The owners seem to be thinking they're better than everybody else and are very pretentious in my mind. whenever I pay for my products the owner is usually nearby and feels he needs to speak aloud about his recent drinking experiences with his buddies... I think this is highly unprofessional and do not care to hear about this. I have purchased a lot of things in the past in the store but I do not feel comfortable anymore as they're clearly only in the business of making a lot of money and they don't care about the individual person or their needs. I have had issues with faulty products purchased at their store in the past and they will not accommodate or try to help out... they obviously do not stand behind the products they sell. Sad and I don't see them doing well here on in. They have a huge inventory and they do not have the sense of customer care that is needed in this type of business.

It's like a toy store for enthusiastic cooks. They have all sorts of kitchen wares, and gadgets and gizmos. Every square inch is full of an amazing variety of kitchen supplies. There's almost an entire wall of cookie cutter shapes and all types of baking pans. If you are searching for something unusual or an uncommon shape, they will probably have it. It's the place to go for highend brands and specialty cookware, like Stubb and Le Creuset. A great place to go have a browse, you're bound to find something fun and useful.

Denied a return or store credit for a defective product. Was accused of breaking the product myself, and told to contact the owner to see about getting a refund as it is against their policy to return/exchange anything that has been used.(Owner wrote the policy) I used It, but it was broken, and that was clearly stated. I thought the days of holding the customer responsible for a defective product where done. Very poor policy. Be warned. The product: OXO Good grips mandoline, Cost $70.

This store has everything. I had no idea about this lil gem of a store. Great pricing and quality products. We were looking for a dump bucket for our expresso machine and they had the exact one we wanted. We were looking for a palm tamper and they didnt have it but the helpful lady said she will look for them the next time she orders. She even made us an expresso. They had cheater chop sticks even, I know a few people to buy those for , for Christmas! Check it out!

I purchased a wok a year ago and coating on the inside of the wok was peeling. When I was at the store last week shopping I mentioned it to the owner and he said I could return it even though I didn't have the bill as they are only store who sells that wok. I went there today and exchanged for a new wok and a store credit for the difference in price. What great customer service! The also hired an employee from the Ukraine which warms my heart.

I love this store! I only go here maybe 5 to 6 times a year but I always find what I'm looking for and then some! Tonnes of gadgets to look through. Huge selection of metal cookie cutters too. Good quality cookware, knives and serving dishes! You may pay a bit more but you get what you pay for as far as I'm concerned when it comes to kitchenware. I like the location as it is not in a congested area. Customer Service is always great.

If your have a culinary bent, than this place is the candy store of kitchen and cooking equipment, supplies and gadgets. They have an amazing array of excellent quality products, filling the approximately 4000 sq.ft. almost literally from floor to ceiling . The staff are extremely helpful and know their products well.

Fantastic customer service! Living out of town, I was able to buy a gift for a family member and I was so impressed with how they took care to present all the options, sending photos and patiently giving me time to choose. They also wrapped it for me, which was so nice.

Prices seem exorbitant for many things, but when something is on sale, it's on SALE. Watch the ads. Most everything was top quality which accounts for a portion of the gap between what they charge and what I'd expect to pay.

My go-to kitchen store! Kowledgable staff and an amazing selection of the best of the common kitchen gear to the more hard to find items like Muavel's splayed sauce pans. If they don't have it they can get it in.

It is very unfortunate that they are unwilling to make a sale on an item over $300.00, with a minor discount when offering a display model without a box. It's things like this that cause people to shop elsewhere.
