Beautiful spa and I was promptly greeted by a lovely staff member who took me through and sat me down to fill in a questionnaire prior to my treatment. I had booked a 75 minute pregnancy pause package, so was surprised when I entered the treatment room to find that I would be laying flat on my back, with just a pillow propping my legs up for the entire time. I kept readjusting my hips throughout the treatment to try and be resting more on my side, as at 38 weeks it basically feels like you are suffocating laying flat on your back, at which time the lady who was providing the treatment noticed my moving about and asked if I was not comfortable, and then seemed very surprised when I told her how far along I was, although I had noted this in the questionnaire prior. The actual facial and massage provided were of great quality, and the lady seemed very knowledgeable, however I could not completely relax being in discomfort elsewhere. I also began to feel a very ‘salesy’ approach with the mentioning of products being used and how I needed them, met with a near disbelief tone when I would say I had something similar at home to use, which is always a bit off putting. I am editing this review to add that is seems incredibly ironic that prior to my review the salon had 4 reviews over months, and since my review has been posted, there has been 6 more reviews left in the space of 24 hours to bring the average back up to 5 stars. All the more reason I would not go back. When staff can’t acknowledge a constructive review but instead try and bury it.

I was so happy to see Endota spa opening in Penrith. I've been to Penrith location twice. First time to book a day spa, I was given the price and the staff made the booking for weekend. On the day of the service I arrived and the owner at the counter told me I have to pay 15% surcharge. I told her I wasn't aware of the surcharge, otherwise I would have booked during the week. She insisted on the payment even though it was their fault for not telling me at the time of the booking. Recently I went to purchase a gift pack and asked if it can be wrapped. The owner said she only has tissue paper. I said that would be fine as long as the box isn't visible in the bag. She went looking for tissue paper and came back with one little piece, folded in a triangle and slide on the side of the bag. I couldn't believe this woman actually owns a high end spa and thinks this is good enough. I actually had plans for spa day with my friends. But the owner is so greedy and after 2 negative experiences I won't be going back there again and have also told my friends about my experience.

The moment i walked in through the doors of Endota spa I immediately felt calm. The lighting was low, there was a soft scent lingering through the air and the waiting area was like a relaxing den. They provided me with a small cup of herbal tea as i waited for the therapist. You wouldn't know that the spa is located within the shopping centre as the layout is so beautifully crafted. I had a remedial massage with a therapist named Tea, she was so calm. I had a deep massage and she was kind, sincere and worked hard to keep me relaxed whilst doing her job. I am sure to come here again, this spa has brought such quality to the shopping centre, it's the kind of spa that you would expect to see in the city. Very surprised and eager to experience more of their menu. Note: One of the staff, she's quite short with beautiful long brown hair, was a little highly strung, just not as relaxed and professional as the others. I was browsing the products and felt as if I was I was wasting her time. Hense the 4 stars not 5. Perhaps she'd had a busy morning? Trying not to judge!

I gifted my wife a spa experience here. She booked in, but due to road closure she was not able to drive to this place. She had informed the spa well in advance the previous day that she would not b able to come. Yet the spa representative charged her 50% of the fee. We called up they spa and explained the whole situation. The representative was very rude to us and did not bother to listen to our concerns about the road closures . Hearing this my wife was almost in tears. All I wanted is my wife to hav some good time and instead these ppl caused her so much pain. Absolutely worst experience every, the spa representative are need some training on client handling. Since we both are in client facing business, we know how business look after their clients but this place is absolute disgrace.

I had a signature facial here. My therapist was great I enjoyed my treatment and I was greeted politely and don't have any big issues with the treatment. The only thing is my therapist was a little loud in the room banging and clunking draws and things.I wasn't recommended any products or treatments for my skin but I didn't want it either I just know from experience it's one of the things to expect when having a facial done. The one thing that put the stars to three was the cleanliness... The towels where soaked in oil and werent very comfortable. And they don't use disposable sheets either. My therapist didn't wash her hands before starting my facial which was a little off putting. Overall I was relaxed after and during my treatment and my skin did feel hydrated.

I had an appointment 4 days ago for a classic facial and a detox treatment package. It was a not a great experience due to the reasons listed below. - Got to Endota and no one was at the front counter - Had my facial to which the woman who treated me was quite rude and told me I picked the wrong facial. Not something I would say to a paying customer - I then got sent out and did not even get my detox package which had been booked in and not one of the 3 different staff that were present realised until I told the woman at the front counter. I sent all this information to Penrith Endota via email on the same day as my treatment and have had no response whatsoever. Don’t waste your money here.

Unprofessional and uninformed service two times at a facial. First time my face was dried with a cloth towel, which left fluff all over my face and neck and then a moisturiser was applied on top of it - unpleasant and also unhygienic taking into consideration that the treatment was targeted to people suffering with acne. Second time, my chickenpox scar was commented on in a rude manner as well as having a basic, acne-managing skincare routine was criticized. If you have any skin-related problems - save your money and see a dermatologist for facials instead. If you don't - overall experience is likeable (fairly nice people, dim lights, relaxing music, hot stones, massage).

I recently had a custom facial here. My therapist was amazing, she analysed my skin and gave her recommendations for what facial would be best for my skin. The treatment was amazing with a lovely massage and great products used on my skin that were all organic and vegan. I purchased a few of the products that I wanted but love that it wasn’t a pushy sales environment like other beauty spas do to you after a facial. I love the products purchased and have seen a big improvement to my skin. The treatment was super relaxing in a nice quiet room and left my skin feeling much more hydrated. I will definitely be back for further treatments.

Not one to usually leave reviews but this place is way too over priced for what you get. I went in for a 60 minute pregnancy massage which was only 50 minutes, where I was basically rubbed the whole time, the therapist also asked me to lay on my back which I am not allowed to at 31 weeks pregnant when I mentioned that she then mentioned she could put the bed up to sit me up. Once she wrapped up the rubbing she went to leave the room with me dripping in oil, I had to ask for a towel to wipe myself down. I’ve had pregnancy massages elsewhere for less of a price & a much better service. Very disappointed.

I purchased a rejuvenate treatment with the help of Nikki and Jen, because after years of playing soccer and going into a seated full time job I have been struggling with my lower back and laying down. Alyssa my massage therapist for the session not only explained what was happening, but fixed my immediate pain and also recommended some products to use from home. I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I’ve had and I have rebooked to see Alyssa again in two weeks time. Thank you Endota Spa Penrith!

DONT GO THERE! If I could rate 0 stars I would. I brought a massage gift voucher as a BIRTHDAY GIFT. I was then informed of how horrible the massage was. First they tried changing the appointment time with no explanation. They then rushed her the minute she walked into the door to the minute she left. The massage itself was described as a small child rubbing their hands up and down her body. Not a single bit of pressure. Very disappointed in your overall service and your care factor to your clients.

Would not recommend I've been in the spa industry for 8 years and this is by far from spa standards Although the rooms are lovely I was booked in for a 60 minute full body massage cut to 50 minutes as she was running late not me and still didn't go over. She also didnt massage one of my hands and foot, no flow to the massage and her necklace hitting my body throughout the treatment. Paying $145 for a half job, you should consider retraining your staff and wear a appropriate length necklaces

I went in for a hot stone massage as a treat for myself and I couldn’t recommend endota spa penrith enough. Sarah was lovely, and very apologetic about the noise as workers were renovating next door. After numerous calls to centre management and going there and asking them to tone it down while their guests could enjoy the quiet. This didn’t bother me one bit might I add. It’s something that cannot he helped especially in a shopping centre. It didn’t and wouldn’t deter me from returning

The best place in Penrith for massage! I had a couples rejuvenate treatment as a gift for Xmas. Nikki and Jen at the front desk made it so easy to book, they showed us the rooms and packages in such a friendly yet professional manner. Alyssa and Sheree provided the service so beautifully we were not uncomfortable at all. We have rebooked and purchased the products as we felt an immediate difference. Thank you to all the staff for their understanding especially during this pandemic.

I received the revive spa package as a gift. During the appoinment the therapist cut my toe during the pedi & I didn't receive the scalp massage. I was compensated & given a complimentary facial to make up for my bad experience. After the facial I purchased some products & I was charged $90 for the "complimentary facial" and wasn't given an itemised receipt. So I had to come back a 3rd time after being ripped off to get the $90 refunded. Absolute con artists & abysmal service.

A truly outstanding and life changing spa! Every interaction from the phoning to book my treatment to leaving the spa, Jenny, Neil, Nicky and Bhauona was absolutely refreshing and effortless! The Surrender package will not disappoint and is worth every single cent! I loved my package and customer service experience so much I couldn’t leave without buying $480 worth of products! This is the only spa I will visit moving forward! Thank you a million times over!

Being a big fan of endota spa I was pleasantly surprised to find an enoda spa opening in my local area. My journey began as I walked into the spa and guided into the relaxation area. It was airy, ambient and comforting. Senna lead me through to my organic facial where my journey continued. Have been left feeling cared for, supported and balanced. After reading the bad reviews I was very weary about attending endota spa but I was absolutely blown away by how incorrect the reviews were! The staff are absolutely wonderful and professional and my therapists have been AH MAZING!!!!!!! please do try before believing reviews :) I would recommend to ask for Sarah or Tarlia in my own experience ! You won’t regret it !

I had a fantastic facial and massage from the awesome team at Endota. I was welcomed straight away with a friendly and very professional service. I've never had a facial before but the experience was very relaxing, in fact I actually fell asleep. Endota didn't just give me a massage and facial they provided me with a fantastic experience that I haven't had before.

I went to treat myself with a surrender package. The staff were friendly and the spa was very calming, smelt great and had a lovely peaceful atmosphere. The massage and facial was divine and was exactly what I was hoping for. I came out feeling amazing. The spa itself is very clean and welcoming and all the staff were amazing.

Just had the best massage ever, Shanna was awesome. The whole experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in right to the end. The whole experience was a pleasure, very relaxing and best of all I never felt rushed. This was my first massage at Endota Spa and will definitely not be my last, can’t wait for next time.

I recently got a "girls day out" spa package and safe to say that is the most relaxed I have ever been in my life. The facial was absolutely my favourite part and I cannot recommend this spa more! My massage therapist was Kim and I booked another appointment straight away with her because of how amazing I felt after!
