I visited on 24 of Feb at roughly 1:30 am and the guy by name rishi was there, I parked my car, and I waited at few minutes at glass door that he will open the door but he didn't then I called on number through, so he came and open the door and started argumenting that I was busy on training something like that and why u ring twice, I say I don't mean to disturb u but he was so angry as he wants to fight lol, I m not sure, if he was drunk but I want to fill my tank then I decided to not just buy my coffee will never visit this sit again I live in Mt Waverley and use to visit this often

Worst customer service. Staff lied by saying that card was scanned through for BP rewards even though I told him that it was not. After payment he said the points are not showing and he can do nothing. I spent $90.00 on a full tank with no points now. BP train your staff on how to deal with loyal customers.

Staff here are always friendly. Last week, the car wash credit machine was broken. The owner stood by the machine the whole time, organising for customers to pay with cash (including trusting them to pay in-store afterwards). I was short $1 in coins and he contributed the extra amount.

Made a coffee and the machine just spat milk every where so decided to have a look under the coffee nozal and there was just drive up clumpie milk under it looks as tho it has not been cleaned properly I feel I should have gone to 7/11 next door where thay clean there machines

I had same experience as other review. I scanned my BP rewards and found that no point was tracked. Visited the store again to request receipts, but they can only provide it 10-12 two hours timeframe in weekday. Feels like a scam and not going to come back this one any more.

Staff behind the counter (old man with glasses) refused to assist when I was confused as to when to scan my BP card. As with many other reviewers have noted, poor location if you have BP rewards program.

BP Mount Waverley offers high quality BP petrol as well as there are plenty of little grocery items to choose from its convenient store. It has fully automatic car wash on the side.
