I only ever buy my shoes from this place. Hands down my favourite shoe store in town. Sure they have a great collection of footwear (some exclusive products as well) and they are at a great location. But what separates them from the dozen other shoe shops around the corner is their customer care. Everyone working there is amazing. Unlike other shops where you have to keep flagging down a salesperson to help you try something new on; Schuh dedicates someone to you upon your arrival. In my most recent visit we had Sumayya B, who like everyone else working there was super sweet and caring. We had the difficult challenge of finding shoes that made my wife taller, but was also comfortable, matched her style and was affordable. We spent an hour there and Sumayya never lost her passion/energy, never pressured us to settle and gave us great solutions to the many problems short people face when buying shoes. She also offered us advice on aftersale shoecare. Consider this place before going anywhere else, you wont regret it!

Went in there this morning with my Grandson who has additional needs, and we was greeted by Kerry, and she was amazing with Riley, she measured his feet, the trainers he wanted had laces which he can not do, so they offered to put elastic laces in which would be easier, the other young lady who was working in there as well,( I don't remember her name sorry) brought the shoes out put the new laces in for me, they was so helpful, and dealt with Riley really well, making the experience stress free. The shop was very clean, and I was told about the promotions they was doing. Would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you for making this experience a happy one for me and Riley.

Ash helped me make the decision to purchase the most amazing pair of Vans I’ve had so far, and was so kind to find every possible variation for my specific shoe size. He was warm and welcoming and I would definitely come back as his service was the most pleasing, as well as the kind lady on shift with him which unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. Absolutely amazing experience due to the staff. Went to pick up an order. The shop floor was really busy but the staff members were so helpful and attentive. They Got my daughter to try them on walk around. Said she needed a size up, so they put the bigger size, made sure she was 100% comfortable with them. So kind and they gave both my daughters stickers at the end! Would Recommend everyone to visit this store :)

Selection for men's smart casual shoes wasn't as great as I expected but I did find staff member JOLIE very attentive and helpful. She was able to help me find a pair of boots that met my needs after walking into the store in pain desperately wanting to buy a pair of more comfortable shoes on a whim. 5 stars for Jolie for being super helpful and working with me to get me the right pair of boots.

We visited the Romford store to purchase school shoes, we was served by a gentleman called Iby he made the whole experience of buying shoes seamless. He interacted with the children and took the time to ensure the children’s feet were measured properly, nothing seemed to much, his service was great and we left with two pairs of school shoes

Lots of lovely shoes & boots for adults, teens and children. Prices range from cheap (ish) to the insanely unaffordable. My only gripe is that they don't display adult size 5 on the shelves, so any that I wanted to try on, I had to ask. Walked out unimpressed.

WORST store ever. Worst manager service worst customer service. Gave me false information on shoes Told me to come back to return the shoes and then told me it was worn from one day collecting it from store. APPALLING.

Great store, extremely helpful and polite staff. Was helped today by several excellent staff members, one stood out who was Tea. She was attentive to my daughters and it was a pleasure getting her assistance.

The shoes are all named good quality shoes but, they could do with more staff as it was chaos trying to get someone to get the shoes to try on and not enough space to sir and try the on.

Brilliant shop. The staff in here are very friendly and helpful. Always given a warm welcome when you walk in and offered help. Never have a problem finding what I'm looking for either.
