It saddens me deeply that the managers here are all about favoritism. There are a number of employees here who do not abide by the rules at all, and still get their hours in. Racism occurs between employees, and the managers do not even reach out to corporate in these type of situations. Managers listen to their favorite employees, and basically degrade other employees based on “word” that goes around. Everyone should feel safe and happy in their workplace, but in reality this place is a nightmare when it comes down to actually caring about ALL employees. I can name all the managers, but my phone call with corporate will further this investigation as to why certain employees here are being highly discriminated.

I will never step foot in here again! They were trying to get me to take my backpack off and the woman at the front said it was against store policy and I asked to see it and they refused to show it to me! My thing is I have no issue taking it off, however if it is against store policy make sure that ANYONE who walks in with ANY large bags leave their bags at the front including women with large purses! Why should I have to take off my backpack and someone else walks in with a large bag doesn’t get stopped? I felt discriminated against as a male! I will be calling corporate to file a complaint about this!

I absolutely love DDs Discount Store!!! Its like Ross, but with a better selection and better prices!!! Staff is very friendly and for the most part the store is clean and put together as any discount store or any retail store can be. I seriously wish there was a DDs closer to where I live. 10/10 would recommend this store to my friends and family and I will definitely be going back. In fact I've already recommended this store and have gone back a few times already.

I love dd's DISCOUNTS store at East End. It was an awesome experience. The prices, clothes, and personal items were reasonable prices. It is my new favorite place to go when I need a new outfit for special occasions. The bath condiments are my favorite section I can stay in this area for hours. All the employees are friendly and helpful A++ experience. Thanks, dd's DISCOUNTS for such a awesome addition in our community.

My elderly parents shopped there for some discounted pots and pans. They left accidentally leaving a small frying pan. I returned to the store with my mother. They told us they would not give us the pan. Based on "camera footage", which we did not get to see, they claimed everything was bagged and placed in a cart. "LOSS PREVENTION" was not professional about the incident.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE DD'S. You've got to come here if you like saving money. Some people (I've heard) don't go to shop at locations like DD'S because they either don't have brand items or because they're embarrassed. 1) they have brand items and they are typically in really good condition and 2) you'll probably end up seeing someone you know at dd's.

Customer service is ok but rude at the same time. If the cashier has a customer they talk over customers to employees. Any wrong move bring food in or your child does something and your a different race they are quick to tell you something or they have they eye on you until you leave out. SMFH They need to learn to treat all customers fairly

I only spent $130. 00 but I need to go back and get some baby clothes. They had nicer baby clothes than Walmart and the adult female clothes were very nice. I spent quite a long time in the bedding depts and the electronic section. To me, this was a very successful shopping trip.

Okay dd's I just wish it was more clean and organized. The prices are very affordable however you do have to spend a lot of time going through stuff because it's not on order. Customer service could do better I recommend going as soon as they open it does get packed pretty fast.

Manager on duty today could not take the time to remove the metal part from the shoes for me she wanted me to stand in the long line, I told her that was a long line just for that she said well go ask one of the cashiers. Worst customer service need new management

The store was very neat and there is a lot to choose from. I was able to find clothes and shoes for me and the kids, plus items for the home for $100. It was also less packed than other dd's I've been to, but I did go early. Will definitely be going back.

Items are pretty much sorted by size. Be careful because some are mixed up so check ur tags still can't be mad i was able to find 2 pairs of (niiiice) jeans, 1 pair of leggings, 2 tops for under 40$ when i was kind of expecting to spend more …

Usually has a great selection of clothes at discounted prices.. Today the store looks like it needs to be Restocked. The racks were almost empty. However I was able to purchase something else I needed at a great price. I always liked this store.

The store is so unorganized!!! My little girl tripped in the shoe isle good thing she didn’t get hurt or else o smell a lawsuit... So many shoes on the floor. I thought Ross was bad nooo this one is #1. The cashier was nice other than that

Personel are always talking to each other and are rude to customers. Also everything is so un organized. I went early when they open thinking since I'm early it should be clean but it wasn't it was just messy everywhere...

Store wasn't all what I thought it was going to be. Very disorganized. It also seems that they allow more people than what they should considering the pandemic which is still really high here. I went in and right back out.

Nice place to shop, but I had almost $100 worth of items and could not use their restroom. Was referred to the Subway, which you can only use their restroom if you BUY something. Which i did a lot of buying at DD's.

Went throught the store for the first time ever. Went to ch ck out something in an aisle and the basket disappeared. I left without making a purchase because I want going to shop for everything all over again.

I guess it's okay but they didn't have anything I wanted. They made me check my bag at the door. I didn't like that .if they don't trust me to be in their store then why would I want to be. I will not go back.

they start kicking you out before closing time. at 9:00 they announced to head to cashier cause they close in 20 minutes.. tf?! what about the other 10 minutes? never coming here again! two thumbs way down

Great place to spend your money, you never know what new items you will find every week. Been going here since it opened and i must say that they never disappoint me with service or products.

I liked the service at this location. The employees were friendly and attentive to their customers. And the store was clean and organized. Despite the fact that it was busy at the time.

Nice store and nice prices. Only problem is that although it's a big store, they don't have restroms :| like what person was idiotic enough to think of something like that?

I love Dd's. My visits are always great. I get my money's worth every time. They have very good deals on clothes, household goods, and everything I need.

I got a good deal on the socks I needed. Management didn't hesitate to open more registers when the line started getting long. Good service.
