Stopped on 08-11-2018 to get air for my car tires. The air machine didn’t work so I told the store clerk HARRY that I placed $1.50 in air machine and I got no air. He started yelling at me that the machine do work. I politely asked him to come to check with me. He said NO and I was not getting my money back. I told him that I didn’t want my money back just some air for my tires. He has no customer service skills at all. I will run out of gas before I ever stop at that BP. I would give it zero stars if that was possible.

Stop by all the time on the way to work. This time I bought a car wash. Go through and the car was doesn't work. Try to get a refund or another code. They would not do it because the code was used. Like I explained the code was used. But the car wash malfunctioned. It's a shame, but it is the last time I stop here and will go to Daily's across the street.

I got charge $50 at the gas for a $10 charge and when I bring the receipt in and show the lady the charge on my bank she just continues to say she can’t do anything but she’s the owner Tina.

The car wash is a ripoff and the manger is RUDE!!!!!!

Excellent customer service and the restroom is nice.

Love the gas and the prices!!
