I wish I could give them 0 stars. Horrible service. They do not know how to treat their customers, especially those who order food through Uber eats, skip the dishes, etc. I ordered 2 burritos and a quesadilla. The person who prepared my order, added the entire bottle of the signature hot sauce in all three things, the food was burnt, and the bean burritos barely had any beans. The food was not edible, it was bizarre. Me and my brother vomited because of how spicy it was. When we went in store to complain, they called the manager. The manager was so cocky and full of himself. Instead of listening to us he kept bragging about his restaurant ratings and basically claiming that our opinion does not matter since everyone else is happy with their food and service. We have been to this restaurant and ordered from them in the past as well. In the past, the employees and management was so much better and amazing. Now, No matter how many times we tell the employees to make the food properly, they never do that. I told the manager to please brief their employees and give them training on how to make the food properly. He didn’t even Once listen to us. When we went in, the employee Checked the food with his hands. They were not agreeing to remake the food, once we told them that the food is touched, they said we’re lying. Stingy people with horrible service. Do not know how to treat their customers. They’re too full of themselves. He basically said that it doesn’t matter how my employees make the food. And If it’s an Uber eats order, then his employees can ruin the food and if there’s a problem, complain to Uber. No matter what happens to their customers experience. Do not go to them!

Been a customer for this place for 2 years almost and we have noticed a big difference in portions size, even when we order on Uber eats we get half a size of burrito bowl and it’s so pathetic how stingy they have got. Muhammad is the most rude employee I have ever met. He has absolutely no manners or etiquette in speaking to people. I cannot believe they allow people like this to work here. I always order from this location and this time one of the bowls I received had chicken that was still raw, so the entire bowl went to waste. When I came in to the store to get a new bowl, Muhammad yelled at me and told me I was "hyping myself up". I had already discussed with the manager in advance and the manager had told Muhammad this already. There was no further discussion needed in person however Muhammad still claimed that I was lying and verbally abused me, even though I am a regular customer here. His behavior was very aggressive and I felt scared as a woman being yelled at in public for absolutely no reason. I never raised my voice or said anything back to him. I will never be ordering from this location again and Muhammad thinks he can say anything he wants to anyone as if this is his living room and not a public place.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews about staff attitude being bad and quantity being very little, but I have had none of that. First of all, being vegan, it’s hard enough finding a place to eat. Other Mexican fast food places have dairy in every sauce and have limited options for vegans. barBURRITO in general is so friendly towards vegans. This location is open till VERY LATE, which makes it so much more accessible. The staff does their duties and give no trouble. The quantity is very fair in my books and the price is much lower than other places. I just recently started going here, so maybe they changed staff or management; but my experiences have been great compared to other 1 star reviews in the past. One point of improvement would maybe be to disperse the fillings equally throughout the burrito, because from what my partner says (I don’t usually get the burritos, she does), she gets a mouthful of picketed jalapeños randomly followed by a mouthful of rice in the next bite. Maybe I should ask them to mix it up before rolling, next time. Otherwise great place

This place is an excellent place and checks out for everything you would want from a place that serves the best mexican food that you can have, the customer service is amazing as they are very understanding for if we have a query, the atmosphere is pleasant and very comforting, now let's talk about the best part, the food! Once you take a bite of whatever you have ordered, you can feel how fresh the food is and how it has such a quenching taste. With the addition of street tacos, your options for ordering have gotten even more exciting, the bang bang shrimp street tacos are a must try, you can get these exciting foods for a very good and reasonable price and I recommend anyone that reads this review to try BarBurrito!

Ordered for pickup and it was an awful experience. There was no sauce on my shimp. They didn't do my light rice or extra tomato/corn/onion. Went in to get it fixed and the guy said that I have to pay for extra toppings. Since when? I've been coming here for YEARS and not once have had to pay extra for basic toppings. He focused on the extra toppings and didn't once address that I asked for light rice (which was my main issue in the first place). Said he would do it "just this time" and that if I wanted extra I needed to order the extra im the paid section of the app. There is no section that makes you pay for extra topping - because they're free He was however kind enough to but the Bang Bang sauce on my shrimp. Very bad customer service. On July 12 around 2 pm, i went to get a bowl and burrito for me. There was an Indian Lady who helped me to get the order done. She missed all the things that i have asked her to do. While i was at the shop waiting for my order, another customer comes and complains about his food that they didn't follow his instructions. When i went home, the burrito was half open, the bowl wasn't closed properly. I called back and the lady picks up the phone and i explained the situation. She laughed and said in an arrogant voice that i have been working here for years and i know how to make burrito. Such an attitude. I never complaint about anything, but i wouldn't go to this place again and i wont recommend this place.

The burritos were quite good and a decent size, with all of the toppings you could want - including jalapeño hot sauce, burrito sauce, and special sauce. We ordered the Spicy Chicken, Mild Chicken, and Fish Burritos. It was very busy bc there was a ‘one day special’ going on, so the only slight flaw was the rush of putting together the burritos - but even with the huge lineup it was a smooth execution from the staff, and a short wait. Must have been hard to do that non-stop. I had a brief conversation with the owner who was really nice and made time to chat; like any small business owner he was concerned about how the business is going to do amidst the pandemic. I recently visited Bar Burrotio and had a great experience! Despite it being a small place, the food was delicious and the service was friendly. What impressed me the most was that they're open late at night, making it a perfect spot for a late-night snack or meal. I highly recommend trying their Supreme nachos, they were amazing! The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, Bar Burrotio is a great spot for good food and a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I came in earlier today and I asked one of the employees about the chicken they sell and as he was wiping the counters with a dirty rag and touching his face and then pushing old food back into the bins with food they sell other customers, I thought this was gross and decided to leave, the gentleman called me back in and started yelling, I asked him what is wrong and he was yelling “what the eff am I supposed to do with this” it was 2 minutes in and I wasn’t pleased or feel safe so I started walking out again as he came out of the food line and pushed me after I was outside the restaurant, this is disgusting behavior

I’ve been coming here for a while and recently the quality has declined. I placed an order for two burritos a couple weeks ago, the same way i always do. The burritos were way too spicy, so spicy where my fiancé and I could not eat them. I called to complain and the girl who I spoke to apologized and said to come back anytime and she will provide two free burritos and she wrote my name down so that all the employees know. When I went back today and explained this, they blamed me and told me I was lying and I couldn’t have spoken to anyone at the store. Absolutely horrible customer service.

My partner and I have been coming to this location for a couple years now - all the way from South Etobicoke! What first intrigued us was how late this location is open until, given our unconventional work hours. However, what has kept us coming back time and time again is the tasty food and absolutely exceptional customer service! Great taste to fulfill your Mexican cravings. And best part is this branch is a 100 percent halal. Ordered the steak tacos and spicy chicken Burrito bowl. Steak was lovely but the chicken a bit underwhelming. So only some proteins would appeal to people based on their preferences. I found the service a bit chaotic and rushed. I tried telling them I'm a blogger let me shoot a video to cover their restaurant in my next post and they got too confused. But it was too busy at that time so all this is understandable. Solid 8 out of 10 from me and will definitely be a regular.

Food was great! Halal Mexican, unheard of from where I came (Florida). Ordered for a large group. But the service at Eglinton location was poor. I picked up my order only to find out the main part of the meal was missing-the tacos. Went back got the tacos, returned home only to find out sour cream, cheese, and lettuce were missing. I have tried this location numerous times now in hopes that it has gotten better. They were great in the beginning but the quality has really gone downhill unfortunately. I've found the female staff are always annoyed for some reason. Guac is FULL of onions and tastes horrible. The meat has had a weird "gone bad" smell to it lately as well and tastes off. I hate doing negative reviews but something really needs to change. Taste is absolutely bland now. This place used to be one of my favourites.

Okay so when you have a craving for Mexican and don’t want to go to el jefe or la cantina, you just want a burrito bowl that will serve 2 people- then bar burrito is your place to go! On Mondays they have specials and it’s almost 1/2 price. I always get their vegetarian bowl with soya meat..fresh ingredients and plentiful quantity allows me and my partner to both feel full after sharing. Worth it and they always are fast and available!

There is only a few places that live up to the name and pitch they sell. This is one of them! Absolutely fresh handcrafted burritos, tasty and authentic, with signature blend of spices and all fresh toppings. This is a Tex Mex cuisine at it's best, the location is quick and convenient with parking right in front. Food is delicious and prices are excellent. The super nice and friendly staff make this place a place to visit again.

They have some really great protein options, for meat lovers especially. The portions are wholesome and the service is amazing. Honestly, I wasn’t a burrito fan but this place changed my mind. Jerk chicken is a favourite but ground beef and steak is perfect too!

Been coming here for about 4 years. Food quality and portion size used to be good, but now both are MUCH worse. If you sort the reviews by "newest", you'll see that most people have also noticed this decline in quality, customer service, and portion sizes. If there’s something that bar burrito is known for is the excessive amount of meat you get, I ordered the biggest one you could get and the amount of meat she put was laughable (2 half scoops and one quarter scoop, LOL), i asked her about it, she said if i wanted more id have to pay extra. We ordered Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos and Medium Burrito with Spicy chicken. Both food tasted good. No complaints. Portion was more than enough. Service was really good.

Its a Halal burritos and quesadillas. I tried their chicken quesadillas and heavywork fries. Quesadilla is really very very tasty. Best thing is that meat has no bad smell. Its well cooked and staff is amazing.

Been looking for a halal Mexican place for a long time now. Finally found one and definitely not disappointed. Loved the tacos. They were amazing. Guaranteed satisfaction

The cinco de may deal is advertised as $5 per burrito. But once you actually look at the fine print - it only applies for a bean burrito..Shameless tactics deserve 1 star.

Quick service. open late night cos lot of mexican places are not open post 9pm. clean and neat…. the staff was friendly. taste wise ok. Like z-teca better than this !

Very poor customer service. Had two orders of burrito and burrito bowl, they gave little to no toppings. The worst location ever. Don’t waste your money here.

Quantity given in bean burrito bowl without guacamole was very little. Almost 40% of bowl was empty. Never coming back to this location of barBurrito.

First time having this and it's so much better than a burrito in my opinion. Much cleaner, faster to eat and like all their meals full of flavor!

This spot has become my regular go-to after workout. Always maintains quality of food, great selections of protein and healthy portions.
