I went for a 60 minute pregnancy massage there today, and was quite disappointed with the service. The massage itself was OK, and the masseuse was friendly enough. My appointment was at 2pm. When I got there at 2:05pm, they asked me to fill out some questionnaire (which I figured they will use to sell me something afterwards) and asked if I would like some tea. They then read to me what I had written and confirmed what kind of massage I wanted. This must have taken at least 15 minutes. The massage itself felt very short. The masseuse told me that it was over and to take my time to get dressed. After getting dressed, I checked my phone and it was only 3:01pm. So I asked why she gave me a 45 minute massage when the massage says 60 minutes. She then told me that the 15 minute "tea and consultation" was counted towards the 60 minute massage. I felt ripped off, especially since the massage itself was pretty pricey!! I asked the lady at reception why they were counting me filling out their form towards the 60 minutes, and they said they needed that information. I said well great for you but why am I paying for it, it doesn't benefit me to give them this information. Was really annoyed. She later said she will reduce the price to $110 for that 15 minute of massage I didn't get. Glad she adjusted it but come on guys, you charge $145 for an hour of massage and you take away 15 minutes of the massage?? That's one fourth of what I was paying for! Never going back.

Highly recommend Jess/Jessy! I had the Electro-mesotherapy & Customised Massage - very relaxing. Jessy is experienced, friendly and accommodating and her massage was firm and just the way I like it. The Chatswood Chase endota spa is the best one I have experienced (and I have tried the Paddington branch, and the Turramurra branch too), from check-in to paying, it was a smooth and seamless process. The rooms are very comfortable and maintained. The only complaint about the “endota spa franchise” in general is how pushy they are with up-selling the products they use during the treatment from the sprays, to the serums, oils etc.. but Jessy had a very friendly and personable approach that didn’t seem too pushy.

If you're looking for a pamper session with fabulous therapists and a great vibe, look no further than Endota Spa Chatswood! I always have a wonderful experience no matter which therapist I have, and the facilities are amazing. Both pre and post pregnancy, Endota has been my go-to. Plus the added bonus of convenience (being located within Chatswood Chase) means parking is a breeze and I can get some shopping done before my massage. My only regret? I just wish I discovered this spa sooner! I’m already looking forward to my next pamper session. Keep up the great work, team!

Everything from start to finish was such a pleasant experience - from the booking right through to the leaving the store. All the staff I spoke to and interacted with were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The treatment itself (pregnancy pause) was divine, my therapist Trija checked in several times during the treatment to make sure her pressure was okay (pregnancy massage) and also recommended several tips of technique and products which would help with my skincare after my custom facial. I can't recommend Endota enough! I've been raving about all week! Thank you!

Today I thought I would try the spa and had a wonderful 90 minute hot stone massage at the. After the massage I was given a glass of water and a very very hard sell on all the products I needed to buy and a very strong push to book in again immediately. Just not ok. Why ruin the great relaxing expereince with a hard sell of things that I have not asked about or wanted to hear about? I am afraid I will not be returning...... Back to Oriental Spa - the best spa in Chatswood

Their booking form mentions nothing about needing a credit card to secure a booking. Got an auto email reply and text saying the booking was confirmed but then they called and harassed for credit card details. In this day and age I am NOT comfortable with supplying any payment information in advance regardless of whether they say they will 'charge in advance' or not. No issues with other suppliers so no idea why they have to be so difficult.

The lady who greeted me (sorry I didn't catch her name) was very pleasant from the moment I stepped into the store. She was polite and even behind her mask I knew she was smiling! Carrie (my therapist) was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and her massage/facial techniques were excellent. As a facial first timer I loved the experience and enjoyed it so much, I have booked to return for another facial with Carrie.

I came in and purchased some Dermalogica products. The assistant Sarah was very helpful in explaining that they are in the process of phasing out, what happened to the reformulation to the Dermalogica sunscreens that I am using, etc. She is very friendly and delightful. I managed to purchase all 6 products that I needed, and Sarah even provided me with gift with purchase. Thank you for looking after your customers!

I would have preferred to write a glowing review but unfortunately I can not. A $350 gift card was given to me so I booked a Rejuvenate treatment as a treat. It was meant to be $295 and I was charged $310. Paying this much I expect the most experienced beautician but this was not to be. I spent time to fill out their “How did we do”? form and did not get an email back. Very disappointed for the price they charge.

Jessie (one of the therapist) is professional and her skills has great quality. She has very soft palms and she listens to my needs and she addressed it with professionalism and quality. She made me calm and relaxed throughout the treatment to the point I fell asleep! Had a great experience with Jessy for the organic facial infusion and organic body massage. It’s more like medium than firm because of the massage item I chose. She was not pushy when upselling the products so I gladly purchased one of her favourites. Jessy also patiently answered my questions eg. other massage items and series price. If you have private insurance, remedial can be claimed.

I just had the most relaxing massage here by my beautiful massage therapist Paria. I was gifted the organic relaxation massage and while the recommended strength is light-medium, I like my massages firm. Paria was so amazing she adjusted the strength to what I liked and it was so relaxing, I definitely feel pampered so well after the one hour session. I feel 100% relaxed it is divine!

Endota Chatswood has always been a local favourite, with COVID fairly under control and hygiene is top of mind, it was really great to experience how Endota has handled my appointment, and the venue was clean and comfortable. Carrie my therapist was awesome with her knowledge and a pleasure to work with. I'm looking forward to my next treatment with Endota and Carrie!

Great to be able to have a spa experience in the heart of Chatswood. I was very relaxed throughout the whole experience. I had a one hour massage with Carrie who checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and getting the most benefit from the experience. She was amazing. Had a voucher for endota spa and came in for a massage, absolutely loved my experience here, staff are wonderful and welcoming, my therapist was amazong, took the time to ask questions prior to the treatment and explain what products would be used during the treatment. Naoko was very skilled with the facial I received so much that I think I fell asleep! Very relaxing experience and I was really surprised how the spa treatment room and waiting area, tucked away in the busy shopping centre was still able to give a calm ambience for you to completely drift away in relaxation.

It was my first facial and I had no expectations going in but I was wowed. I am usually a anxious person but the entire process was so calming and I felt reassured the whole time by the setting, the whole appointment, and the kindness, communication and knowledge the staff had. I attend endota regularly, the therapist was exceptional for this treatment. I had the 60 min full body massage with the back scrub and muscle balm it was divine! The therapist was a fabulous massage therapist, amazing pressure and technique.

Carrie is an experienced and knowledgeable therapist who knows her clients and recommends and adjusts the treatment to suit their skin at the time. She doesn't work to a formula but works on what she assesses the skin requires.

The whole experience was beautiful and relaxing. Anya listened to what my skin concerns were and devised a facial that catered to exactly what my skin needed. I came out literally glowing!! Thank you for an hour of Bliss!!
