I only visited for inspection. I felt trapped. The corridors are narrow, rooms are not much bigger from a cargo box, everywhere magnetic locks, which makes it really hard to get anywhere fast. The entertainment areas are ridiculously small, some have no windows and the door is a 100 pund heavy, claustrophobic person would suffer here indeed. Some staff are too enthusiastic, checking on students' private life plans and educational achievements like their own childrens'. I imagine it would make me feel really uncomfortable to be asked all kind of questions when I just wanna get down out or up to my room. Even if I close my eyes on some of the things mentioned above (some people are more friendly maybe and are happy to talk all the time, some people don't need windows in a room to feel comfortable, some people don't need to get fast anywhere and the doors every 3 meters isn't an obstacle for their comfort)... It's so expensive! It would be around $430 per week if I sign a one year contract for a room with one tiny bed, with a condition to not bring anybody to stay overnight (with some exceptions, like if I register my guest and only once in a month or something like that. Feels uncomfortable and weird to be obliged to inform reception about my personal life). To cut it short: expensive and doesn't even worth the money.

Dont live here if you dont want to waste a lot of money! This place just making money from you, I live on the 20th floor and it’s the highest floor which mean there will be no people live above, but every day there were a loud sound from above which make me can’t focux on study and sleeping! I tried to complain about this to the staffs and the manager, but it seems like dont really care. Secondly their bed mattress is super super smelly and black and its not comfortable. Looks like they never change. Lastly, when you move out they will charge you $80 for the base cleaning even if your room is super clean, and other charges as well which is the suction from the kitchen $40 and the carpet $20. I really dont understand why would they have to take a lot of money from student when we do not make out of money!!! Especially, prepared your feeling that you will get your house bond back very very slow and maybe until you email them then they will notice about that! after you walk out of the accomodation they probably ask you to rate their place 5 stars. My suggestion is you guys should rent somewhere else but not here please if you dont want stress and save money (Yugo is as very good place, or other accomodation). I am very dissapointed at you Dwell team, such a bad management!

Friendly staff and nice location. Staff care about their residents and they are really supportive. There was time I was in distress and went to them and they can have good chat with you and provide you with information for supports. The monthly BBQ events are always good and residents here are generally good folks. Free food and opportunities to meet new people. After visiting few other accommodations , I will recommend dwell for the most bang of your bucks. 1) rooms are spacious 2) good rooftop and study room 3) the gym is basic but will get you through if you plan your routine using dumbbells 4)things I mentioned above

Our stay in here was good, we need it a place because we were moving to Adelaide and they had a good flexibility in short term stay so we decide to stay few weeks, so the only thing that we didn't like was that the after cleaning wasn't well explained so at the end of our stay we had a problem with the reception team they were a little bit overtone speaking because they just told as different excuses for pay even was clean, we clarify already this but this wasn't enough for us and we wanted to review it here for future people check with dwell team before something similar happen. I lived in Dwell for 2.5 years as an international student. Dwell Apartment, as my first apartment in Adelaide, is very warm and convenient. It is located in the absolute city centre, close to Target, Kmart, Coles, and lots of restaurants. You can walk to the University of Adelaide in less than 5 minutes. Dwell has a high standard of facilities and services. Every staff member is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dwell Apartment as a first choice for new international students. I truly hope Dwell Apartment and every staff member will be better and better!

The time I and my boy friend xinbo lived in dwell was really great, thanks to Gisela and shen for their help. Dwell brings us a lot of happy memories, everything is so comfortable and convenient. The rich and colorful activities let us know a lot of good friends. Many of our classmates live in dwell, we often meet the dwell exclusive study room together, or go to the movie room of dwell to relax and play games and watch movies. We hope we can go back there in the future because it feels like home. There are too many advantages of safety, comfort and convenience.

By far the best student dorm in Adelaide. The staff are amazing, super friendly and accommodating. It never seems like they're bothered about anything which makes it nice to come home to. Always greeted with a smile and no request is frowned upon. Located in what I would say is the heart of the CBD, the building is immaculate, regularly cleaned and very accessible. The rooftop is simply amazing, what a place to be during the fringe. Probably one of Adelaides best views. Highly reccommend to anybody looking to stay.

I lived here for two and a half years as a student, and this place is excellent as student accommodation. The staff and managers were always very friendly and fast at solving any problems I may have had. The facilities and services within were of a high standard and were always kept up to scratch. Prime location within the city for anything a student could want, from nightlife to proximity to most campuses. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality student accommodation.

The perfect location for students in the city! Close to Rundle Street, Rundle mall and the Universities, with a beautiful view of the city and the ocean from the roof terrace. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and organise loads of events throughout the week (free food included)! The rooms themselves are clean and contain all the utilities you need. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay

The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the most important thing is that there is a dishwasher, which is really convenient. It is less than 5 minutes' walk to Ada and Rundle Mall. The apartment is located in the center of the city, which is convenient for shopping and transportation. The apartment also has a nice gym, billiards and table tennis. Overall, dwell was really good.

I stayed in this place for 3 days during my Adelaide Trip. Found all the staff very polite and helpful, the location is perfect and the venue is clean and well managed. Entire view of Adelaide from Top of the apartment is loving. The manager of the venue and entire staff made my trip memorable. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality team. Highly recommend to students.

I love the facility, the building here so much. The staffs here they are super helpful and kind, they are the best staffs that I ever met. They help me find the way to fix my problems all the time. The online system of Dwell is amazing. I LOVE how easy I can pay my rent and check everything through the website that makes things a lot easier! Absolutely love<3

This is an excellent student apartment in a fantastic location. It's in the CBD of Adelaide and very convenient for buses and taxis, almost a transport hub~ All the facilities inside are modern and new. The staff are friendly and helpful. The various events held every week are great! I lived here for a year and will definitely miss it!

I have been staying in dwell for 2 months now. The place is really clean and new and everything is in great condition. I particularly like how fast the management is to deal with the virus and ensure residents' safety. The rooftop is a plus and have spectacular view of the city. Staff are very nice and helpful too. Brand new student accommodation in the perfect location! The rooms are perfect for students, fully furnished and very clean. 我在Dwell 住了两年多，由于工作需要所以才搬离Dwell。先说一下地理位置，绝对的中心地带，不管去哪里都非常便捷，旁边就是Rundle mall，coles, Woolworth，Foodland，Kmart 和target，买东西超级方便！我住的是单人的studio，虽然不大，但是有独立的卫生间还有厨房，所以住的还是很舒心的。顶楼的天台可以带给你超级无敌视觉体验！Dwell 的工作人员非常的亲切热情，我在住宿期间给予我最大的帮助！公寓每星期还有举办不同的活动。总之，这两年在Dwell 住的非常愉快。

Management is very slow in responding to my refund status and staff on site have not replied to my enquiries up till today. I have not received an actual reply regarding a resolution to the cancellation of my contract.

Through tough times the swell staff have been very helpful and understanding. Rooms are of a high standard. The staff have also acted quickly to address previous concerns. I highly recommend dwell for all students.

I just want to say that I really love living here. The room is lovely, the staff are kind and all the events here are amazing. Besides,the university and the mall are really close for someone who is lazy like me.
