I had a flat tire and it took them a long time to arrive even though they were minutes away. The main guy immediately said he could sell me a used tire which would solve all my problems. A passerby who stopped by to help and to make sure I was not ripped off asked them to repair the tire on the spot. Supreme did not have the necessary tools to patch the flat but assured us he could patch it in his shop. He took the tire to his shop and then called back minutes later stating that the hole was too big. He proposed I purchase a used tire from him for $50. At the completion of the job he stated the price was one thing, however when we went to the bank to get the money because he claimed he did not have his credit card machine with him, he changed the price of his services. He was not able to give me a receipt and I still have not received a receipt to this date. I took the car the very next day to Goodyear and learned the used tire was bald and had lots of cracks. It was very dangerous for me to be driving with this tire. As a result, the used tire had to be thrown away. I do not recommend this company for their unprofessionalism and shoddy services.

Run! Went to this place to get my car fixed. Paid CASH! Guy had my car for 40 plus days and wanted me to pay upfront. Ended up paying got a rushed job and car looks bad, missing keys, missing parts to my car no gas tank cover. It says I don’t have a front right tire on meaning they destroyed my sensor and tire alignment. Called him text him no response. He basically stole 4,300 dollars from me. Don’t use them! I will follow up with lawsuit and charges that are being pressed for larceny through APD (Atlanta Police Department) I also go my car returned to me on the middle of the street with my keys left on the tire. Got to the car my MacBook is missing my Burberry frames are missing. Will post proof of text messages and pictures of your car. Working to get his contracts removed from insurance and filled a police report for larceny. Please see proof and text. Don’t take your car there! Who picks up their car at 1am in the morning. He told me my car would be ready several times and lied.

My second time coming to JB first was for body work although the first time customer service was HORRIBLE work was decent..this time I took my vehicle here repairs horrible job ..dash lights were on that were never there my car left with more issues ..will not recommend..this man even asked me to front money for someone else repair .?! How professional..I was told my vehicle would be ready numerous times and of course it wasn’t he didn’t even fix everything that needed to be done after having my car for almost 2weeks ..watching my gps my vehicle was in neighborhoods so I think he gets back yard workers to do repairs he has no knowledge of what’s going on ..so bad ..

I must say JV is top notch. My bumper was dented into my tire on my beloved Dodge Ram but he bought it back to life like I had just bought it off the car lot. I can not tell you how much I am so please with the service I received from him and his team. I must add he always kept in contact with me so that deserves 10 ⭐️. If I ever need anything done to anyone of my vehicles he will be the first one I call. Thank you so much JV for a WONDERFUL experience.

I took my Ford F150 here to get bodywork done. It took about three weeks before the car was ready and my repairs were not fully completed. My truck with lift smelly and dirty and I still have to pay money for repairs that should have been done. If you do business with these people in the future be sure to look over your car very well before you leave or pay anything.

Liar! Man stole my computer & glasses !! Stole my money! Filing lawsuit!! This guy is the worst of all people. Classic person of who not to trust make black businesses look BAD!! He is liar and will take your money!! NEVER GIVE HIM CASH! Never Zelle or APPLE MONEY ! He dropped car off in middle of the street and left my key on the tire!!!

I received immediate assistance,they came to me so no additional money would have to be wasted on towing services. My vehicle was repaired quickly and they went above and beyond to give me additional information to ensure my car was operating safely. They were willing to work with me on pricing which was a huge help ! Very kind people

I called and let them know I’m stuck on side of street and trying to see if I can get to there shop with this flat tire. They were right on time within 2 minutes I had someone working on tire. He saved the day. Definitely will use there service again

Kept me updated on arrival time and came when others said they wouldn’t in the middle of the night...highly recommended for 24/7 emergencies because no one else showed up or called back...worked fast and was prepared …

Called late at night about roadside assistance and they came right out. JV communicated well and kept me updated on his eta while I waited. I'd definitely recommend them.
