We had an excellent experience using bookalondoncab. The booking process was easy and I received quick confirmation by email. We booked for the cab to collect us at 5pm at Heathrow on Sunday. Marc our driver was there earlier than this and telephoned me to explain where to meet at the pickup location. Marc was very polite and friendly and helped us put the cases in the cab. The trip was comfortable and quick back to SE London. It was a reasonable price for the journey and I was able to pay by debit card. I would recommend using this reliable taxi service and I would definitely book with them again.

(FILM HIRE REVIEW) I used bookalondoncab to hire a Taxi for a music video I was producing. Marc, who dealt with my enquiries was extremely useful throughout the whole process answering all my questions and helping in any way he could. On the day of filming, the driver was polite and followed all the instructions we needed him to do with the taxi. As well as staying an additional 30 mins after our booking slot as we were running slightly over. In all extremely happy with the service myself and crew received. We booked a cab to transport two passengers and lots of luggage from London to Heathrow - we required a cab service that was trustworthy and efficient as we needed to get to the airport in the very early hours of the morning to catch our flight to South Africa. Marc was amazing! He gave us great communication on confirmation of the booking, arrived before the allocated time, kindly assisted us with our luggage and was very friendly!

Our company used 3 cars to pick up our Directors following an important event to take them back to the office for our Board meeting. Marc was going to arrive early to ensure everything was ready but when I needed the cars earlier than expected he was ready and got the other drivers/cars there too. Everything was very professional and easy and needless to say our Directors were at their meeting with plenty of time. Very quick response - I got my booking confirmation within an hour and Marc addressed additional queries I had promptly. Marc arrived 5 mins early on the day we all knew was difficult traffic-wise due to nationwide strikes. He was very polite and made sure my mum, who didn't speak much English, felt comfortable throughout the journey as I could not join her. They arrived to the airport with plenty of time until the flight despite a massive queue at the airport entrance. Will definitely use again!

We used this service on our recent trip to London and they were amazing! We arrived at Heathrow and Nicki drove us into a very busy city and Marc picked us up at our hotel and drove us back to Heathrow for our departure. We used bookalondoncab twice this week, first for a reserved night pickup to meet us after a play and then for a ride to Heathrow. Both rides wer excellent.
