Just this morning, I purchased gas at this station. I used pump 3 and paid $15 for premium gas. It came out to be 3 gallons. However, upon leaving the station, I noticed my gas meter never moved. Assuming maybe it was my car, I did lap to see if it would budge and it did not. I then turned my car completely off to restart it; there was no movement. I went in and told the cashier, who was unable to locate the manager. I left to attend to errands. There’s a Kroger down the street so I got gas there and all was well. I came back to the station after my errands and spoke with the manager who was unable to refund me or accommodate me in anyway for the gas issue. I told him that at Kroger, I had no issues and paid full price for the 11gallons that my tank holds. If I had truly gotten gas at BP, I would’ve only paid for 8 gallons at Kroger. He responded that no one else had complained and that the receipt says I got gas so I got gas. If you need gas, go the Kroger right behind this gas station. It’s cheaper, they’re more professional, and you won’t get stiffed out of your money if things go wrong. I will not come back to this gas station.

Came here on September 4th to put air in my tire one of the machines said put of service so I used the other pump. I put my money into the machine and tried to pump air but this one wasn’t working either. So I went inside to inform the cashiet and she said to call the number on the machine. I asked can I just get my money back and she said no. I asked if they were going to at least put a sign up to prevent other people from being cheated and she said no again. So I feel like this gas station is purposefully steal money from customers using the broken air pump.

This place has the absolute worst management and customer service. On multiple occasions i have experienced these workers making up they’re own prices for the store product. Today was the final straw. The store advertises both Minute Maid soda and Minute Maid Orange Juice 2 for $3. I was told because I wasn’t getting both of the same product that i couldn’t mix and match which made absolutely no sense. I personally believe the workers there have no idea how to give good customer service and for that I’ll never shop there again.

I work at nights and get off at 4am. I am a coffee drinker and likes my coffee fresh and hot. The staff at this BP is Soooooo rude. The coffee is always stale and the worker NEVER WANT TO MAKE FRESH COFFEE for me at this time in the morning. I am a paying customer and would like fresh coffee. I hate the staff and service at the 448 Boulevard BP Gas station. I HATE GOING TO A STORE AND THEY CANNOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU WANT. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is disgusting. There is no soap dispenser in the bathroom to wash your hands. The Subway employees and gas station employees handle your food after going to the bathroom and they don't wash their hands. When I asked why there was no soap, they said they were out. I said that's not true because there's no soap dispenser. They didn't care at all.

It's a gas station. Conveniently located next to the highway. It does what it is supposed to do. Now is it particularly clean? Not really. Would I eat at the Subway there? No. Is gas cheap? If you go east on Glenwood about 1/3 of a mile there is Kroger gas station that is much cheaper.

Horrible customer service! If you need to use a restroom, this definitely is not the place to go!!! They will lie to you and tell you the restroom is broken, but where do they go???

If I could of gave them no stars I would have. This place has roaches and when you tell them about the roaches they catch an attitude. First and last time for me.

Vacuum machine took my money. Politely told the cashier, she responded by yelling at me in what little English she speaks. Terrible service!

No American spirit bulk tobacco. In this area it’s a staple, plz stock and request update of review. Thanks
