10 minutes ago I went to the gas station for 3 sodas for my family. I go to the box I say hello, he does not even look at me, he talks to the woman who was in the lottery, too. It tells me $ 4.92. I give him $ 20 he gives me the change without even looking at me ... I tell him in English if he has a bag to put my 3 sodas .... ME GRITA "please do you have bag" ?? thank you have nice day !!!! NEXT !!! I think maybe I deduced that I had to put 3 sodas in a bag ... BUT TO RAISE YOU A LADY SEEMS LIKE MY LITTLE MAN ... I'M NOT GOING BACK TO THAT GAS STATION BECAUSE THAT EMPLOYEE IS MY RUDE ... and the lady who was winged said nothing! They lost a client but they also lost my recommendations to the place .... JN EMPLOYEE SO YOU SHOULD NOT WORK WITH CLIENTS ... bad for the company.

I had a really bad afternoon... to top it off while getting gas locked my keys in my car. I was pumping gas when I did it. I went in and (spelling???) the kind man Ujjill gave me the phone after dialing Geico number he pulled from his wallet. He then let me call my husband too... Later the pop a lock man was also kind and he even went in to chat with the kind man at BP. He also spoke to my husband when he called back to check on me. When he informed me of that I was very happy to meet such a kind person after the terrible experience today with another ordeal. I will never forget the Pop-A-Lock man or the BP man who were kind when I needed it most. there are still good people out there... I pray they both are rewarded 10 fold for the help and kindness I received today...

Staff is rude, place is dirty, never any receipt paper in pumps, pump screens are burnt out from the sun and lack of care.. When brought to the attendants attention he just says, "that's weird" meaning I guess I'm just to lazy to care about it I guess. Update: Cannot read the screens at the pumps!!!! Update: Pump 4 screen is solid white, cannot read what is on the screen. Bathroom is nasty, no soap, no toilet paper and no receipt paper in the pump.

I work right across the street from this BP and I decided to come here because I needed a car charger and a aux cord. I tried to return them both later but apparently there are no refunds. The charger plug doesn't work and the aux cord can't be used since I have a port for it on my phone. I can see if he said no for the aux cord but the charger? I couldn't even get it exchanged. Don't buy things like that here. Just get gas, snacks, and leave.

Very VERY RUDE we can't get the gas pump to work , I went back in x3 the clerk kept skipping me even thou the bell kept ringing behind the register ! He was argumentative and refused to allow me gas , pretended to refund the visa , and gave me a fake receipt then REFUSED to give me his name!! It said $44 on tickets ! Next receipt was 0.00$ with nothing that said refund.

Go anywhere but here the clerks here are very rude . I finished pumping my fuel and the pump told me to see clerks for recipe. I walked in and asked clerk for my recipe and the clerk looked ant me and start yelling and cursing me. Giving BP a bad name Noone in my company will be visiting here again.

Horrible customer service. The sales associate around 3:15 pm 11/18/17 was rude and had an attitude. If you are trying to get customers to go to the store down the street, you are doing a great job. You have lost a potential repeat customer.

Terrible experience. 2/4/2023. I go to this station all the time for my gas. I have had a BP card for a very long time. I am 78 years old. Very rude person behind counter. Don't have to worry about me again. I will find another station.

Went far beyond rude to just over the top condescending prickishness. Convenient location but I'll drive 10 miles to give someone else my business. Avoid. Couldn't post without awarding a one star rating. Would have been zero otherwise.

Don't go here, nothing but rude service and poor quality gas, and if you try and use the restroom without buying anything they will tow your car.

During Hurricane Matthew they were the paradigm of capitalism, and order. It was the only place open within 12 mins of my home.

They deserve 5 stars alone for their Customer Service and fully stocked Chick O Stick Bar......Ask The friendly Cashiers

I love this store the staff is great people and I love the fact they always seem to have what I need.

I have gone here twice late at night because it claims to be 24hrs. It has been closed both times.

One of them had a man and the cashier was very bad, very nasty and never wanted to go again
