"Best craft beer bar in NY! Mecca for beer aficionados"
"Great draft beer selection, even better bottle selection"
Laid back atmosphere with clean tap lines. Perfect to enjoy great craft beers. They don't serve food. The staff encourages you to have good delivered. They even have menus of nearby places that you can peruse. The patio is currently closed due to an issue with their neighbors. Hopefully, the patio will be open in Dec. Fingers crossed.
If you're looking for fancy cocktails and expert fine dining service I would recommend an alternate solution. if you want an incredible beer selection, inclusive setting, awesome amicable and personable staff and a place to bring your pup to socialize - you're right where you belong. I love this bar and implore you to come by.
Solid bar with a great beer selection (tap and bottles) and a friendly bartender. This is not a dress to impress date night spot, but if you want to relax with some friends, including you four legged pal, I highly recommend it. And if you get hungry, they let you bring in food - not bad with Two Boots just around the corner.
Best craft beer bar in NY! Mecca for beer aficionados. Incredible local and internal options that are out of this world. I come here for the selection and the bartenders’ amazing recommendations. I’m not a big beer drinker, so I always go for the SUNBOY spiked coconut water. More
Great draft beer selection, even better bottle selection. All the staff and bartenders are in it together and love working here. Sunday night trivia is awesome too (The Brian Show) and is a bit more rambunctious than your usual bar trivia. Definitely a solid local watering hole
This really is a good place to have some of the best beers in the city just understand you will not get the regular type of beer that is sold everywhere else. This place has the best regulars and is really good for a 1st time date and even better they have video games.
Gem of a place. After my favorite subway inn closed down I was looking for a good bar and this is the place. Nice people. Great selection of beer and alcohol. Old fasioned ratong of 3.5/5. Knowledgeable bartender. Maybe my new favourite place. Must visit if downtown
Great selection of beer and cider, good atmosphere, dog friendly bar as long as your pup is socialized, they even have a Nintendo Switch (Mario Kart, SSB, Mario Party, etc.) available and a few screens if you want to watch ESPN or whatever.
Absolutely must go to this spot when you’re in east village. Tons of really unique and interesting beers such as jalapeño ale, pickle juice sour, and local small drafts from NY breweries. Brian is an excellent bartender and entertainer. He
I like this bar. They’re doggie friendly so you can bring your pup inside and chill with other patrons. There’s been at least one or two other dogs when I’ve went and people have been welcoming. People who come here are familiar of the dog
Horrible service. Complete jerk. No reason for who ever the guy in glasses to be rude when there’s nobody there as he goes around helping everyone but the one person at the bar standing there looking to get a drink. Waited for 15mins on a
Great spot to hang out with friends and bring your pup! They usually have a patio open too so there's a bit more space to spread out at, and you also can reserve a table if you plan on having a group and want to make sure you have a place
This place is seriously the best beer place in NYC - if not the US. Awesome bartenders, incredible beer selection, great vibes (especially since they're dog friendly). They really know their beer and will wax lyrical about their favourite
Big burley guy at the bar is violant and disturbed. Id been here before and seemed nice but today ii just went in to use the restroom because it was an emergency and it was the closest place to me. I thanked him on the way out and he told
We went here for a going away party , and we had the most fun in ages. It's a great dive bar, the service is chill and relaxed and in general the vibe is casual. The drinks are inexpensive, and you can safely get very drunk and have fun.
Love this great neighborhood bar! They have maintained their great loose and loving vibe and go above and beyond with hospitality. The craft beer selection is superb and I love Morgan the Bartender, her homemade Pickle Backs are the best
Great neighborhood bar with a low key vibe. Nice draft beer selection and playlist was on point. I wish the video games were working but it kept erroring out. Will definitely drop in if I’m in need of a nice casual spot with friends. More
Met some friends here. Divey, but with a surprisingly good beer menu. They also have some non-beer options for the non-beer drinkers you bring with you. Apparently there is mario kart, but did not ask about how to play. Draft prices are
The guy with glasses was so so rude and snobby. I just asked his recommendation on which beer to get as if you like anything that isn’t from a microbrewery you ARE NOT welcome. He made myself, my partner and her female friend extremely
I went in yesterday for a Coke on Ice! I was taken back into a Saloon from the late 1800's. It was very charming and warm! Lots of wood decors! The bartender was Wonderful and super friendly! I will return for a cocktail, next time!
It was an amazing place with great staff and atmosphere. I had one off the most interesting and flavorful beers I've ever tasted of " mysterious origins," definitely a spot to check out if you're in the big apple
Its a neighborhood bar! And it gets 5 stars for being exactly that. Expect lots of locals who bring their adorable dogs. Fun bartenders and an excellent variety of craft beers.
An interesting spot for sure - they have a nice back patio, and the happy hour and beer selection is pretty decent. That being said, the service was so slow.
If you want to taste some local beer in NY, this is the place you should visit. Lot of both local and international beers on tap. Price about 8usd per glass.
Cool environment with nice music. The ciders were nothing special but still hit the spot.
