I used the car wash at this facility, I struggle to read so asked the worker what I need to do, he told me to put my mirrors in and drive in, whilst being washed I heard a really loud bang on my roof, this was my car Ariel being ripped off, I went in to the garage to question what had just happened And the man said he told me to put my mirrors in and take the ariel off, to which I said you didn't say that, he then began to smirk at me as if it was funny, after returning home I inspected my car fully and have untold amounts of scratches all over my car, I understand that I will not be able to prove that the scratches was not there before the carwash and that he didn't tell me to take off the ariel, but have wrote this review to hopefully prevent anyone else from using this establishment, as the staff are unbelievable lacking in the skills needed to work in customer service. Devastated my prestine paintwork is destroyed ariel is cheap to fix but hey you live and you learn

Came in and asked about using the vacuum, without ever even looking at me guy shoots it’s £1.30. I asked how long does it run for “it’s £1.30”, had to ask 3 times until he mumbled it’s 6min. While I was distracted hoovering my car a guy came with the truck to refill all pumps and locked all entries and exits. As I’m about to leave he comes running at me threatening me, and saying that I can’t drive as it’s illegal, and that the pump is shut. Well it makes sense that you can’t drive while they refill but thanks for locking me in for the next 15min without a warning. While waiting I tried to buy something from the shop and staff mumbles something and turns his back and walks away. To be fair it always feels like they’re not interested in our money at all, never seen worse customer service, never even a thanks, don’t even bother looking at us. Not surprised with all the poor reviews. Won’t come back.

Most disgusting jet I have ever seen . I asked the guy before how much time it gives u for the 5.49£ . He said it gives u way enough time to clean any car . I asked him to tell me a time, and asked if It would give me 10-15mins , he said yes will give u way more time . Then i paid and got that finished under 6 mins . I went back to that guy he rudely said u took more time brushing it, and no one ever complained about it . Pay again to get washed . Daily light robbery, then he said there is some issue with the jet wash . U want to clean then pay again . Now i have just seen reviews and got to know that BP has been doing it for a long time. Avoid wash there

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Visited here on Monday 24th July at 2pm to be greeted with the rudest, most worthless little man I've ever experienced. I was trying to fill up a lorry, but he felt the need to shout at me in not only English but his own language. I've no idea what he said but at least I can go to bed at night knowing I'm actually a decent human being. Unlike him. My company filled up all our vans and lorries here because of the convenience. I'd rather drive 20 minutes out my way then give them my money. If you have an inferiority complex don't work front of house. It's just a shame you have to give one star as it's not even worth that.

Wow no wonder the Tesco jet wash had 6 cars waiting and this BP had zero. This is the worst jet wash I’ve ever seen or used. Very very slippery dangerous surface. There is no timer to show how long you have used or time remaining, the machine just changes from jet to brush without any warning. The jet itself is not powerful what so ever. The brush (see photos) appears to be the same brush from the year 2003. My car is as dirty after using this facility as when I first arrived. I’m just soaked through now as the the hose wasn’t long enough for a bmw X5 and I’m £5 lighter. What a waste of time and effort and money.

Appalling car wash experience - brushes on the passenger side simply didn't connect with the car - front, rear and driver's side ok - complained to the man in the shop who had sold me the voucher - he came out, looked at the car and tried to tell me nothing was wrong - I asked for a free voucher to use the manual jet-wash so I could clean the dirty side of the car - he refused, we argued and then he spat at my car... Disgusting behaviour and appalling customer service.

I have visitred to Jet car wash servise in BP st dunstans road , there were person was using the this facility but i have been told that jet was out of order.one person has been refused to use this facility and our understand that only Bp workers relatives or friends can use this jet was, totaly awful service

worst customer service ever. man behind the counter doesnt even say hello just looks misserable as anything and gives you your change like he doesnt want to touch your hand. motorbikes have to pay first before you can put fuel in. petrols expensive. avoid it

Magnum tonic wine in Surrey big love for that this guy always wearing some woolly hat looking tired at 3am but when he sees me he smiles because now he knows what’s worth staying up for Its the magnums keep going bro i see you pall

This is always without fail the most expensive petrol in the area, a 3 minute drive north from this location is a 24hr Tesco with usually almost the cheapest in the area.

Extremely poor customer service. Rude owner as he arrogantly mentioned that he owns the place. Fuel prices are usually higher than other fuel station in the area.

Visited this BP Garage on 19/01/2018 @ 1.30 am, the store assistant was least interested in his job, very poor customer service.....

Jet wash Car wash open up to about 8pm Garage always open. Oh and they sell petrol!! Nuff Said
