My friend & I went there for a 90 min reflexology, we got 25% off (125k/pax, good price!). We booked before we came at 12.30 pm, and the place was still empty. The room looked neat and quite comfortable with dimmed lighting and some soothing music. There was a blanket and a small head pillow on the massage bed. The therapist was polite and experienced. The back massage was enjoyable, they used two packets of heated rice which was effective to soothe the sore muscles. At the end, we were given some herbal drinks that we have chosen previously. One essential element that was neglected here was the hygiene. When we were done, the therapists did not change the used sheet of the bed, pillow and the blanket. I saw there were already two customers waiting outside the room, so I asked the therapist if she was going to change it. She said they only changed it once a day, in the morning. I was so shocked to hear that. I hope the management will improve the quality. For me, hygiene is more important than experienced therapists.
