I went into this shop with intentions of fixing an iPhone5S that had been working but the screen had broken. I had been using this iPhone for 2 years previously and I'll admit there were subtle but non-detrimental issues to the phone seeing as - I was still using it on a day to day basis. It was extremely important I get a phone back up and running as I was waiting for an important call that week. I told the employees my issue and everything seemed to be understood. This is when the ordeal began, they said it would take 3 hours to fix, yet because they were closing, it would not be fixed until tomorrow morning at which time I could pick it up. Great - no problem, however the next day I went in the afternoon as I never got an email saying it was ready. Turns out the email was sent just as I had arrived. At this point they told me the phone was not fixed, in fact it was even more broken than it was when I brought it in - now it won't turn on at all. The screen is now even more broken as well, I had two options 1 - erase all my memory on the phone in hopes of getting it to work . 2 - buying a new phone immediately so I don't miss my call. I erase all my memory of the phone and turns out that did nothing either - so now i've just lost 2 years worth of photos and memories an even more broken phone. As a last resort I pack up everything, take time off work to rush and grab a new iPhone at a store - unlocked. I get it all done to find out, they even forgot to give me my SimCard back, so I end up missing the phone call that I was waiting for the entire week All in all, I lost 40$, my phone went from broken screen to completely not functioning and I lost of 2 years worth of memory, missed the phone call I was rushing to fix my phone for in the first place and when I went in to tell them what happened, I was met with a very nonchalant attitude. Not pleased at all

My macbook pro would not turn on, so I take it to iService...thinking they were an approved Apple/Mac location. After paying a fee to diagnose it, I was informed it would cost around $1200 to repair. I chose to pick up my Macbook and look at buying a new one. I decided to make a call to Apple since I had purchased it in late 2016. I assumed my Applecare had run out, but worth a shot. Sure enough, I still had coverage and my Macbook would be fixed at no charge....at an Apple store. I can't believe how shady this place is to let customers think they are affiliated with Apple in any way. The name would make you think otherwise, the business design and layout looks like an Apple store. Don't be fooled, they just want to take your money and will not even breath the word warranty or say upfront that they are not associated with Apple. When I went to pick up my laptop, there were two customers in front of me, from the conversations I heard, both thought they were an apple facility. iService is shady shady shady. Go to JUMP on PRINCESS ST...Apple store and AMAZING SERVICE!!!

These guys are wizards. My Mac was running so slow the simplest action would bring out the colour wheel of death. These guys saved me over a grand for a new mac. They performed all the services i needed in a timely fashion, with great communication and information every step of the way. I had alot of work done so they even gave me some deals on parts (giving them to me at cost). I got a new solid state hard drive, a new battery and got it totally cleaned. Now my mac runs as fast as it did when it was new! if your Mac is having trouble, before you go to an apple store and they try to make you buy a new computer, come see these guys. They will save you alot of money and effort! Excellent service!

Brought in a macbook with a cracked screen. They installed a new screen for about 70$ cheaper than the Apple Store would’ve and did it twice as fast. After the repair, my internet and Bluetooth would not work as they were supposed to due to a drop (it was probably me but if it was them it doesn’t really matter as you will see). When I came back in to get that issue fixed the guy there (not sure of his name but he’s tall with brown/ginger beard and hair) was very kind and helpful. The new issues were fixed within 2 hours at no charge. Thanks iService!

They should be called iCrooked!!!! I took Fried MacBook in to get fixed, maybe a short maybe water damage from half an ice cube. Spent the $70 for "diagnostic", they were fast getting it back but said logic board needs replacing for $750.00...also no sign of corrosion or water.. Just took my Mac elsewhere, turns out it only needed two transistors from a donor board, a clean..it passed hard ware test with no issues, and battery at 88%............................................all for $200!!!! Will not go back

Had issues with the speaker and dock on my wife's 3GS, called and got a quote for a replacement they said it would take 30 mins. We went in right away they started working on it and during the testing they noticed the speaker was not as loud as it should be, and instead of just giving it to us they put another one in. The replaced it twice and we were still out of there in 35 mins! Price is Right, great guys and nice to know I have somewhere I can take all my apple products!

I rarely ever write any reviews, but I just had to write one for iService. There service is fast and comprehensive. I had a early 2011 Macbook Pro that had a failed logic board. Gave it to iService who found it could be replaced free of charge (minus the diagnostic charge) under the extended warranty due to product recalls. And they did all that within a span of 4 days. Couldn't be happier with their pricing, service, and speed. Definitely a very good business in Kingston.

iService was FANTASTIC!!!!!! I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the price. Brought my iPad in, the friendly staff answered all my questions and gave me a good quote.... or so I thought it was a good quote. Turned out to be a fantastic quote, they fixed my iPad, called me right way to tell me and when I picked it up the price was lower that they initially told me... BONUS!!! These Guys are A++++++ in my books. I will recommend over and over! THANKS iService!

Great coustermer service, but they wanted me to sign a waver to all damages under their care, which i though was a little much. And the little accsesory items on display were a little expensive. But overall pretty decent experience. I diddnt actually decide to get anything fixed here, so you should definitly take my review with a grain of salt! But everyone seemed pretty qualified and im sure they would have done a decent job. Pretty good.

I brought my MacBook Air in after it was absolutely soaked it water. iService was the only place I could find that had a service aimed at remedying the issue. They fixed my computer in a timely manner and for a price FAR lower than any other repair option I could find elsewhere. Incredibly happy with their service, and my computer is working perfectly again. Will go back here with any problems I have with Apple products in the future.

iService is AWESOME! My computer board fried at 4:30pm, by the next morning I had a new MacBook Pro from them and all of my data restored from my old MacBook onto my new computer. Not to mention the price was fantastic and the people that work there were so professional, friendly and helpful. I will definitely send people to iService any time they have any tech problems or questions! :)

My son and I both bought MacBooks last September. Mine is running well, but my son's machine developed two issues outside of the warranty period. Jordan was excellent to deal with in taking care of these issues, and more than fair in helping my son out. I am so happy with the service and the price of my repair. I feel like the lady on the ikea commercial running out with her product yelling "start the car". I didn't think there was any way that I could have my computer repaired the same day at half the price... but I did! I will give them repeat business and glowing referrals :)

Took a few weeks to figure out everything that was wrong with my computer. Spilt 1 tbsp of water through the trackpad and everything went haywire. Through the whole process iService was very courteous and responded to my questions amazingly. They really went the extra mile to get my computer back in working shape.

Jordan and his team are awesome. Friendly, professional, quick and reasonable price. They figured out what was wrong with my Mac Mini, updated the firmware and installed a fresh version of Monterey in about 4 hours. Will def go to them again.

Really quick turn around. Was surprised how fast my MacBook was fixed given the last time I had an issue like this (battery replacement) it took almost a month to fix the last place I went. Reasonably priced as well and friendly staff.

iService was able to quickly resolve the issue that my computer was experiencing, albeit at a borderline extortionate price. Overall they were pretty good, but "reasonably priced" is a slight exaggeration at best.

Friendly and knowledgeable. They've done work on all of my MacBooks and iMacs, upgraded RAM and Hard drives. They work quickly (within a few days). Nice. My go to for Mac's out of warranty repairs and upgrades.

iService in Kingston is a great place. I took my wet iPhone 3Gs in to them in the morning and it was fixed by that afternoon. iService is just what Kingston needs.

SUCH EXPENSIVE 'APPLE' products ... they claim that it is 'certified' but it's not branded at all. Definitely overpriced for all these wires I'm buying here
