Very rude member of staff behind the counter I use this store almost daily with no issues until today... I called in to see if the post office was open as even though it is a bank holiday 90 percent of the local smaller stores remain open including 3 local to myself however starting work at 7am they weren't open that early. Google stated it was open so I went in. The guy was so rude about it literally said I ain't answering that question what do you think like I'm thick... I explained Google states otherwise and my local one is open to which he was like well I'm not and never will be. Sort your staff out a simple we do not open this post office on bank Holidays would of sufficed surprised you have any customers if he's that rude to everyone especially regulat customers who return daily. Well I ain't going to be anymore that's for certain I would be sacked if I was that rude to my customers !!!

Good evening, I had a very bad service in this petrol station bp from a member of staff today about 13:30. This member of staff was so rude against my partner and me. My partner went to this petrol station to return an amazon parcel and he started to shout at her, asking her *Do you speak English? , Do you understand?*I think it was so racists for the way he said it.Then I went to speak to him that he could be more polite to the costumer and he could to apologize for his service and he said, it was his personality talk too loudly and he told me I could ask to anyone in Yorkshire against his service. On my way out to my car I saw him speaking to another costumer like I was crazy, because he was laughing and enjoy what he has said. I only went over there to tell him he could be more polite and apologize to her, and he only wanted to open another arguing.

Never had an issue with the staff , but they are one of the stations that puts up fuel at the first opportunity,and are very very slow to drop it ,and it's down to the individual station as the one up the road at Bramley town end is nearly always cheaper ,took them 3 weeks to pass on a portion of the duty cut that was supposed to be implemented from 6 pm of the day announced ,also know a few people who narrowed down to this gaffs cash machine when they had their cards cloned .

I want to use the toilet and the bold head man said ( old man ) to me toilet not working then i ask him where you going if you want to go toilet he said outside then i ask him where outside he said just outside outside outside then i said to him dont lie with me then he said yes im lie... Also im bp customer last 4 year and that man such a bad man he dont have humanity. Really bad really

We use the BP garage when returning Amazon products. It’s a Hermes drop and print point, so you can scan your QR code and print your returns label in store. The system is seemly linked into Amazon as they known when you’ve dropped off the item as you get a refund notification within an hour or so.

I was buying red diesel for my excavator and it was 20p more expensive than tate oils in otley, they tried to over charge me for my snacks and when I brought it up the attendant threw a 20 pence piece at me to recover the difference.

If anybody putting fuel in the car then you can use the toilet otherwise not allowed. They have toilet only for staff not for the customer or any other people who want to go in emergency. Selfish staff selfish fuel staion.

Awful. Tried to return a package, couldn't find the machine and the assistant behind the till told me to come back tomorrow and then refused to communicate with me any more, despite my attempts. Total waste of my time.

As filling stations go, most are just get in, get done and get out. This particular filling station adressed me, the guy made time for me and took my mood up 100%. In this instance. Thanks.

Cme ere quite often as van gts thirsty & so do we a very wide range of foods hot pies & cakes to crisps chocolate pop cakes cooked pies fresh frm there bakery to hot coffee,tea,hot choc 5☆

Really nice little petrol station. Nostalgic. Friendly & vacum, wash & Tyre machines available. Even collection for parcels. Been using this station for years. Excellent.

I go here every week for petrol. Pleasant staff well stocked shop, plus they told me today they are open all over Christmas in case I run out of anything

Most BP stations are designed for bad customer service, all staff are most BP garages have been trained to be arrogant..

Went there to use the Car vacuum cleaner and the hose was missing it's connecting attachment meaning it has no suction

The staff are so unhelpful. The post office is never open and their hermes delivery is no longer 24 hours.

Was looking for lpg as it's a nightmare at the moment looking for it, the guy in the shop sorted us out.

Post Office always seems to be closed before 17:30, why? I've been twice now at 17:00 and it's closed?
