Most O'Reilly's pubs do invest significant creative thought in outfitting their pubs / creating buildings that have the traditional hard wood look, barrel tables, wooden chairs, stuffed sofas secured with rivets, this one is from the same design, but different. I liked it. Atmospheric lighting LOL ie little bit dark and dingy on the lighting at the back, air-conditioning would have been appreciated towards the back of the pub too, not only in the bar area as it was a hot day and there's otherwise no ventilation. The food, everyone appeared to enjoy their food, but oh so very expensive. The soup was a great option though and tasty, the Irish soda bread was great and nice to see. We got there about 1pm, then the football crowd came to watch the Gaelic hockey and it got really crowded fast, we left soon after.

I love Irish Pubs and have been to many all over the world. They tend to be “homey”, cozy, friendly and they all serve Guinness! This pub disappoints. They have no table service, the barkeeps are all 21 years old (they all looked that age!) and don’t have much of a clue what the customers want or do a good job of speaking up over the loud TV that was broadcast within the establishment. Unless we wanted want to hang out with many vapers and smokers outside, we were forced to sit indoors to eat and drink. Granted, the location of the Pub is not ideal; it is smack in the middle of the tourist area of old Brussels and homeless and sketch people sit outside or nearby, so it’s not entirely the Pub’s fault. Overall, this pub is not that great.

Extremely rude behaviour by the male staff. I was sitting outside and went in to re-order. By the time I went back outside after reordering, my table was cleaned up and my crisps was also gone. I went back in and requested the staff to make a note of my table and not to clear it as you have to go in and pay every time you get a drink . This gentleman very rudely said if there's no one there, that's what will happen. I have been to a lot of Irish bars around the world, but this type of behaviour was never seen before.

Kom heel graag in een Irish Pub. Lekker Guinnessje drinken en genieten van de huiselijke sfeer. Echter is dit de eerste Pub waar geen bedienend personeel rond liep.. bij binnenkomst een tafeltje uitgekozen en na 15min gewacht te hebben maar eens naar de bar gelopen.. Daar moet je dus in de rij staan en je drankje bestellen. Als je dan ook nog eens eten wil bestellen dan krijg je een buzzer om daarna je eten ook nog af te halen. Dat is het enige minpunt. Jammer. A nice place right in the city center. Its a good experience to sit outdoor and feel those Brussels vibes. A raw ambience, really cool. There is a small terrace decorated with flowers and a big outdoor sitting area. There are two huge screens and many small screens to enjoy the games. We enjoyed our biers with the F1 Grand pix that evening. They do have the local biers. Overall a good place to spend time.

30/04/22: having been to Brussels 4 times, it is only in the last few years that I have documented places I've visited, as a part of my Google legacy. This time in Brussels I was celebrating my Stag Do with 18 friends. O'Reillys is a great Irish pub serving the best Guinness and Irish Breakfast! What an amazing terrace bar on sunny days up top and overlooking the Place de la Bourse. Wood panelling, lots of cosy seating and a great beer and food menu. Not to be overlooked on your visit to Brussels

Basic bar with an Irish pub feel. Cocktails we ordered on our visit were not good. Friends with us said the beer was decent. Prices are as expected for the area. Staff were overly stressed and hard to flag down. Have yet to try the food. Place was average cleanliness for a bar, the bathroom was dirty. I kinda expected more from this place. Will try again on another day and update the review.

Nice pub that is kept clean, plenty of seating areas and TV to watch sports, food looks good and menu has a bit if everything. There is a good selection of drink which is similar to prices in other pubs. Only fault was they were charging in new years eve which I thought was a bit "Irish" as no other normal pub was doing this and also for live games it had no commentary u had to download an app to listen through your phone

Lovely place to watch a football, with a great mood from people there. The music is also quite nice when there are no games. The food was okay, fries were excellent and so was the burger. The nachos were very disappointing, burnt on the top, barely any cheese. The beans don't belong in the nachos either! The drinks are superb!

It's bar service so you need to get your own drinks from bartender but this was definitely "our" spot during our trip. Classic Irish boozer, friendly and inviting (albeit a little dark and old-worldy on the inside) We visited afternoon and evening, the volume and the crowd turn-it-up in the evening. Great place to have a snack and a pint. Cozy atmosphere with good music and friendly staff. Nice food that goes really well with a beer (Fish & Chips, Buffalo wings, Nachos etc.). Decent portions. I guess they slightly changed the Nachos recipe. I liked previous version better though. They have some local beer but that's not what you go to an Irish pub for. Keep it up guys!

I ate a Beef n’ Guinness Stew, there's no information about pepper in this dish on the menu, and the dish came excessively spicy, I didn't taste anything than pepper. There were only two small pieces of meat on the plate and the waiter came to remove the plate before we finished eating. I've been in o'reilly's in Amsterdam and the service and the pattern of food were very different.

Over priced beer. And most pints I had where well short of the pint marker on the glass. One pint berley went past half of the glass. I then got verbally abused by a staff member when I said I asked for a pint of beer not a glass. But more importantly in this interaction, they charged me for a pint. So why serve only just over half a pint? I wouldn't mind it cost 8.50 euro.

I’ve had some amazing nights at this pub and the atmosphere inside is great. But the rude staff at the door really breaks it for me. It’s like tossing a coin, he may let you in or not, either way the bouncers are usually very rude and unpleasant. Once I showed up with a group of 4 friends and he let in half of our group and told the rest of us to leave

Also, the toilets are clean, though not accessible to wheelchair users, since you have to go downstairs, regardless, clean toilets are a gem to find in this area.

Ordering food from your table via your phone was a little wonky but the staff was very patient and apologetic about the system. Our orders went from getting rejected to accidentally double ordering. The staff worked it out with us such that everyone was happy. We enjoyed our food and drinks immensely. Maybe order at the bar if you go ‍♂️

Typical Irish pub, you can enjoy a Guiness and delicious nachos. Burgers are a solid choice - about 12-14€, with fries. On game nights the place gets really heated as fans cheer at football and box matches. The interior is wooden and welcoming; on the top floor and in front of the pub there is also a terrace area.

Awesome sports bar. Great drink selection. We had a blast watching the Womens World Cup US vs Netherlands. It was a great atmosphere for sports. It was super busy so I wont comment on the service. We had a nice spot to watch the game and always had something to drink.

Cool place in the heart of the city. I liked how authentic this Irish pub was. I’ve had Guineas beer in lots of places but in O’Reillys looks like comes directly from Ireland. The atmosphere was also great. In general: very cozy place for winter days :)

Vooral de fish & chips vielen zwaar tegen...letterlijk. Heel zwaar en vettig met matige tartaarsaus. En te hard gebakken. Hamburgers waren wel lekker. Die was wel smaakvol. Alles zelf te bestellen en af te halen aan de bar. Met vakkundig personeel daar.

Just hype nothing else. Much better places to visit in Town. Looks like the staff hasn't been paid since Covid . Use to be such a nice place. Time for a wake up call.
