I filled up diesel this morning and bought 2 chocolates as I normally do. Just after left the store I noticed the cashier did not put the 8c discount offer on the docket. I asked him why? He said because I did not tell/ask him for the discount. I said to him that it is the offer from BP and this is a participating store and this is not my first time either. He told me that the payment has gone through, and he can do it next time , I said no it's $5 difference. Finally he sorted out and still insisted by telling me that next time I should tell him to get the discount. Not happy at all.

Negative stars for customer service- Rudest individual I have ever had to deal with behind the counter this morning. She needs training in speaking to people full stop. She does not know how to operate her machine for payment, she literally threw it and me and told me to put it through. She speaks to people abruptly and very very rudely. She should NOT be dealing with members of public. If she doesn’t like her job, there are plenty of others who are willing to take it. I will not return if she is there.

At about 00:40, an hour ago, I got petrol for my motorbike, helmet off as everybody likes. The woman working there at this time wouldn't let me in until I pulled my mask down, and she didn't like my hood. BP is horrible. I will go back to Shell, even if they are more expensive. How did this woman cope during the long times that masks were mandatory? She was grumpy and stupid.

Friendliest team in town - great coffee, service and they always remember a face. Best place to start the day! Special mentions to Toni, Jemma, Kyla and Ash (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) for making my morning coffee the best one of the day …

Thank you for the western union service but dont understand why a valid Australian passport is not considered a valid ID for sending money . Sent money around 1800 hrs today. Probably different staffs have different rules

Amelia gives terrible service and a worst coffee! very rude! Very disappointed. Made a terrible coffee so I asked for a better one and just coped attitude. Spent 20 minutes waiting for a coffee..

I love this BP - I get my daily coffee here. Lewis & Toni are amazing and I look forward to my coffee each morning - definitely much more than just a truck shop!

The male employee didnt seem to want to acknowldge me let alone have to serve me. Terrible service. Will never step foot in your petrol station again
