Unprofessional staff behaviour. They are on pre pay at night time, which is really good. But if someone request to open for filling full tank they can open it by keeping their cards or something. But the staff said, he can't do that and that's their policy . Basically the people at counter only bother their safe side and their safe side is the loss for company . I didn't fill and went to the other bp 800 metres from there. They were super friendly and let me to fill full tank with a smile.

Very very bad customer service the guy dunt letme use the toilet for even a nano sec as he said this is not for public as he said my car was blocking the pumps whereas there was only a single customer in store if u ever go there my advice stay away from this watever he is middle eastern guy(jeek) who works at this store (not being a racist here cudnt get his name) and specially with bp with such big name shudnt hire these sort of jerks

Every time on weekend nights uber drivers leaves their car un attended on the pump. Long wait time . Unprofessional staff this is their responsibility to ask them not to park it. I complained to the staff and he is totally unprofessional. They should ask uber drivers to park outside the pump if they are waiting for the toilet etc. Everyones time is important.

Lovely console operator was so hospitable when I asked to wait for RACV to arrive for my non-moving car. Could have been very stressful if it wasn't for this lovely guy. Thank you so much.

Just tried to get some petrol and food and the guy working just yelled closed through the glass door despite it apparently being 24 hours

New store looks great! Heaps of new products with a lot of stock. Toilets are so clean and console operators and management are lovely.
