J’ai vécu une expérience très désagréable chez Beige où je suis cliente depuis longtemps. Ces dernières années, j'y ai acheté deux causeuses, une table de salon, un bureau de travail, un vaisselier, des lampes et d'innombrables chandelles et cadeaux d'hôtesse. Il y a quelques mois, j’ai commandé une lampe coûteuse qui ne convient finalement pas à mon besoin. Je suis allée voir le propriétaire, Michael, pour lui demander si je pouvais l’échanger. NO Je lui ai demandé s’il pouvait vérifier avec son fournisseur les possibilités qu’il la reprenne. NO Je lui ai demandé s’il pouvait me faire une note de crédit. NO Son attitude était extrêmement désagréable. Je ne sentais pas du tout qu’il tentait de trouver une solution pour que je sorte de sa boutique heureuse. Devant son manque de coopération, je lui ai dit qu’il perdrait assurément une cliente s’il ne faisait pas au moins semblant de vouloir m’aider ce à quoi il m’a répondu qu’il n’avait pas besoin de clients comme moi ! Dommage mais je ne mettrai plus les pieds chez Beige. Ce gars là ne mérite pas ma fidélité.

I bought some thick fluffy bath towels there and to my dismay, they were not at all absprbant and they shed their fiber which stick to your skin. Seeing a I paird more than I would usually for this type of item, I wnet into the sore to inquire with the owner, who told me that I should not use a dryer sheet when drying even if the above problems were present before I furst washed them. Of course, he also claimed that in 15 years of experience, this was the first time he heard about these issues, as if I was wrong for pointing them out. I find that shop keepers on Notre-Dame over charge for their products and have a slight arrogant tendency when faced with complaints. Poor business practice... The owner's response ignores the fact that the above issues were present even before I washed said towels. For the sake of argument, assuming that using a dryer sheet was responsible for the sheding and/or lack of absorbancy, instructions related to basic care should've been included or provided by the owner who was present when I purchased these over-priced towels. s.

Beige is the most beautiful and unique furniture and home decor store in Montreal! They have the most amazing pieces on display but are also always willing to send you some other options they are able to get from their vendors, their catalogue is endless and always so on trend! Michael and Evan proved they will go above and beyond to find you the perfect item for your space when they helped us pick a loveseat for our reading nook. It's one of my favorite places to pop into just to see the gorgeous new things they've received and as a result there's a touch of Beige in pretty much every room in our home!

Walk in to Beige, and prepare to be welcomed by the warmth and hospitality of Michael and his staff. Michael takes the time to understand your unique sense of style before harnessing his own experience, and network to help you find the home furnishing & décor you're looking for. Michael shepherded me through the process of furnishing my entire condo. Not only was the outcome extraordinary, the process was empowering, exciting, and truly cathartic! I can't recommend Beige more highly, and I look forward to our next collaboration, in my next space!

Je suis littéralement tombé en amour avec ce magasin. Tout est trop beau et de superbe qualité. Il est important de mentionner aussi le service a la clientèle qui est A1. Souvent quand je magasine avec un enfant on m’offre un service moyen, mais pas ici! Le vendeur n’a même pas paru dérangé par la présence de mon fils, ce qui ajoute du positif à l’expérience de magasinage chez Beige.

I LOVE this store! I've been shopping here for years and they always have a fabulous selection of products. Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the items for sale and have always been able to help me select what I needed - be it furniture or decorative items. If you're looking to add a quality, stylish piece to your home, this is the place to shop!

One of, if not the best furniture and interior design shop in Montreal. A great range of products as well as a place to find really special and unique items. It is a gem in the heart of the South West. The staff are unbelievably talented and know exactly how to suit your needs. An 11 out of 10. Will definitely be going back for my next project.

Beige is more then a decorator shop: It is THE place in Canada where you get the greatest advice and the best products to create your dream home. Michael and Evan are the very best in terms of taste and will make sure that your project is managed perfectly until you are 100% satisfied!!

A few years ago we bought sofas (which were custom order), glass and marble top tables and custom made the fabric for a couple of older chairs - they have beautiful furniture, the service was great and the people as well - what more could you ask for... …

Great decoration store that has different furniture, and home decoration that you’re not used to see. Mostly, they got a vast array of home scents and candles that is niche and very nice. Not too expensive for some items. Would go back!

Recently met the owner and browsed the store. It's a real cavern of Alibaba, everything is of high style and quality. I have a strong crush on a blue sofa and 4 poster bed... I shall be back
