I found iGrab when searching for kitchen cabinet doors. They had good variety at reasonable price. I initially thought it was a "overseas" company with dodgy product and service. However, I was pleasantly surprised on how quick they shipped the handles from a local facility and on top of that they had a amazing customer service. Instead of sending 12 small handles and 6 large ones, they sent me 11 small and 7 large ones. I sent them an email explaining the situation and they instantly sent me the missing handle! Amazing and quick customer service. Highly recommended.

Needed urgently grab handles for a project. So glad I found these guys as they offered choices, stock, good prices, and accommodated me with same day pick up. For most standard type handles and knobs, check these guys out, their range and prices and availability are second to none. My only suggestion is for them to introduce more design and style oriented handles and knobs. I would love to have also purchased designer handles from them for my project.

We have bought from them a few times, 2 years ago when we updated our custom made kitchen, we bought beautiful kitchen cupboard handles/knobs from them, and the knobs are truly the icing on the cake for the kitchen. Since the kitchen renovation, we have been back a few times to get their fabulous crystal looking door handles for our various pieces of furniture.

Really, really bad customer service, they make appointments and don't rock up to the appointment. Further to that i have seen there product and they are of a poor quality. To answer I grabs returned message, I have seen the product on a kitchen and from a cabinet maker bad product.

I replaced 20 old kitchen cabinet handles with new ones from igrab. They arrived promptly but most importantly the quality is excellent. They are sturdy and were very well packed. I wish i had made the update years ago as it has transformed my kitchen
