Came to fill up my motorbike this morning and the attendant asked me to remove the helmet which i did but still didn’t switch on the pump went inside she asked to stay of the bike!! How m I supposed to fill up full tank while the bike is on side stand? Somehow filled it up balancing the 1000 cc bike while holding the bike with one hand and filling with other, then went to pay inside attendant was different and the guy who clearly need behaviour training with customer was trying to explain me the stupid rules. Would you or your company will pay for the damages caused because of your stupid rules if my bike fall to the other side without stand? All my trucks used to fill up from this place but not any longer, just so you guys know none other fuel stations have asked me to get off bike for refuelling and if such is your fuel station rule then atleast post the signs on pumps so riders can very conveniently use ampol next to you. Not every rider is a goon most of us do the right thing. Adios

Went there filled my car, and then I paid for the fuel. As soon as I walk outside my bank sent me a notification how much I spent. It said I spent 85.80 for it when it suppose to be 56.01....So went back inside asked the counter she added a packet of smoke on top of the fuel. Funny thing is she has no idea that I don't smoke. be careful when you tap your bank card. Some people are not honest with what they are doing. She gave me the receipt for refund. Funny because my bank still telling me that the 85.80 still going through to them. Please people be careful with people working there. Something to learn from it.

Had to update my rating. CAFE ONLY. Since cafe has been under new management, it is a fantastic cafe! New guys took over in february 2020 , same owners as rockbank bp and the food is excellent. Get here for the fried chicken made fresh from 8am (tho it sells out quickly) The lunch meals have all been very tasty and generous. Prices are awesome and service is very friendly. Sandwiches made to order , brilliant! Would love dark rye option added to breads. Thanks guys keep it up.

19/01/2023 8:05am Service attendant can't understand nor decipher "Any 2 for $4". Even brought the sign up to the counter and still could not understand "Any" means "Any". Told me I am incorrect and you must pick 1 of the 2 pictured (pointing to the images of a Cheezels and french fries) when the wording is choose "any of the cc, thins, cheezels, french fries" which is 4 options, with once again "Any" the key word here. Absolute joke.

Dont bother with the cafe if theres a bloke working not only will he make the worst coffee, ask for a latte get a large cup with 90% foam, hes abruptly rude, aggressive and doesn't seem to want to be there, so go mate, truckies dont want to see your head after 12 hours driving, wouldn't park up here again if you paid me. Prices a bit much too.

This has been my go to place for dinners on many occasions! The truck stop cafe has great food for a great low price! You can also order microwavable meals, which is very convenient! They also even have Netflix available to watch! Great service, great place to eat and chill!

Well I rang up and found out they sell 24hr hot meals and they have a truckers lounge only to rock up and find out that the kitchen shuts about 3pm and they have the remote to the tv thats in the so called lounge (bar stools and plastic chairs in the servo) not fricken happy

Great servo and great coffee, however some of the staff that work at the counter where you pay for fuel (separate from the cafe) have very poor customer service. Usually ignore anything you say and wont say anything back. The man with glasses is a top bloke though.

Adblue pumps almost always useless. Keeps cutting out. Complained to the cashier but nothing happened. So business as usual. Ad blue hose will often just lay on concrete in the way. Pumps never get cleaned.

Best food offer I have seen from a roadhouse so far, everything seems very fresh and delicious. Thumbs up for the gentleman who made my coffee, was very welcoming and great service. Coffee was nice too.

Showers are usually clean and you can get onto a pump fairly quickly. The cafe inside is pretty good! There is a weighbridge and a car wash. Prepaid fuel for cars between 6pm and 6am

The gentleman that served my partner and I yesterday around 1:10pm, deserves a pay rise! He has excellent customer service and a great attitude at work.

Foods good but lady that serves at food counter is one of the rudest people I've ever come across. Pray you dont get the one with dark hair

great service good food . Jim the manager and all the girls are very friendly make you feel welcome. never had a bad meal here.

Great service station, all what you need while on the road from petrol to shopping. They've got it all. Good staff too.
