Great experience from the moment I walked in the shop. Very calm and serene. Their bathroom facilities were not working, so I had to use the facilities in the shopping centre, I didn't like that. Massage was delightful, and on point, I asked for no scented oils as I have very sensitive skin, I ended up with a rash before the end of the massage, not sure what was in the oil, but my skin didn't like it. The treatment was expensive, but I can see where the money is spent, it was worth the money but I would not risk a rash like that again. Wish they would use simple oils, like olive, for people like me. I would definately return then

Purchased a "deep recovery" massage for my wife (who is a qualified beauty therapist and massage therapist). Her comments: Pros: - Relaxing room - Good quality oils/products used Cons: - Appointment began 30 minutes late. - Massage was cut short by at least 15 minutes. - Confirmed it was a firm massage, but asked the masseuse 3 times to be firmer. - Inconsistencies that made my wife question the qualification of the masseuse. Very poor considering these guys are meant to be good.

Although the staff was welcoming and friendly, the overall experience was unpleasant. The room had a bad smell, the robe and towels might have been clean but still smelled and felt a bit greasy. Because they use clay and oils, the robes and towels should be washed better so that they smell and feel nice and fresh. The room looked more like a hospital room than a spa. It had grey cement floors with cracks in them. Considering the high prices, they could do better!

I get massages all the time at different places. At Endota there is always quality and consistency. I’ve been to several Endotas, and all the staff are extremely well trained and deliver a luxurious experience. The only bad thing is that you have to book well in advance, because they are super popular and good at what they do. Sometimes I go to other massage places at the last minute and none of them compare. Thank you Endota for improving my wellbeing!

I like this place. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Good services but I went twice and both the time actual treatment time was less then what we have booked for. 1st time it was short by 15 minutes 2nd time it was short by 10 minutes. 1st time I haven't reviewed as I thought sometimes it may happen. It's ok. But 2nd time as well it was same. Everything good but we should receive the service that we have paid for. Hope you will take it positive. Thank you

I was having a full body massage after 12 years. I want to thank Logan for taking such good care of me. She knew I was nervous and put me to ease. The rest and restore 60 mins back massage was the shortest 1 hour of my life. I enjoyed every moment of the experience and can’t thank Endota spa enough. I am gifting my spouse the same massage ‍♂️ Everyone I love deserve to take time to be de-stressed and feel pampered

Highly recommend Endota Spa at Point Cook. The staff were wonderful from the moment I walked in. The service was exceptional, the environment welcoming and my experience was fabulous, one I hope to repeat soon. I was well looked after by professional staff and felt amazing after my session. Highly recommend both massage and facials, whether you want to treat yourself or reduce stress and improve circulation.

Amazing facial and massage by Pam today. Never have I experienced such perfection and care from a therapist. I couldn't turn my neck at all, for 3 months I went to remedial massage therapist, chiropractors etc and no one could find the problem or fix me. Pam did and didn't allow me to leave til I felt no pain, thanks to Pam I feel amazing. Well done Pam you're a star, I'll defitnely be back to see you.

Terrible service... If I could give this place -5 stars, I would! I was told by the store manager Kate she couldn't be bothered booking me in because it was 10 min before closing and she just wanted to go home... She rudely said go call somewhere else and hung up on me!!! Dear owner of this franchise, is this the sort of disgraceful staff you hire and choose to run your store??

Me and my husband visited Endota spa today and had a great experience. Amazing treatment ( pregnancy massage and remedial massage, respectively) and very inviting environment. Worth the price! We both felt really relaxed and comfortable after. I especially love Endota products ( all natural) and essential oils. Would definitely visit again when we can;) Highly recommend.

Not the Endota standards that you’d normally get at other locations and it looked more like a doctors clinic than a spa. Extremely unhappy with my whole experience. Massage was terrible, I could tell she was new. Train your staff before putting them on the floor. I would like a refund so I can use it at a location that knows how to treat customers and has skilled masseuses.

Had an amazing surrender spa package today with the lovely Sam, it would have to be the best treatment I have ever had and I have had a few in my time. I had my second remedial massage today with a lovely therapist and I cannot believe how I feel. I have had chronic back pain for 6 months and struggle to sleep at night and for the first time in a long time, I am in a lot less pain and my movement has freed up. Thank you so much!

Usually love Endota. Have only been at this one once. Had a very sore back for weeks after massage...I think there was pressure put on my spine. Apart from that, the service was amazing. Maybe just a once off.
