Bought a Nintendo switch and a pair of “refurbished” AirPod Pros from here. The switch was awesome basically brand new but the AirPod pros turned out to be fake. I was able to get a refund but not the full amount which is pretty upsetting. Other than the fake AirPods both gentleman I dealt with were friendly and had great customer service. The gentleman from yesterday even gave me a quote to get my older switch repaired and the pricing for repairs seem pretty solid. Definitely will come back for any future repairs i need just not for AirPods lol. Edit: Yes my friend they are. Maybe you were fooled to but they are definitely fake. 1. Can’t update the Firmware 2. The mic sounds awful 3. The lanyard attachment should be metal yours are plastic 4. The noise cancellation and noise transparency sound awful 5. Go buy some from Best Buy and compare the text on the device and the box very noticeable differences 6. Find my feature doesn’t work properly the case is suppose to make a sound when using find my and these don't as well as a meter basically that tells your how far and close you are from the headphones. These don’t do that they just take you to maps. 7. The light in the front is not as bright as the authentic ones. Don’t get me wrong the quality of these are slightly better than the last fakes I got before. You should take a pair of these to an Apple Store.

Don’t get repairs done here. They do not guarantee their work. They will blame it on you. As shown in the picture the whole screen came off the phone with no cracks in the screen and owner still blamed it on us. Response to his reply: First off, for someone to say you’re not a good mom should tell you exactly what you need to know about this man and his businesses. Why would I ever go back to a place that uses cheap material and can’t guarantee their work. I’d love to see your footage sir. Instead of making up lies and fighting with all of your customers on their experiences with your business you should make things right.

iRepair is an amazing repair shop!! I’ve been twice now and each times I was greeted with lovely customer service and smiles. As soon as you walk in, you just feel the good vibes. They probably have the best prices versus other repair places I’ve looked at. At other repair spots, it would’ve been $110+ or even $200, but I found iRepair for only $99, and I can say I will be coming here forever!! We took a laptop here to get the screen replaced and they did so even if it took a while. When we got the laptop back the screen would flicker on and off. Took the laptop back and after a couple weeks they said the motherboard needed to be replaced. ‍♂️ Had I read reviews and saw how the owner of this business responds to negative feedback we’d have never come here to begin with. Nothing I said is untruthful in my review despite the owner claiming otherwise. Good luck.

I had my iPhone 11 for years without a case before I cracked the screen or back. I got the screen and back replaced here and the back cracked within 2 weeks with a case on it. I don't remember ever dropping it. It seems like they use cheap parts which aren't nearly as high of quality as the originals. I would recommend biting the bullet and getting the parts replaced by Apple if you want them to last, don't waste your money.

This is the second time we used I repair to fix a cracked screen on mine and my son cell phones. Their customer service is beyond words. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile, and as I was leaving I got told to have a good day kind words and excellent service is what a lot of business lack nowadays but not I repair I would go back to them 10,000 times more if need to be. Kaltun was very helpful. The customer service was awesome great attitude. Especially having and dealing with problematic situations of my phone being fixed. Fixed both front and back screen for a fair price. The tech b4 return my phone with the screen damage in the back. Also the screws missing at the bottom. && one is completely stripped. After a month I am satisfied with the outcome :-)

This is my second time coming to iRepairNM. The staff was very helpful and friendly each time. I had my MacBook Air laptop screen fixed and iPhone screen repaired. Before you leave they have you open the device to make sure everything is working properly including the camera. Which shows integrity. I highly recommend!! Was visiting for a few days and broke my camera's glass on day 1.
