I called these guys based on the reviews here. No regrets. I had a medium sized job. Buy, deliver and assemble three Pax system wardrobes with a bunch of drawers and put them in my walk in closet. Konstanin was super responsive and made sure everything went as planned. He sent two really nice dudes to the place. They worked quietly and efficiently getting the job done quickly. They executed exactly as you would hope for. He said his guys would be at my place between 4-4:30 pm and they were at my place at 4:10. By 4:30 they'd unloaded, parked and started assembling the components. In under two hours they'd done the work they set out to do with near zero need to involve me. Double checking where I'd like the components to be at the beginning. They then cleared the mess of cardboard boxes up and left. The only evidence that they'd been in my house was an organized closet. The cost was about on par with what Ikea would charge (possibly a bit lower when you factor in Ikea's shopping and deliver service and another charge for their assembly service) but most importantly, by using them I could plan the closet and have it installed in under 24 hours. Total cost about $1100, including a generous tip, which was three hundred more than the Ikea stuff costs. I highly recommend this service and would do it all again if I wanted another Ikea type job done in my place. It's rare to get a job like this done where you have zero quibbles. I cannot recommend iFurnitureAssembly enough. I'm 7 months pregnant and wanted to save myself the hassle and the trip to Ikea. They replied to my numerous emails very quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote for delivery. They also were extremely flexible with timing and with how soon I needed my ikea delivery. Everything was so efficient from start to finish. I also want to add that they are extremely professional and kind. I was told that one of my items was out of stock and it was something I needed because my contractor was going to install it a few days later. When I saw online that ikea Brooklyn had it in stock and I know usually their inventory database is accurate, I brought this to their attention, assuming my item had been overlooked. They wrote me back right away and said they'd deliver it the following day. I thought it was such a fair response. I received a call that evening though that they were at Ikea and it really was out of stock and that their inventory system was down and was then asked if I wanted a different item. I felt so bad as the item hadn't been overlooked at all and they were right all along! In any case, I asked for a similar item and it was dropped off that same evening. So professional! I wouldn't hesitate to use them for all my ikea deliveries in the future!

I submitted a request via the iFurniture website and a copy of my IKEA cart with a delivery date of Saturday 5/1. iFurniture confirmed the order would be delivered on 5/1 between 12-4pm. There were no other confirmations and despite my requests for someone to call me, no one did. At 3pm on 5/1, still awaiting delivery, I called to confirm status. Voice mail for Kevin. Twice. No call back. But I sent an email as well to which I got the reply “Not today. It will be Monday after 12pm”. This order was for a mattress and bed among other things so it was critical that the delivery was 5/1 (move in date). Then they started adding costs that were not originally quoted even though my request was for delivery and assembly. By the way, Task Rabbit is way cheaper for assembly and extremely professional. I’m sure Kevin is very busy misleading other customers, but it literally would have taken 3 minutes for a call back to discuss their alleged confusion with the delivery date and to clarify pricing. At this point I would pay more money to anyone else just to avoid using iFurniture. If you prefer professionalism, accuracy, and solid customer service then look elsewhere.

Most times, people with this many 5 stars will have some kind of scam to get people to rate them that way. This is not the case with iFurniture. I was provided with great service and asked to review; 5 stars was appropriate. I'll tell you why.... Ikea's delivery options were 2 weeks after the date I actually got my desk, and about 40 dollars more expensive. There was also the lack of personal touch that makes you worry about the condition in which you will receive your item. iFurniture had a flat fee of 99$, which may not work for everyone, but I live in Inwood and that's the cheapest I could find from multiple spots. The person I was in contact with had to deal with a long email chain AND a last minute change in the order and was still polite throughout. The actual delivery was simple, he arrived in a van/truck and texted me that he was at my apartment. He arrived in the time-window he quoted and was kind, well-mannered, and hygienic (if that's your bag, I wasn't worried). Quite frankly, I can't think of any way he could have done a better job--short of giving me a cold beer and a handy on the way out. USE THIS SERVICE.

Beyond amazing! I cannot give a more glowing review of how wonderful the entire team has been. I helped out with a large family move (a couple with 3 kids) and they required numerous items to be assembled. As the move progressed over the course of a week, I needed other items, from IKEA, from The Container Store. I would email the iFurniture Assembly team and immediately they would let me know when the team could pick-up what I needed and when they could assemble the items. Usually the next or same-day! I even asked them to go above-and-beyond what was required and assemble a trampoline after the vendor who was supposed to do it cancelled. The guys stayed late into the evening putting together, testing it out! It was very complicated and time-consuming, but they went the extra mile and finished the job. The kids were so happy to come home to a trampoline. Loved working with them and are worth every penny. No job is too big or small for them.

I can't say better things about this company! They made a potentially stressful move to NYC the least stressful possible. Right from my first inquiry email, they responded then and continually almost instantly to any of my questions or requests. My building requires a Certificate of Insurance for the move and they provided that super quickly to me. Finally the day of the move, they showed up right at the beginning of the three-hour window mark and probably only took 2.5 HOURS (!!) to get the stuff up to my apartment and assembly all 5 pieces (bed frame, night table, dresser, couch, and kitchen table and chairs), something that would have probably taken me many many more hours if not days to finish. The guys who came were polite and worked efficiently!! Definitely 10000% recommend this company to anyone moving to NYC.

I cannot fault this experience! Konstantin's response to all my emails and questions was always quick. I used the full package and just sent my shopping list to Konstantin from the Ikea website, he shopped at IKEA and I never had to encounter the arduous check-out or home delivery lines! AWESOME! He altered his schedule 3 times to accommodate mine and his team were polite, efficient and knew exactly how to put all my Ikea pieces together. They alerted me when they were stuck in traffic (only 10 minutes late) and brought a couple of small things at no extra charge that had not been in stock when they bought the original order. If you are buying your furniture from Ikea do not look any further than using Ifurnitureassembly. You will have NO complaints and it is cheaper and easier than using the Ikea delivery services.

EXCELLENT service, from start to end! I needed to buy an Ikea furniture piece and could not deal with the lines at Ikea, so I researched other options and came across iFurnitureAssembly. I had an Ikea Gift Card that could only be used in the store, so I asked iFurniture if they could apply it to the purchase and they said yes. I emailed iFurniture on a Thursday evening at 6pm. Next day, the furniture piece was delivered right into our home and professionally assembled by 2 nice individuals. They were very courteous and were careful to pick up all the trash after the job, so it would be a seamless process. They also anchored the furniture piece to the wall to prevent tip-over. After the job, they handed me the original Ikea store receipt. My wife and I were thrilled by the great service. Will definitely use again!

Frustrating to say the least. We’ve had multiple deliveries from Ikea already, and this one has to be the worst. We made the order probably last week or 2 weeks ago. The day before this delivery (today), is only when they gave us our window, which is 2-6pm. We can’t have any deliveries past 5pm as per the lease agreement. I understand there’s really not much anyone can do as, as we were told deliveries are done geographically. However, it would’ve helped a lot if we were given the possible delivery window earlier, instead of the day before the delivery. It’s a hassle if this delivery falls through, as we have already moved our schedules around to accommodate the delivery. To make things worse, we cannot have deliveries on weekends as per the lease agreement. Hopefully, things improve.-

Wow - so impressed with this service. A friend had helped me put a Ikea chest of drawers together and it was all off and the drawers did not open or shut properly. I called Ikea to see if I could book a assembly person to come over they said I could only do that if I went back to the store - urgh! I then tried a company I found on line who would not help me since the product was out of the box. I then contact Furniture Assembly and they said sure we will help you! Within a few hours Kostiantyn arrived (even took his shoes off!) great guy! Quickly saw and fixed the problems - fantastic! So glad I found this company they will be my go to company from now on!

I am really impressed. iFurnitureAssembly did a fantastic job assembling an Ikea PAX wardrobe for me. From scheduling to assembly, everything was great! Marina handled the scheduling and her response time was very quick. They were able to schedule the assembly in just a couple of days, which was great. Konstantin did the assembly work, he is very polite, courteous, professional, and did an amazing job. He really took his time to make sure it was done right. I turned to iFurniture when I couldn't reach a human being at Ikea to track an order through their Central Customer Delivery. iFurniture responded to my email in minutes, scheduled the shopping and delivery for the date I needed which was two days away, and then moved it at the last minute to accommodate a space issue. Their assembly guys arrived on time and put a giant wardrobe together in no time flat and left no trace behind. Don't waste your time saving a small amount of money dealing directly with Ikea. Let these guys do all the work. It's worth the wear and tear on you!

Absolutely amazing service. Contacted outside of business hours on a holiday, fully expecting not to hear back until the next business day. Nope, immediate response (again, on a holiday!). They went to two different IKEA locations to get the exact items we wanted, were able to get us an unexpected discount on our furniture, carried everything up to a walk up apartment with super steep stairs without damaging a thing, AND arrived an hour ahead of schedule. The team of IFurnitureassembly with Konstantin at the helm is a wonderful young company helping those of us who love IKEA furniture but don't know how or don't have the time for assembly. I have hired Konstantin and team now for the 3rd time. They are reasonable priced, reliable, knowledgeable, quick but thorough, polite, super helpful, they take off their shoes (very important in NYC), trustworthy (I have left my apartment to let them do their thing), and go above and beyond. I found this company on yelp and called for a price quote... Constantine was VERY helpful and to my surprise, said that not only could he pick up the dresser I needed from IKEA, he could have it delivered and assembled THAT EVENING!!! Yay! The guys who came were professional and very nice. They got the job done quickly and left no mess behind. After they left, Constantine texted me to make sure that all went smoothly. So nice and great customer service. I would recommend them to friends for sure!

Always on time, highly responsive and reasonably priced for delivery (I have never used them for assembly). About the only request I might make is that I wish they shopped in other local Ikeas as well, as the Brooklyn location tends not to be as well stocked as either Elizabeth or Paramus. Nevertheless, the Ikea inventory tracker (which you see when you create your shopping list) allows you to see if the items you need are in stock in the Brooklyn location and decide appropriately.

Honestly the concept gets 3 stars alone. Getting to Ikea without trying to find a rental car big enough to fit a malm? Yes. But most importantly, they do a GREAT job. The manager was super fast with organizing and the gentleman who did the shopping, Dimitry, was communicative over text while at the store, super nice, and brought everything in for me. I did not use the assembly service so I cannot speak to that aspect, but I will absolutely use this service again.

Really fast! It was so lovely to not make a huge trip with kids, not wait in line to check out and another line to pay for delivery, etc. I seriously did a happy dance having Ikea boxes show up in my hallway without the hassle. I would just suggest making a few things really clear on the website though, like how people can make a shopping list properly, and if they have an elevator, etc, so that's all taken care of from the beginning. I moved to Manhattan from Tennessee and had no clue how to get furniture. I found Ifurnitureassembly online and I can say that they provide a great service. You simply send them your IKEA shopping list, and they go to the IKEA store in Brooklyn and buy your furniture and deliver it to you, with the option of having them put your furniture together as well. I would recommend to anyone who needs furniture quickly, they delivered to me by the next day!

This is an awesome company! My wife and I used them to pick up lots of large furniture. They did a great job! A day before our delivery,they contacted us to let us know that IKEA was out of an item we wanted and they asked us whether they should get something else or postpone the delivery. This service was so helpful--I really appreciate that the delivery window is only 2 hours so that you don't have to wait around ALL day. They made a bed delivery to my 6 floor walk-up so much easier. Totally worth a few extra bucks on-top of the delivery fee to not have to carry the heavy boxes up myself. I regret every time I dragged myself to Ikea to get furniture myself. Arrived with enough guys to complete the job in record time. The team was very careful not to damage the walls and treated the furniture assembly process as if the furniture would be in their own apartment. They had an extremely good attitude and were patient while I decided how high I wanted the plate rack to be (even though I changed my mind twice!). Definitely stop looking and use this company.

These guys are incredible. I woke up wanting a new couch from Ikea (one that I had before and knew I liked), emailed them around 11am and they were able to deliver and assemble it the same day around 2:30pm. Incredible. They were polite and super quick and even took out an old coffee table for me. Much needed business cause going to Ikea is cute, but not that cute!

They came within 48 hours of me contacting them, called me when and if things were out of stock at IKEA, delivered exactly on time and put everything together super quickly and professionally (took shoes off, laid down matting so floors would not get scratched, packed up boxes and threw them out). 100% perfection the whole way through.

Communication was very fast and getting the COI was no issue. The service was top quality, we didn't have to lift a finger.
