I keep giving this store tries after trip after trip of horrible customer service. There are 2 people at the front and they dont welcome you. What are they for? To stare at you like they're stuck on stupid with their horrible attitudes?I get to the register and there is a lady folding pants next to it just staring at me and not asking me if I need help. I have to call somebody in that small store where everybody can clearly see me. To much attitude, horrible customer service,they think everybody is going to steal,and it's funny how there staring at you and know your there but don't offer you customer service. This store needs to be reevaluated because of all this, this is why y'all have low ratings and bad reviews.

This used to be a place I loved to shop when I was younger . Once upon a time there was great customer service, but unfortunately not anymore. I've went here recently and felt very uncomfortable. The Black lady with the brown hair just looks me up and down . They ask me if I need anything as though I'm stealing . I smile and just say "no thank you". I want to buy from this store but I can't because the customer service is just too bad. They'e very unprofessional and loud . They don't say hello when you walk in ever . I hate coming here. If they want good sales, they should have good customer service . This is coming from someone who works in customer service . No longer a fan of Rue 21.

Lady was so so nice! As soon as I walked in I felt like a queen. She knew exactly everything I might be interested in! She pointed out the $10 dress rack, the clearance rack, the fragrance area, also mentioned that rue has it's own line of fragrances and also mentioned the rewards points. She also told her fellow coworkers that she will be giving me the bigger fitting room because "this mommy is with her daughter" felt the love. We'll definitely be coming back!

Rue21 is one of my favorite stores to shop. It's conveniently close to my house. I can no longer deal with the rue21 (northline) employees. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, GHETTO ( the list can go on and on). THEY DO NOT SHOW ANY GREAT QUALITIES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm upset that I have to find another location farther from my house.

This is my first time shopping at this store and the prices are good. Only problem I have is, the pants are to short for me. I am ok with ankle pant but the pants there come way above my ankle. I will be returning all 10 of my pants I purchased today. Overall the quality is excellent

Rude customer service. Ask a simple questions and received attitude. Person working the register was not professional and not polite, and rushed the entire transaction. Only to notice that when I got home the sensor was still attached to what I purchased. Huge disappointment.

The cashier was such a sweett very patient snd understanding. I wish i had gotten her name she is very cite no make up and hair in a pony tail. Id give her a raise manager. Shes just the tyoe of oeeson id love to deal with every day in a store. 7:00pm Tues Aug.20th

I can always go in this store and find a good deal. The managers and store attendants are very helpful. The boots are nice, full of graphic t-shirts. I found a really cute distressed blue Jean jacket for $9. I was super excited.

It was okay once the "online pick in store rep" came over to assist me. However the cashier never looked up one time to acknowledge that I was standing there right in front of her for at least 4-5 min. Just pitiful.

Great selection friendly staff and I feel as if they knew what they were talking about plus they cared about customer service. Definitely had great options for boys and girls a lot of stores only cater to women.

Loovvvee this store!!! Its a one stop shop for my teenage boys! They always have fly graphic tees and all styles of kool jeans and the prices and sales are AWESOME!!!! My boys never leave there empty handed!!!

Manager kept bothering me over 3 times, hadn't even been in the store for 5 mins. I get it you're trying to be courteous but hovering over someone while they're trying to shop is really uncomfortable.

Rude employees, showed up late to open store. I was the only car in the parking lot and the manager parked right next to me. So close she hit my car with her door 4 times while exiting her car.

I really like the clothing attire they had out on display this go around. I bought a perfume fragrance that they were strongly advertising and I must say it was a very pleasant purchase...

Came in 20 min till closings and got outstanding customer service from all the young ladies working tonight 7-16-21 ❤ Keisha was fabulous …

The coworkers are so serious and get mad at the customers who ask for help. Risha the manager or whatever she is has attitude towards the customers.

All I did was call them to see if they would allow my mom to get an item I ordered and I got attitude. So I don't plan on shopping here anymore.

They add new stuff and I just love the Fashion ! Also good for Plus size Woman out there ! They even got some many Creativity leggings !

It's a good store, but it's even better when they have pretty clothes in the plus area. I went to buy a shirt for my birthday.

Found a shirt for my boyfriend and he loved it. The store could be a little cleaner but other then that, I love this store

Good variety of clothes but they say they open @ 11AM on Saturdays and it’s currently past 11AM and it it still not open.
