They tell you they’ll have to cancel appointment if running 10min late but will gladly make you wait for 30min-40min past your appointment time even when you’re on time. Receptionists are pathetic, can’t even do basic admin job and sends confirmations to the wrong number despite having the correct contact numbers on file and the dentists just try to squeeze more money out by trying to force you in getting all these extra services when you’re just after a simple cleaning.

Dr Keertana has made my experience at the dentist 100x better than expected. She is wonderful to speak with, and very reassuring and caring to make you feel comfortable. I saw my previous dentist for 5 years and was nervous about changing, but I can say I have seen nothing but kindness and have had a great experience. The reception staff leave some room for improvement, but other than than, I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

I was referred to dr Tejas Vather because of his extensive experience and perfect track record. He went above and beyond. He performed a surgery that was considered difficult by my main dentist and quicker than anticipated. I also praise his luck as I have no side effects such as a swollen face despite the fact that we had to cut my gums. Talented doctor! Would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

Dr Shrestha from NIB Parramatta is friendly, thorough, helpful and patient. She explained why and what she was doing. She's one of the best dentists at Parramatta NIB. It's a shame she no longer works on the week ends. My partner and I have had some bad experiences with other dentists at NIB. But certainly very happy with Dr Shrestha.

My first time to this Dental Surgery, very nice and friendly atmosphere. Dr George was very kind and gentle and provided excellent dental treatment, I am most appreciative for you care. Also foung Tania, front desk receptionist a very professional and helpful staff member.

Nice smart place. It's well worth picking up NIB extras insurance as they pay 100% of you eye/dental check-ups. It makes you want to get those all important checks done regularly. The dentist I saw there was very pleasant.
