I asked for a pixie cut with sideburns and a ducktail. I even brought pictures. . The Stylist / manager flipped out his phone and started showing me pictures of what he had in mind. Again I reminded him of what I wanted and showed him pictures. . The guy didn't even know what a ducktail was. So after boasting to me, what a great stylist he is and how he goes around Consulting this that and the other he did not listen to his customer. . I left with four in of hair flopping around on the top of my head. No sideburns. Nothing, nothing that I asked for. After I sent a review and a question about what happened? I got a short note that he would look into it then never heard from him again. That's the last time I paid 50 bucks to a man half my age who thinks he knows what's best for my hair and silhouette. What a jerk.

En fait, je ne peux pas le croire. dès que j'ai quitté la solution saline, j'ai dû immédiatement envelopper mes cheveux dans une écharpe parce que j'étais tellement gênée. Je n'ai pas pris la peine de dire quoi que ce soit à la styliste car c'est une professionnelle qualifiée. elle savait exactement ce qu'elle faisait et elle voulait me faire du mal. elle voulait que je me sente moche. J'ai toujours été un grand fan de Paul Mitchell après avoir déménagé à Austin en provenance d'Atlanta, en Géorgie. Je serais devenu un client régulier fidèle et maintenant, je suis juste dégoûté.

My husband has had the same haircut for 30 years, and it has been a good, safe, haircut from the same person for 15 of those years. Our son has known Josh for years and recently started getting his haircut so my Hubby, with some nudging from myself and our daughter, decided to go in. He loves the new hair, I love the new hair and our daughter also gives it the thumbs up. It is nothing crazy, just a little longer on top and shorter on the sides, but it definitely is a modern update and really shows off my man's beautiful head of hair.

Renee is the BEST! I trusted her with a big change, and she did a fabulous job. I've had long hair for a decade, but now that I have two little ones, I decided it was time to chop it all off; she gave me the exact look I was hoping for. The salon is beautiful and Renee pampered me with a scalp massage, paraffin wax treatment, and wine, for a price so affordable, it was almost hard to believe! I don't typically get my hair done professionally, but she made me a believer and I can't wait to go back.

I live close to this salon and I finally decided to make an appointment. I was received with a warm welcome, an amazing hair experience and even a relaxing complimentary hot wax hand treatment and good coffee. I love my new hair color. I left feeling refreshed and my stylist even gave me some great styling tips. Will definitely be back and this time I’m bringing my son for a haircut as well.

BIG shout out to Jen!!! Came in after work with a low pony looking like one of the founding fathers and left looking like a princess. Her attention to detail was spot on. With everything I had done I expected to break the bank, but received a scalp treatment, deep conditioning treatment, layers, and curled hair for $60 and I couldn’t be happier. Thank y’all again!

Been to Paul Mitchell school for haircuts by students plenty of times, and always happy, but since they were still closed due to COVID, I saw this salon was an affiliate and was not ready for the absolutely amazing experience. Will definitely make the longer drive here from now on to have Josh continue to give me some clean cuts!

Husband and I each had great hair cuts to correct bad cuts. Both of us walked out smiling. I am sorry I forgot the young ladies name, her station is next to the owner's. We are only passing through but if we lived here this would be my salon

Best haircut I've ever had! Paraffin hand treatment and a wash and cut and a beer for 40 bucks. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and the work is top notch. Josh is wonderful and super friendly. Go here. You won't regret it.

Beautiful little salon with the same level of pampering as a giant Vegas salon!!! The staff is amazing! Renee is a great Stylist and she did a wonderful job with my hair and I felt so taken care of!!
