Bought a milk the evening at 11:30 pm to prepare the kids breakfast the next morning. The next morning we figured our that the milk was bad and wanted to exchange it. This was not possible as we did not keep the receipt and they came with poor excuses about their system not excepting exchange without receipt number. Really poor customer service for a 12RM pack of milk.
Not recommended, the staff ask me to wait 30 mins for purchase because he needs to arrange stock. Very good staff, guess Bilamart is not keen on doing business.
Staff attitude is very very bad. Showing my QR code for payment but he show impatience cuz he can’t scan the QR :).
Great shop! Open during the night. Multiples choices!!
