV. He was there to answer my questions, but never tried to push me towards a decision. Also, any concerns I had, they were willing to give options on how to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used car where you will totally feel making the right decision for yourself. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family without any hesitation.

I do not typically leave reviews however today is the day! I had the experience of dealing with the staff at Calgary Auto Connection and the service they gave to me is what true customer service is about! There was not any typically car sales talk (BS/fluff) and pressure - they were very professional and customer centric focused group to deal with. They asked very pointed questions in order to best help me in making a large decision on what vehicle will work best for me, hold its value and performs to my needs. Buying my first car here was so easy. Scott helped me out on a wrx, answered all my questions and made the whole process super quick and easy. Love that they don’t hover while you check out different vehicles giving you the chance to look in to everything you want without feeling like you have a pushy salesman breathing down your neck. Great experience purchasing a used RAM from John at auto hub. I went to auto hub to look at a used basic RAM model advertised with low kms. A lightly used RAM Sport fully loaded caught my eye that was not advertised came in the same day with less kms. The price was close to the basic RAM I came to look at. It was meant to be. John saved this truck for me, sent it in for inspection, maintenance, new tires, and paint touch-ups. Very professional, honest, and easy to deal with. Happy with my purchase. Highly recommend going to auto hub to save $$$ on a reliable used vehicle that looks and feels new. Thanks for everything John! It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Bought a vehicle here. The guys were great. Super helpful and not at all pushy - which we appreciate. Would make a suggestion to them to fully check vehicles, front to back and top to bottom, before selling to customers. Within hours of driving it off the lot we noticed issues. Ultimately had to return about 4 times for repairs (that they took care of). First day of below freezing weather, battery died. Made a call to John to see if their mechanic had an Audi battery in stock and never heard back. Took our vehicle elsewhere for repairs at that point. I would buy from them again - only this time I would request a full mechanical inspection first.

Just purchased our third vehicle, a 2014 Audi S4, from Auto Connection. Chris and Scott always go above and beyond for us to ensure we are getting the best deal and the best financing. Purchasing a used vehicle without warranty is always a gamble and they cooperated with us to get a second third party inspection done to give us peace of mind. Of course we also did our own research on the make and model to investigate any potential problems that may arise. I think its safe to say until we decide to buy brand new off the lot we will always look to Auto Connection's inventory when needing a vehicle. Thanks so much guys!

Always a great experience with the gentlemen at this business. I have now purchased 2 cars and am working on buying a third. George and Munzi have been awesome to deal with, no pressure sales tactics or bs. They hand me the keys, give me the info I’m asking for and send me on my way. Even remembering me years later by name. Finance rates were exactly what I was looking for and they bent over backwards to get me the terms that I needed. If you’re going to buy a car I suggest starting here, they carry quality stock at a good price and are completely forthcoming when it comes to history. A+ bunch of guys.

Very satisfied with my purchase from Auto Hub Calgary. Although there have been some concerns post purchase, Chris and Zack were more than okay to help solve any concerns and issues I've had experencied with my purchase. Nowhere in this society will be "the ideal deal" when purchasing used products or vehicles, but it is important that the party involved (seller and buyer) to work concerns out. I will recommend this business in the future but as a buyer, I also recommend to do your due diligence and go through proper inspections prior to signing the contract as mistakes do happen.

I bought a used 2012 Ford F350 at the end of May 2023 from Auto Hub and I was waiting to place my review just to confirm everything was running well, especially after a 1200 km drive to BC and back. I have to say that the truck runs excellent with no complaints. It had one minor mechanical issue shortly after purchasing, but Auto Hub had it fixed at no charge to me. They really take care of their customers. I have to say the service has been excellent and the staff has been great to deal with. They took great care of me as a customer and I will purchase from them again.

Chris gave me the best ever car buying experience. He listened to exactly what l needed, was very attentive and met my price point. He threw in a few deals for me. Met my expectation. He isn't your stereotypical car seller. He was not aggressive, listens more , talks less. So glad for what you did for me. We would like to thank Chris and the staff for helping us with the purchase of our 2013 VW Jetta. It was a pleasant experience with no pressure from the staff, we were able to test drive the car for a good long drive around the city, and although there was a problem with the battery they replaced it for us without a second thought, the car was beautifully detailed and we are very happy with the purchase. I have purchased 2 high-end vehicles to date from Calgary Auto Connection and hope to purchase from them again in the future. Great selection and pricing brought me in but I will return for the customer service. The General manager actually left a family function to come and help me when I had a minor problem with a vehicle I purchased. He took care of the whole thing for me despite no warranty which significantly exceeded my expectation of a used car dealer. I have dealt with several members of staff there and I really recommend these guys highly.

I had bought the car from this dealership last summer and I’m looking to get new tires from a reputable company and they recommended to write a one star review because the tires that were on the card that I had bought are grossly undersized are the words he said. And to top it all off the salesmen was surprised when he seen the price of the car he thought it was a higher price, he didn’t give me the car for the lower advertised price he charged me the higher price! Definitely feel taken advantaged off and definitely over paid. Bit of a bummer

Scott and Chris are awesome guys who made my first financed vehical a really easy process. They were very informative and explained every thing to me so I understood what was happening with my payments and warranty. They have a nice Lott with a lot of nice vehicals and very well priced. They got me approved as soon as possible and made the process really easy, Scott even got my interest rate down a little from the original quote. Highly recomed checking these guys out!

Amazing service. Bought my WRX from them. It was rebuilt status and the price was fair. Soon after leaving the dealership though, the check engine light turned on. I was worried that Autohub wouldn't bother since I already bought it and i voided any warranty but they were more than willing to front the costs of the service. The dealer I mostly dealt with was very forthcoming and easy to contact. I definitely recommend buying from Autohub if you're planning to buy used.

I bought a 2013 Ford Edge from AutoHub. Great car, Great price. A few weeks after the purchase I noticed the block heater was not working. I called AutoHub and they immediately helped out with diagnosis and replacement of the defective part. They paid for the parts and labour. Great service after the sale! I would definitely recommend AutoHub if you are looking for a vehicle. They are the real deal and reputable! I was helped by Chris. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

These guys suck! I Was interested in two trucks they had for sale, both times they claimed they would get back to me on a deal for my trade in. Both times they failed to do so. Waited around for a few days on a reply. If you want a good honest deal with real sales people, go to a actual reputable dealership with good customer service. These guys would take advantage of anyone they could, I can tell by the customer service they do not care about clients!

Chris and Scott are great to work with. I found a beautiful car on their lot with options I wasn't able to find anywhere else in Alberta. The car ended up having an issue with one of the tires the same day I drove it home, but they were happy to work out a solution that I'm perfectly happy with. Great experience, I've got a car that I love and the peace of mind knowing that if something happens to it, I still have a flexible warranty to cover me.

Very happy with the service from this place. My wife webt in with our Kia for trade after having some serious problems with the dealership we purchased it from. They were very respectful to her, showed her the vehicle she was interested in, didn't play any games and even after the sale helped with some minor services the vehicle needed. Offered to buy a truck that was recently OOP after test driving the truck I took it to a mechanic , the shop could not believe it recently passed an OOP inspection needed inner & outer tie rod ends boots were tore and play , brake rotors were warped , tires were worn . I offered to pay what they were asking if they would fix or replaced what the truck needed . Prolly will not hear from them after reading other reviews .

We cannot explain how disappointed we are in these guys.. we bought a truck fr them and have had nothing but problems with the truck. Their maintenance checklist was not at all accurate. We had issues with the vehicle by the time we got home.. In total we have probably lost about $20,000. I normally don’t do reviews but I would never want anybody to go through this kind of trouble and lose this kind of money..

I purchased a diesel truck from these bandits. They told me one thing, turn out another after. I had problems with the truck the same day I purchased and drove it home. They sent my truck to a shop not certified to work on diesel. They are not an honest dealership. I strongly discourage anyone from buying from this dealership. Take your hard earned money and business elsewhere. Safe yourself the frustration.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our first car from Calgary Auto Connection. Muncie was very helpful, open, and honest throughout entire the process. We never felt pressured to make a hasty decision and were comfortable voicing our concerns. It's been a few weeks now, and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out! Best auto dealer I've ever dealt with. Chris is professional and patient. He is willing to listen and quickly addressed all the concerns we had for the truck we are interested in. As promised he also replaced the bed side covers for us as soon as he got the parts after we bought it. I can say it's a reliable dealer of used cars. And the warranty included also gives us more peace in mind.
