I would rather walk 20 miles than ever do business with this company. I am a caregiver to a totally awesome and very active individual who happens to be quadriplegic. Yesterday I worked an evening shift instead of morning shift so I could get them ready for a costume party and charity event they were really excited for. We called zTrip hours before the event to reserve a ride for them in a wheelchair accessible vehicle at a specific time. They confirmed. They sent a confirmation text and said they would call about 10 minutes before pick-up at 7 pm. Well, about 6:55 rolls around and nada. So we call. They confirm their reservation and tell us they are just waiting on driver availability. K, good deal. 7:05 rolls around. Still nothing. We call back again. They apologize for the delay and said they will expedite to dispatch. Okay, great. 7:15 rolls around. We call again. At this point we requested to talk to dispatch. They acted defensive and asked why and we said because we needed to CONFIRM that there was even a vehicle available that night. We get connected to dispatch and they tell us, no. There is NOT someone on duty that night to drive a wheelchair accessible vehicle so they are trying to call people in. We look up the bus schedule and realizes that if they can put their wheelchair at full speed they may be able to make the bus in 12 minutes. However, zTrip calls back saying that have not 1, but 2 drivers available. So they headed back home. They were then told that they found a driver but that there had been 2 requests for a wheelchair accessible vehicle and the driver opted to only complete the drive for the location nearest to her. My boss never got picked up, missed the bus that could have taken them, and ended up missing this charity party that they really wanted to go to because this company never told us there was not actually an available driver to fit the needs thus giving us time to make other arrangements. We asked why we received a confirmation text if there was not a confirmed ride? They said the confirmation was for BOOKING. Not confirmation of a ride. Despite asking repeatedly with EVERY SINGLE CALL over a period of 3+ hours, including the FIRST call to schedule (which took 15 minutes and 4-5 transfers of my call) we were assured every time that a handicapped accessible vehicle WOULD be available. At no point did anyone tell us there was potential for this ride to not happen. In fact, zTrip canceled the reservation later without notification after there was STILL no vehicle 3 hours after the scheduled pick-up reservation. What if this would have been for a wedding? Or the birth of a child? For a legal appointment? To get required medications before the pharmacy closed? Absolutely unacceptable and with no true apology or explanation given.

I'm not a rider but this is about a call I made to them. 6/19/23 about 5:15pm I called the 913goztrip that was on the side of the wheel chair van #1815 after several failed attempts to get the drivers attention because his driver's side sliding door wasn't closed all the way. Wasn't calling to complain just wanted them to tell him he needed to pull over asap and fully close the door especially since I couldn't tell if he had a wheel chair passenger or not because of the dark window tint. Customer service finally passed me to dispatch after having to explain 4 times what was going on. Then dispatch couldn't understand plain simple English either. Repeated it 3 times to her. I finally gave up and said forget it. Whatever was wrong is long passed now because it took so long for 2 people to understand that a WHEEL CHAIR VAN, of all vehicles, was going down the road with a door not closed all the way. God forbid there was a person in a wheel chair inside and it wasn't properly secured and that door came open and the passenger went rolling out down the road at 45-50mph! I don't know about anyone else but after being a professional driver of 28 yrs now in everything from a 72 passenger school bus to a semi with jet fuel I would call them to transport anyone any distance after this experience. Guess that's what I get for being nice & trying to alert someone of something like this and I even lead with this isn't a complaint just need someone to let this guy know so he can pull over somewhere and close the door.

I had made a prior agreement with a women and driver by the name Kris Brauer for her to pick my 16 year old daughter up and I had made it clear that she was a minor beforehand and she had excepted this agreement and today on July 9th she refused to pick her up and even hung up on me when I asked where she was. (She has been picking her up and dropping her off since June 11th until her lack of communicating her cancellation on July 9th) Throughout the entire time of her riding with her, my daughter has been giving her 15 dollars for both the ride from my house to my daughters job at 8:40 and from my daughters job to my house at 2:00.Today, she took the money for both rides, while only giving me one for the day. When I called zTrip to complain about her they had took her side, claiming that she was underage and that she shouldn't have been riding in the zTrip alone anyway, but in the zTrip terms and conditions it states that she represents and warrants that she had to be "atleast 16 years old" and my daughter is 16, as stated to Kris earlier, the fact that she's a minor is no excuse. zTrip trying to cover for her is a representation of their company values in that, they, seemingly have no regard for the safety of their passengers, as something horrible could've happened to my daughter because she was waiting outside, expecting a ride she never got.

I travel from KC to Cali several times a year. I always book A ride from the super shuttle website, and it’s always a Z trip driver who picks me up at my house to take me to the airport and then picks me up at MCI when I return and take me home. I always take an early flight out and return on a late flight. That means pick up at home around 4 AM and then upon return pick up at MCI around 1 or 2 AM. The Ztrip driver is always on time picking me up in the mornings and I never have to wait long upon my return. Last month I went to Mexico with a pickup at my house scheduled for 5:15am. At 10 PM the night before, Delta Air Lines texted me that my morning flight was delayed till 10 AM, which would cause me to miss my connecting flights. After being on the phone w Delta til 1:00am, they were able to reroute me on an earlier flight to different city to get to Mexico. At 1:30 AM, I was able to reschedule my Z-Trip ride to get a pick up for 4:45 AM that same morning and they were on time!! With 3- hour notice!! I moved to Kansas City from Sacramento 7 years ago. I don’t know when super shuttle was bought by Z trip, but in 7 years of traveling back-and-forth several times a year, I’ve never been picked up late (or stood up), not by super shuttle or Ztrip, for my early morning flights, and someone has always been there to pick me up when I return.

I now know what hell is like because I had to get picked up by Z-Trip. I had the absolute worst experience with this company ever in my life. They were contracted through a super shuttle to pick my group up at 11:00 pm from the airport. There were 3 of us including a six-year-old. I talked to the driver over the phone through dispatch when we arrived at the airport. When my group met him at the car he said he didn't have enough space for us. I reminded him that we booked this trip two weeks in advance. He then said he was not told that it was this many people and this much luggage. So we had to help him load the luggage. Once the luggage was loaded another person comes up to the car stating that this was their ride. Apparently, the company had double-booked passengers and did not tell the driver. The driver then decided arbitrarily that he would rather take this single passenger rather than us. He began to remove our luggage and tell us we had to leave. I tried calling dispatch they were unable to resolve the situation. I had to literally refuse to leave the vehicle before the driver would agree to take both of us home. Worst experience ever !!!

Z-trip provides the ability that it's customers may pay for their services, not only by debit or credit card, but also by means of cash. This method of payment seems to be more of a rarity than that of the past. I am personally grateful of this due my unsuccessful attempts to add my debit card as an option of payment. The drivers that work for Z-trip have always been quite interesting, as this is a good thing. They always have clean and open vehicles. The drivers are empathetic, nice, friendly, communicative, on-time and professional. They arrive on time always and they drop me off on time as well, safely and gently. Now, they don't always have an open driver to accommodate my needs, provided it would be at an hour that most people would be napping that I needed the services. My opinion; Z-trip provides the best and most efficient taxi service that is available to the Kansas City area and surrounding. I highly recommend Z-trip as being your everyday choice for when that day comes you are in a bind and you need to get somewhere and you need to be there quickly and safely.

Horrible service. Used the App to book a trip because they had cash and that was all I had on me at the time. It said the driver was 8 minutes away. When I clicked to book the ride no driver answered. After about 20 minutes I called them. They said if no one came in 25 minutes to call back!!!!! It was almost 2am at this point. I called again after no one showed. Took me three calls to get someone who didn't sound like they were on a bad cell phone and they said they only had 3 drivers and the nearest one was 20 minutes MORE away. After 20 minutes now it is after 2am, the bar was closed, I am a single female stuck outside. A driver called me and said he would be there in 25 minutes. I said forget it and got a friend to drive. It would have been after 3am by the time he got there. TWO HOURS after I booked the initial ride. Another time I needed a ride to work. As I was waiting for the driver the app went blank. TWO drivers called me and one was mad that I had "booked 2 trips" which was not the case. Then he hung up on me. JUST DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!

Trash business. Accepts reservations, doesn’t tell you no one is coming, and then makes no effort to help you. Almost missed our Chiefs game due to their unprofessionalism. We pre booked a car and they didn’t even bother to contact us to let us know one wasn’t coming. We need to know to make alternate plans. When I called to find out where the car was, no one had any idea, then said there are no cars, then said “we took care of it for you”. Took care of what? So is a car coming? No, no car is coming. So what precisely did they “take care of”? And the customer service rep just kept repeating that phrase. “We have taken care of it for you”. I hadn’t paid yet, so he wasn’t refunding me. Why even take a reservation!? (Insert Seinfeld clip here! They’re great at taking the reservation, just not honoring it) They took care of nothing, which is how they take care of their customers. Treating them like nothing. Don’t make the mistake of booking with Ztrip, arrowhead stadium should get rid of that agreement. Uber to the welcome center instead.

Wow is all I can say. First, the length of time it took to get the ride was not the drivers fault. We booked our hotel because of this shuttle to the stadium for the concert. The venue did not have enough staff and doors open to accommodate the fast drop offs for the drivers. However, when our driver picked up a group of 6 people the first thing out of her mouth was don’t get in if you have an attitude. 6 of us got in. Was told three people could fit on a bench that barely could hold two. My husband had to sit on the floor. Which the driver drove erratically and once had to slam on her brakes because she failed to slow down in enough time. This caused the back passengers to fly into my husband and myself. The passenger was hurt and bleeding due to this. On top of the driver begging us for water. And the fact the shuttle had no working AC. I was asking for the windows to be rolled down. She finally did about 1 minute before drop off. It was a crazy experience. I would think twice before I took another ride with that company.

I made a pick up appointment at 7:05 as my son had an Amtrak ticket for 8 AM. At 7:15 I called and was told very nonchalantly that they didn’t have a car in the area and they would try to find one! His train left at 8 AM! I couldn’t believe this. I made the appointment the night before, scheduling and giving rides is all they do! she wanted me to wait 15 to 20 minutes to see if they could find someone. By then he would be late. They didn’t even bother calling me to let me know someone wouldn’t be able to pick him up. Very unprofessional and they didn’t even care. I immediately scheduled an Uber and someone was there in less than 10 minutes. Totally unreliable. I will never ever ever use them. Update: The guy showed up at 8:00 AM. My son would’ve missed his train! I talked to the driver about it, he was super super nice and he said it happens all of the time and he’s surprised that they are still in business! Stay away from ZTrip!

I tried to use this business, but this happened; 1. The day before a surgery I had waited for four years, I scheduled service, explained how very important it was for the driver to be on time and even set the pick up time twenty minutes sooner than necessary. When I was given the order number, the order taker assured me that he understood the importance of dependable service. 2. However, twenty minutes after the scheduled pick up time, there was still no driver. When I called ZTrip to check on the driver, I was told simply that apparently the driver assigned to my trip had not accepted the trip. There was no apology, only an offer to try to find another driver, but without an ETA. 3. Therefore, I had to drive myself to the hospital and pay for three days parking. 4. Although I sent all the details of this ridiculous, needless, negligent situation and I have not received a reply whatsoever.

This guys are killing drivers. Charging $95 per day to drivers. Drivers are complaining about $120 gas per day . All the cars here are selvage titles they have car shop there and they repaired there.I ride with this guys everyday but none of the drivers are happy. I heard drivers paying $95 car lease , insurance $100 a month, gas $110, car wash fee $1 a day and company takes 5%. Total driver’s expanses are about $270 a day. How come drivers are working there ? But 99.9% of drivers quit with in a week. They are always shortage of drivers and gotta wait hours and hours. Whoever own this place gotta change all this . Having a hard time for riders and drivers. So, we don’t need this company here at Kansas City . I don’t ride this anymore because of waiting hours and hours.still killing drivers. Gas price is sky high and still paying not enough to . drivers. This guys are stealing that budget.

I need a ride service in Kansas City that can transport me in a wheelchair being recently paralyzed. However their service is almost always late and I was told by dispatch that wheelchair rides are not guaranteed. I found out that if it takes longer than 2 hours to get you a ride, the system automatically discards your ride and has to be resubmitted (this is so their system doesn’t show wait times longer than 2 hours). Then when your ride finally shows you may find that the equipment to secure the wheelchair in place is either missing, broken or the driver has absolutely no clue how to use it properly. They also are frequently missing a seatbelt or the driver just doesn’t use it. I find this absolutely unacceptable and needs to change or Kansas City needs to find another ride service for their programs.

I was a driver for this company THEY ARE A RIP OFF, I drove their Ride KC program for them, I never got paid any of my funds! Then on top of that their cars are nasty, they always break down and the dispatchers are RUDE! The poor Ride KC passengers 9 out of 10 times are picked up late or never picked up at all, the dispatchers NEVER communicate with the riders and what’s sad is they leave passengers behind that need their services to substain quality of life!! Not to mention the cabs are disgusting, they break down constantly, and you can never get into the shop!! Did I mention when you drive regular taxi for them the majority of the time their credit card machines charge people 5 to 6 times their cab fare!! DO NOT USE KANSAS CITY ZTRIP I REPEAT DO NOT USE KANSAS CITY ZTRIP they are a FRAUD!!

I rode with ZTrip after it was assigned to me when booking with SuperShuttle. I saw the ratings on Google and was definitely nervous since I had a flight to catch the day of my ride. The driver arrived about 20 minutes ahead of schedule just to be sure. Better early than late, I suppose, but I had to drop everything to make sure he wouldn’t leave without me (after reading Google reviews). He was very friendly, but he needed some initial directions to get back on the road. He also drove about 10-15 MPH over the speed limit in some areas, which made me nervous about us getting pulled over, but we fortunately didn’t. I ended up getting to the airport safely and on time. I will likely use a different service next time, but it certainly wasn’t as bad for me as some reviews say it was for them.

I prescheduled a trip to the hospital for a procedure. The trip takes 12-15 minutes and I gave them 40 minutes in case they were late. After the car was 10 minutes late I called and they had not even found a driver for my trip. I had to cancel my trip and drive myself and will now have to beg someone to take me back to my car later, after I am able to drive again. I called yesterday and let them know that the time was an issue and was told that they noted my file. Also, every one of their customer service agents were out of the country and I had a very hard time understanding them. I asked for an American and was told that they did not have any. I would have given then zero stars but was not able to. Their motto should be "we'll pick you up if we want but don't count on us for anything.

It’s sad that we as riders or the caretakers Cca not vice or concerns. In a nut shell over the years I’ve complained about how people up those on the phone. But when my mother’s phone was left in a contracted car and no one was willing to assist I went to the building to talk with the supervisor. She was rude from the jump. I asked for privacy she said over a missing phone nastily. She had 2 other people (who looked like me) to talk to me cause refused to take accountability of her drivers. I over heard her tell some people I was screaming when that never happened. She denied it of course. She walked towards me in a threatening manner. But called me the threat. Thank God I was recording. These are elderly people who needs to be treated with respect. Not treated as a child.

I scheduled a ride for my mother for yesterday August 2nd which was her birthday. She wanted to go to a restaurant so made reservations. I scheduled the ride a week in advance. I call that morning to make sure they was coming and call around 4pm to make sure again and they told yes they were. They was suppose to be there at 5:30. I called 5:30 until 6:30 they kept saying someone be as soon they are in the area. Someone told that the ride is not guaranteed to show up, why if you schedule a ride it's not guaranteed and why would I schedule a ride with that company if I not sure you going to show up for me to get to my doctor's appointment so sad. They never showed up and my mother was disappointed that she didn't get to go to the restaurant. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

We used to refer Z-trip to our senior residents at my place of business all the time, but I will never again. Lately when we have called for rides the residents have been left waiting and waiting if anyone ever shows up at all. When you call dispatch to see how long it is going to be, they just tell you the driver is on their way and it will be 10-15 minutes. I called for a resident this morning and she waited for over an hour when we were told it would be 15-20 minutes. Then when I called again they said the driver must have picked up the wrong person and they would send someone else. She has now been waiting for over 30 minutes and when I called to check on the ride, they told me it would be 10-15 minutes more. This service is terrible. Never again!

Made a reservation at 1:00 for a 6:00 pickup. They called at 4:00 to confirm. We think all is good going to the Chiefs game. 5 minutes to 6 we call and are told well we will see. 5 minutes after our scheduled pickup we are told well we don't know if we can find anyone in your area. 6:15 we called and they said we are still trying to find a driver. We said forget it and I called and had to get a parking pass online and we drove to the game and got there by half time. We missed half the game because of these bafoons. Don't use this company they don't care, are not concerned with peoples timeliness and have pitiful customer service. We td them we were going to give them bad reviews and their response was very good.

Showed up to hotel in Kansas City had a flight next morning needed to be there before hotel shuttle runs. Called at 6pm night before scheduled a 2:30 am shuttle to airport got confirmation text thought all was good next morning I called at 230 to see where our ride was and they said they couldn't find a driver. I drove to the airport paid for my parking a 2nd time since I couldn't park at original lot at hotel. They never did find us a ride they finally just cancelled the ticket. I. Glad I made the quick decision to drive my family to airport when they asked me to wait patiently while they tried to find a driver. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO PROVIDE A RIDE

Absolutely the worst ride service I have ever experienced in my life! If I could give them 0 stars I would. KCPS booked Z trip for my son to get back and forth to school for the school year, and I was on the phone cussing them people out everyday! It was beyond ridiculous! I have too many situations where Z trip was just ridiculous it was really just very stressful and unprofessional and unorganized. I understand the shortage of drivers, but that was not the problems I encountered with them. I told KCPS I was not dealing with them anymore.

Unreliable I booked a trip through the z trip app for a wheelchair accessible vehicle. I did this a few days prior to my appointment. It was confirmed on the app. The day of my trip, I received an automated call asking me to verify. I did and the trip was confirmed. I waited from 1:45 to 3 pm. No driver. I phoned the company and was told that wheelchair accessible vehicles are not guaranteed to arrive on time. Why does the app not furnish this information when you request a wheelchair accessible vehicle? Bad customer service and support.

My husband ordered a ride on 11/21/21 for a ride at 4:20 this morning 11/22/21 the driver cancelled and I only found that out for calling. Then they can only say we are working in getting a ride dispatched . Then a message saying this ride has been cancelled because they have no drivers. I hate that this company took over all cab services. This company is just horrible . Would not recommend to my worst enemy. What’s the point is reserving a ride if can not even get one and all your drivers do is cancel. Thanks for no service

This is the worst taxi service on the planet!!! My sister has been calling them for 2 days trying to get a ride so we can celebrate my mother's birthday tomorrow, the receptionist tells her they're searching for a ride, got her waiting for hours and hours when she tracks her ride it says no car available. Now she don't know how she's getting to my mom's, this taxi service was good in the beginning, But now they have fell all the way off Just throw the whole company away #byefelicia

If I could do ZERO STARS I WOULD !!! I called and schedule a 10:05 pickup from 600 east 8th street. They did show up …… 35 minutes late of course. Once he arrived I asked if he had a bike rack he says no and immediately pulls off. This was an extremely discouraging experience. The fact that I lived at the pickup address & could have easily took my bicycle back in is upsetting. Now I’m out of a ride & I’m possibly fired form work. Thank you driver of the van 673. I really appreciate you inconveniencing my life.

Would do negative stars if I could. DO NOT USE ztrip. Made us late to the air port when they first picked us up to go on vacation and made us wait nearly an hour after the arrived time to pick us up after vacation. They do not offer refunds either, even if it’s before they actually give you a ride. When we call to see where they are they always say they are “10 minutes out” when they’re not so don’t believe that when they tell you the same thing. We made these reservations a month out. Called for a ride to the KC game. They were late, however, that wasn’t the main issue. They said they would pick me up and my father after the game. He is very I’ll and this was one of his dying wishes to come to this amazing Kansas City MO. They refused to come get us even though they said they would and refused to give us a reason. They didn’t care they are the worst for lying and leaving me and my sick dad on the curb stranded. We had no way to call for a ride or get a ride home. Horrible horrible people.

Really wish I could give them zero stars. My grandmother has a power scooter and wanted to attend my surprise birthday party. Her and my mother planned this round trip from her nursing home to the venue WEEKS in advance and called back the day prior to confirm the arrangements. My grandmother was outside waiting over an hour and they never showed up! When my mother called to see why she hadn’t been picked up they said that her pickup wasn’t guaranteed. This was NEVER mentioned in any other correspondence!!

I have never had a good experience with z trip. They are horrendous from the operators to the drivers, you're lucky if you get a ride that actually shows up. I guess I should be grateful. After spending the night in an ER waiting room chair they finally showed up 12 hours later and trying to get to work and calling for a cab THE NIGHT BEFORE ,, I'm an hour into my shift and they STILL can't find anyone. Why even be a company? Especially not one that provides transportation and you can't even do that

I called them for a ride for my wife and son to the hospital to visit me they told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes almost an hour later they called back and was told that the driver reported that they picked them up and delivered them and the job was complete when I called back to complain I had to request to talk to the manager two different times. I hope that anybody that needs a quick ride somewhere fast does not use this company because more than likely you won't get there anytime soon

I called ztrip and they made a reservation for me with 10-10 taxi. They promised me a 325am pick up for 5 people with luggage to the airport. When they didn’t show I called and they told me a driver could arrive 45min after original scheduled pick-up time. This would have caused me to be too late for my flight if they did actually show so we had to drive and pay to park and cancel a different ride reservation for our return. Very disappointing. Luckily I had a back-up option.

I used this service to take me and my disabled mother to the store. We got there alright, but we were left standing outside the grocery store for 2 hrs waiting for the cab to pick us up. I called several times and was told they would get us a car asap and no one ever showed up. When I got a call from the drivers there was nothing on the phone except a high pitched screech and then it hung up. The service counted this as me not answering the phone and kept canceling the trip.

At 5:30pm, I scheduled a pickup for 4:00am the next day to go 5 miles from the hotel to the airport (MCI). Got a confirmation text at 5:55pm, with a booking number, and even a link to a page with the correct booking details. At 4:05am the next morning the taxi had not arrived, so I called dispatch. They said the nearest taxi was in downtown KC, and it would be about 30-40 minutes! So they know how to take a reservation, they just dont know how to keep the reservation.

This company can’t provide ETA’s. When asked if I could have some sort of eta so I can make sure I’m able to be at my orientation for a new job, I got a rude response and told to call back in 20 minutes. Thankfully I’m trying to get ahold of a ride 3 hours prior to my appointment. This whole business structure is messed up. This is a taxi service there is no reason to try and reinvent the wheel. This is a failing company and for good reason too. Bunch of idiots

One of their drivers were speeding down my street, almost hit me while I was trying to back into my drive way. Then the driver proceeded to yell at me! He drove off before I got his vehicles number. I called the complaint line but they don't keep track of where their drivers are. Pizza places know where their drivers are but this "legitimate" company doesn't know where their vehicles are? Yea i wouldn't feel real safe getting in one of their taxi's

Oh my lordy… after 15 minutes after the time the driver was supposed to be there I called and called and called then finally a man called back said he’s on his way he didn’t have any other drivers he’ll be there in 20 minutes… finally showed up didn’t help load my bags. Once got in he said “I hope we make it” well unfortunately I didn’t make it and missed my flight back home! Wouldn’t ever use them again. Should have read the reviews before booking

Booked a wheelchair ride 2 weeks in advance, they confirmed I needed the ride a hour and a half before scheduled pick up, stood outside with Mother who's in a wheelchair with broken femar for over an hour before I canceled the ride. Called dispatch three different times as we waited all they would say is we're trying to locate a available driver. Needless to say we missed her Doctor appointment. What a terrible first and last impression.

A driver picked me up and his attitude was nasty. He was sarcastic. I asked how was his morning, no response. I told him where to turn at and he didn't have his turning signal on, that's why I told him where to turn, that's when he got sarcastic. He mentioned he has GPS but he was turning onto another street. Normally I tip a driver SOMETHING but unfortunately I didn't give him one today. So he doesn't get a good review from me.

Do not plan to take their shuttle from Arrowhead stadium as listed on their website. The website says for all Arrowhead events a shuttle is available to either Crown Center or Marriott Downtown. This was our plan but upon not finding a shuttle after an event we called and were told ztrip has not done shuttles for 1.5 years. The ztrip cab to the stadium was efficient but the cab smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Confirmed my ride. Waited over an hour past my predicted driver arrival time. Just for my ride to then be "canceled" somehow ... I called again and explained the situation without any help. Was put back in line on a ride list and waited another hour... by this time I was over 2 hours late to work. So I got a ride from somewhere else. Please fix whatever could possibly cause this to happen. It doesn't make sense.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I reserved a wheelchair van for Thanksgiving over a month ago. My parents were to be pick up at 12:45. They called 2 hours before and confirmed it. Now, 2 hours later, 4 phone calls to ZTrip and no driver showing up, it is showing that the last person I spoke to CANCELED their ride. I WILL SPEND THE $800 TO RENT A WHEELCHAIR VAN BEFORE USING ZTRIP AGAIN!!!!!

I called to get a ride. He said it would be an hour. I waited for the hour thinking my ride was coming. After more than an hour and l Called back to find out that my ride wasn't coming. He told it probably would be Another hour cause he Couldn't find a open car .l Told him to forget it. I am 67 years old and l walked Home . Took me 45 minutes. Your dispatcher Sucks and needs to learn how to speak English.

Driver billed me twice by asking me to swipe my credit card twice despite my pointing out that it was approved the first time. You cannot reach anybody at their accounts office to get your refund.Poorly staffed, not very knowledgeable and very poor customer service.Do not ride in one of their vehicles.They have defective card readers or may it is just deliberate to cheat customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a cab today at 8:30, am because me and my cousin had somewhere to be. And it's 145 when I'm posting this, and I still have yet to get a cab.and they called me 3 times to tell me that my driver was on the way but never has someone shown up.it's been 5 hours, I should have at least gotten a can by now and the kept cancelling my cabs

Out of the 6 times I've needed a ride, they only actually showed up half the time, and only called back on 2 of those occasions- about 2 hours later. The ones they DID show up for were the 1010 taxi rides though. And they were friendly for those, and quick and the rides were short and easy. So... I don't know, you got a 50/50 shot at it. Dont use this service if its in this silver prius, #654. I was on the highway, in dense traffic, and this individual cut me off where there was clearly no room to switch lanes, then proceeded to swerve through traffic and travel at excessive speeds. From my experience with other vehicles from ztrip, the drivers appear to be either ignorant or belligerent

I was trying to get to my concert and had scheduled a z trip car for a specific time way in advance and they came 15 minutes early and someone came and took our car because we weren’t out there 15 minutes before the pickup time. So then we had to order another one and they were full. Very unhappy that I ordered a car and someone else was able to take it.

Was visiting in Kansas City at the Argosy casino called for a wheelchair accessible vehicle at 8:00 I kept getting notifications until after 1:00 a.m. that they were still looking for a driver. This was not the only time over the weekend during my trip that z trip stood up a person disabled in a wheelchair and their reply was we cannot guarantee pickup

Blue Z-trip compact car driving WELL above the speed limit in construction zone cutting other cars off. Crossing 3 lanes of traffic coming down the on ramp onto the highway. This is the second time I’ve called to get a ride to a doctor’s appointment and they failed to pick us up. My mother is in a wheelchair and they have no conscious or courtesy to let us know they are unable to pick us up. Stranded and vulnerable to the outdoor elements. I do not recommend this business for wheelchair individuals!

I called zTrip for an elderly and disabled customer after 730pm. The automated service was no help. I had a hard time talking with a rep who was not able to look up the pickup address after I gave her the address and business name. Customer waited over 2 hours for a ride. Someone else was able to get her a ride.

For weeks they are always late by up to multiple hours, and when I call they say they haven't even sent someone out yet. Then why let someone schedule for that time?? Saw the driver of the 662 car let a cart go in the parking lot at price chopper on Bannister. Someone else caught it and left it in a parking space against the cart corral. This person has no regard for people or their property. Where you put the carts was literally in the next spot over. Do better

I called for a taxi. The driver called to confirm, said he was about 10 minutes out. Never showed. I had checked the tracker after call and it said accepted. Then it updated to no pickup. Made me late for my appointment. Was told by hotel to never use a taxi in Kansas City. I certainly won’t.

Riders and Drivers have to put up with a lot. Riders sit for hours waiting sometimes to never be picked up. ZTrip screws their driver's over on their car lease and have so many fees you have to pay just to get paid. If you choose to work for them just write SUCKER on your forehead.

I had a driver pass me on 24 highway in Independence. He was doing 20mph over the posted speed limit and ran a red light after other cars were starting to turn with green arrow. I wouldn't trust them to drive me across the street.
