Quite literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life by staff attendant Ashima. She served me when I spent $70 on a gas bottle (which I've never done before), then I got home to find it was empty. Went back only 20 mins after she served me and although she said she remembered me – she was extremely rude and refused to give me the key so I could swap the gas bottle for one that had gas. Said I'd have to come back another time when the manager was there. The manager was apologetic and said it was just because Ashima didn't have access to check the CCTV footage to check. She clearly remembered me, just didn't want to help me get what I had paid for. She was unnecessarily rude and after this experience I'll never be back to this station or a BP!

Second time here with the young Indian girl with glasses on counter has let a transaction go through after the Qantas FF code was presented and barcoded and failed to go through. First time she lied and said oh it has gone through as you have to choose cancel or accept points on eftpos machine so that option didn’t come up and no points recieved . This time she admitted it didn’t go through but said I had to pay twice and then get refund later for first transaction. Clearly a scam that they are using on Qantas customer to get customers pay twice. No other BP does this except Swan St.

BP with all the money you're making on YOUR CAR WASH YOU can afford to hire an attendant for when things go wrong!! I had $10 stuck in YOUR MACHINE and YOUR STAFF inside seemed to think they couldn't help!! So I took matters in hand a prised it out myself!! Too many times there has been a problem with no one to assist!!

Ì you travel along church St, before you cross the Yarra bridge infront of you a service station with the colour green all over with two letters BP and it's beautifully shiny that when you trust that it's Aussie made if you want to keep your car have a long life that's where you need to go for petrol BP"on the move "

The worst car wash experience. We purchased wash and wax, but we only did the wash. Then we reacted to the manger, he asked how we knew that we didn’t do the was??? We event wait for him to check and he said the CCTV didn’t work… than we got 1 dollar refund. Never come back.

The lady at the desk had horrible customer service and was very rude to me and my partner. The will never buy fuel from there again!! I wouldn’t care if it was an apocalypse and that was the only station open, I would die before going there, that’s how rude the staff was.

I bought car wash voucher from this station , i went in there , my car tyre touch with sencer , machine didn’t start , i went to counter , the guy was very rude and showing his attitude, didn’t give me another voucher, i have to buy another voucher, its really shamefull ,

Not too bad of a site, the only dramas arise when it is busy and people park terribly when fueling up. Additionally understaffed at night, so they’re slow to allow you in to prepay for fuel. As they are often busy restocking the shelves.

Just another servo really. Staff are always friendly. Eftpos machine has been down a few too many times. I had to withdraw cash with a $2 charge each time. Pobably not their fault. But still a pain in the butt.

Not really sure what to put in a review of a petrol station. They had the fuel I needed and overall the experience was fine. This station is very dense with not much space to manoeuvre.

Best car wash ever, a lot of other automatic car washes don’t make your car look brand new again like this one does, has led lights inside it too which is super cool …

Pathetic service! They don't trust their customers and will ask customers to pay in advance for the fuel. Even after that, they'll exploit you and waste a lot of time.

Lost my wallet at the car wash, store worker was extremely unhelpful, reluctant to help me figure out a way to find who took it, didn’t really care about the situation

Always full. Good location for neighbouring offices. Convenience store has most of the necessities and window washing squeegee is always in good condition!

Good access to petrol, and a good affordable drive in carwash ($10.95 for the top option which includes no spot rinse and dryer)

Used the car wash which was faulty. Staff refunded my money without a drama. Good to have a no fuss interaction for a change.

They have small cafe with gas station. And also have a toilet inside. Good place to have a short break
