If I could give 0 stars I will do it with no doubt. I have been here on Monday morning (26th of July) around 1:30 am for gasoline. After I paid my gasoline I asked very polite the guy at the window if they have croissant with chocolate. With a very bad expression on his face he tried to asked me something which I couldn't understand, anyway, finally he went inside the shop and he showed me what I want. He came back at the window with one croissant and I asked him nicely that I want two of those. That was the moment when he actually shouted to me,, You said one, not two....,,, he also gived me a very strong facial expression which said a lot. I answer back to him that I didn't mentioned how many I want, I just asked if they have any. At that point he actually didn't want to go back and bring me one more. I looked at him and I asked again that I want two of those... He shouted back the same thing as before and finally I received two croissants that have been thrown basically in that service metal box. I have to mention that in all this time his eyes and his face expressed lots and lots of anger. Disgusting service and disgusting attitude. My advice.... Never go there by night, if you get lucky to meet this worker then you will have a nice day.... ironically said.
Appalling customer service. Filled up here specifically to redeem a nectar promotion. He laughed at me and said “you are only interested in nectar points”Asked him four times to scan my nectar card pretended to do it first two times I told him it wasn’t done then asked him to type in the code. He then told me it was done so then I asked for receipt, lied again and told me he cannot print one off. Queue starting to build up and getting quite embarrassing so accepted his obvious lie about it reflecting on my next nectar statement. Three months later, guess what it didn’t.
There is something wrong with the petrol here. My car wouldn't stop shaking. I got it looked at by a mechanic and serviced and he said the only other thing it could be was the petrol. He is correct as I had filled up petrol here twice and had not even considered it may be the problem as people always recommend BP. When I changed the fuel at Shell my car miraculously recovered. DO NOT GET PETROL HERE. I have to add thought that the independent car park that shares the station is excellent.
02/11/19. 8am. Normally go to tesco stations. Rushing so I Came across to this BP male mustash staff to pay for petrol and ask how to apply for this bp points. He just told me the amount I need to pay and as I paid by card then he just looked at me as if our transaction has ended. He wasn't very helpful at all. I wasn't bothered so I just left. Back to tesco services station.

Yet again, another poorly run BP garage. No toilet for paying customers. No care given. And yet “BP” will be quick to answer this review and apologise. Hollow words as always with this huge corporation that doesn’t care about anything other than profits
The customer service here is awful. The Asian man with a gold earring that works here has no customer communication skills and is just outright rude straight to your face. Normally, service is ok with all the other employees here except this one!
So it's a day after National day of Reflection and the lady serving is wearing her mask under her chin! What a joke. Come on BP employ some decent staff... why aren't your staff following the government guidelines? …
some people are not nice I’m uber diver. After filling up the Diesel I just want to add points. He said come back on Sunday. but today is Monday. And that time not busy I go to other BP. They added points for me!
Excellent customer service and they are helpful staff, shop was busy and they was helped me for my tyre air filling,, bakery stuff was delicious and clean Thanks BP
Shame that such a branded petrol station hiring unaducated people. Serving while on the phone completely ingoring my questions.
Worst I've experienced in any BP. Will avoid this place from now on or any petrol station with Costcutter.
