Unfortunately this was probably the worst massage I've ever had. I have been many times to other Endota Spas and it has always been such a treat, but I can't say the same on this occasion. I booked a 60min organic relax massage as I had received a birthday voucher from my partner and saw the Rowville salon was highly rated. The ambiance of the salon was lovely and the reception staff were great, but the massage itself was horrible. It did not start with the usual choice of essential oils to see which scent resonated with me, just a few random spritz of something in the air. The massage itself started at my legs and was far too soft for my liking (despite putting on the questionnaire I liked it medium), so I asked for it to be a little harder. My therapist responded that they could do it a bit harder, but if they did it too hard I could get hurt and I should book a remedial massage next time. Fair enough. The massage then progressed to my back and this is where the extreme pain started. It felt like my spine was being massaged with bare knuckles or jade stones on my back and it was incredibly uncomfortable and painful. At no point throughout the massage did my therapist check if the pressure was ok before or during the experience, and I could not wait for it to be over. Walked in relaxed and walked out so disappointed and sore, never again.

This was once an absolutely luxurious spa and a joy to visit. The last year or so it has certainly lost its lustre which is very sad. I’ve had massages, pedicures and waxing which have more often than not been a huge disappointment. I’ve been left waiting in the lounge as they’ve forgotten my appointment, or had a stuff up at reception and the therapist has been apologetic while the receptionist has refused to apologise or take any responsibility for their error. I hope you can get it together and return to the great spa that you once were, hoping with each visit, my hope fades a little bit more.

Lovely ladies at the front desk, place looks and smells absolutely beautiful. The ladies there are so accomodating, friendly and professional. Really go out of there way to make you feel super relaxed and special. Was offered a delicious tea while filling out form before facial. Thanks so much to Dani for giving me the most AMAZING facial and pampering me, I was in actual heaven and my skin has been absolutely glowing and clear ever since. First time ever at Endota Spa and I’ll definitely be back!

Never recommend this branch! They devalue the Endota spa brand. I have been to many and this one is the worse. Booked 60mins massage and only received 45mins, therapist wanted to talk about my facial routine which has nothing to do with the appointment. Afterwards trying to sell me product because it was the last day of 20%off sale, got home and found that the discount was not applied to my purchase and I would’ve gotten the discount if I ordered online, what a scam!

I had a microdermabrasion facial here the other day with Brooke, she was amazing! So professional and friendly and really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything to me! I was a little worried about having products pushed on me at the end (has happened in the past at Endota) but they didn't do that at all, Brooke just told me they were having a sale and to let her know if there was anything I thought I might need. I will definitely return :)

Just had an organic relax massage and it was phenomenal. The therepist was exceptional, knew how to deliver a perfect mix of kind and funny chatter and moments of deep relaxation and soothing silence. The therapist was able to identify my problems areas immediately and was helpful in suggestions for ongoing posture and muscle care. Rose at the front desk has such a beautiful energy too, very caring and comforting. Thank you for a lovely experience!

The personal service and the relaxed atmosphere makes the experience of going to Endota so much more enjoyable. I had a facial by Ash last night and cannot praise her enough. Such a lovely girl with a beautiful nature. She explained step by step what each process was about. I purchased some items after my facial and Ash explained each product and the benefits they would have on my skin. Thanks so much Ash...looking forward to next month.

Feeling like a million bucks!!! I stopped past in June this year on the hopes of a spur of the moment massage. Rose on reception did everything she could to accomodate the last minute request and I left feeling fab. Today (after generous work & birthdays gifts)… I returned for the full “immerse” spa package. My therapist Sarah was absolutely fantastic, and after 3.5hrs of pampering left feeling like a new person! #endotasparowville

I had an amazing Pregnancy Pick Me Up treatment yesterday which included a facial, foot bath & massage with the very talented therapist Kayla - what an absolute treat! Being 36 weeks pregnant & feeling uncomfortable & huge - I left after the treatment feeling like I was floating on a cloud - and that feeling has lasted! Massage was relaxing and lovely. Spray tan, average at best. Colour lovely but uneven, no blending on hands & wrists and 2 drip marks. Asked me if I wanted my stomach done because it wouldn't be seen... Great customer service after was offered a free tan which is great. Unfortunately I was running 5 mins late and my appointment was moved. Got a tan elsewhere cheaper and better.

First experience at Endota Spa and totally worth it. From start to finish staff were lovely and very accommodating to me running late for an appointment. My therapist Kirstin stayed back and was happy to extend my treatment, treated all problem areas. The massage and facial was unbelievable - will definitely be back!

I had the most wonderful experience at Rowville endota spa- I saw Aniko for an organic facial. She was so lovely and gentle. She gave me knowledgable advice and directions on how to better care for my skin. I will not be going anywhere else!
