Hello! My name is Valeriia. I visited your store today at Wood Green, (London)and was very disappointed and upset. I came to the store, chose a pair of shoes, but there was no size suitable for me on the shelf. I asked the assistant (a dark-skinned girl with white straight hair) to bring me the right size. She looked at me strangely and said that I have to sit down to wait. I patiently waited for a long time but this lady totally ignored me. I started to walk around the store but this lady helped all other customers near me, she approached other customers and offered help while I was just waiting. The end of this story- I was walking and waiting for a long time and finally I just left with filling of unpleasant. But what I noticed - when I asked your assistant for help she looked at me strangely, after she totally ignored me because I’m white European. She tried to help all dark skin customers who stand near me and was very smiling and polite with them. I was invisible despite the fact that I was standing at arm's length. This is totally racism! I can’t buy a pair of shoes in this store because I’m white? If this lady-assistant choose customers looking at skin colour it should be better to hang a sign at the entrance - “we do not serve white Europeans”. I felt humiliated and left without a purchase. After this awful experience I red reviews about this store and vas very surprised because another white girl left review with the same problem. I hope you can solve this problem so that other white European customers in your store will not have such a terrible experience like me.

I had a very unpleasant experience today at Wood Green shop. The staff called Sherlyn I believe, a blonde lady basically refused to serve us probably because she didn’t like east European’s. When I approached her after waiting patiently to finish with the clients in front of us at the queue, she started a conversation with another staff who was climbed on a ladder to fix something on the ceiling. I waited together with my mum patiently, but when finally decided to ask her for the item we wanted she told me I had no manners because I didn’t say “please”. The exactly words I used were: “ Can I have the pair of this shoe?”. After this she completely ignored us, serving other customers, just to make us leave or to us who’s the “boss”. When we finally decided to leave I just told her she’s the one without manners and she basically almost told us to leave. The lady behaved like she owed the place and she could choose which people to serve. I worked in customer service long time and I know this is not the right treatment one should get as a client. This woman was literally racist and didn’t follow at all the guidance or procedures this company has. I know for sure I wouldn’t like to have hired a staff like that, who scares clients and is not selling the items they request for reasons of mood. Honestly this person was very very rude and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

One star for the shoes. None for the no service I received. The sales person refused to serve me because She asked if I wanted to try the shoes or just asking if they have my size. I asked her why she did not mention if I wished to buy. She said most people only come to try or enquire and I said don't always assume that about everyone. Therefore she did not serve me. I left without the shoes. The worst part is she did not tell me she wasn't going to serve me and I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting. I then asked her supervisor if she was going to serve me and I was told that I was rude to the sales person. Wow. Schuh Wood Green has the worst customer service of all the branches. I plan to go Oxford Street branch next time. Shame.

Went in for some new trainers that I needed for the next day. They didn't have many in my size but after asking for three or four pairs we managed to find one. The staff in there were really friendly , offered to order the trainers in for me. Not sure of her name but the short blonde lady was really helpful and smiley. Usually if a shop doesn't have my size I don't like to keep asking about other pairs because I feel like i am bothering them but she was so upbeat it felt like she was on my side.

One of the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. She tried to upsell a protection spray and when I said I already have something similar she turned to another costumer ans said "She says she got it but I don't believe that" ....Can you possibly be more rude than that as a costumer assistant?! The 1 star belongs to the manager for trying to fix that. This is the second time staff is rude in a schuh shop...recruitment team , you can do better!!!

The manager Rebecca was very rude, I wanted to exchange some shoes for others of a larger size and she accused me of having used the shoes, and she did not want to exchange them, I managed to change them through the official store which verified that I did not use the shoes, I will not go back to that store as long as Rebecca is still the manager, and of course, I will tell everyone I know.

I rang yesterday as I got called into work and wouldn’t be able to collect my reserved order. And the lady (her name begins with a C but I can’t remember what it was) was so helpful she extended my reserved order without any problem. Each and every member of staff is lovely. I was served by Ellie and she went above and beyond for me. Thank you!!

We bought a lovely pair of boots for my 9 year old. Charlotte (I think this was her name, Scottish accented lovely lady), was incredibly helpful. My daughters loved the treatment and the boots she recommended them. I couldn't be happier with the customer service.

Always found nice reasonable deals but I got Gazelle Adidas right now £44 and something offer. The worst purchase ever. Third time walking in them and the back is rubbing. Blood all over. Such a waist of money!

Fantastic staff and great management, always cheerful whenever we've been in. Bought some a pair of New Balance which fit perfectly and returned an online item for a different size with no issue. Thanks tons!

Recently I visited the Wood Green schuh and ordered school shoes for my daughter. However the shoes arrived as two different shoes. How could they put put two completely different shoes together?

Really bad experience I paid for the next day Delivery and I didn’t recive my items I will never buy online something from schuh again Never again Very disappointed

I am now a convert...best selection of boots that I personally like... Prices are fair . The assistance was just perfect.. Nice shop and I will be back for sure

Lovely staff, very positive, friendly, good vibes and a good overall shopoing experience! I was given a 10% discount just for fun so very happy with that.

Good store... but because of the dated building, the store is not attractive and on that side of the shopping always have problems (dangerous side!)

Yeah, it was nice in here, I went to collect a parcel I ordered to here. It was delivered quickly. Staff were helpful and friendly.
