I walked in to this beautiful shop with flowers already purchased from another place that were just about alive. The florist took them, took out what could not be saved and created a beautiful bouquet that was definitely not what I walked in with. They were stunning. I purchased another two bouquets to compliment the one he changed for me. These were flowers for a friend, and they loved them and thought they looked stunning and had so much effort put into them. I cannot recommend this florist enough. Beautiful designs, and is able to arrange flowers not available here in the UK as long as they have advanced notice. If looking to give flowers for an event, look no further than Zeldaland flowers.

Amazing florist. Excellent products. Fantastic customer service. Zeldaland is my local florist. I became a regular customer ever since I moved to Teddington. I buy flowers for my flat once a week and the owners are more than willing to help me decide what to go for. There have been many times where they assisted me with getting the best arrangement within my budget. They have educated me (and continue doing so) on how to compose contemporary flower arrangements for my flat. They are extremely skilled, and artistic and they genuinely care for the satisfaction of their customer. I hope them all the best and for them to continue doing what they love to do.

Disappointing quality of flowers and aftercare service My mother who celebrated her 94th birthday recently was sent a bouquet of flowers by her grandson. The flowers arrived on time and looked amazing. Sadly, after six days, 60% of the flowers had died. She called them to explain as she was very upset and the person she spoke to told her that the flowers were only guaranteed for seven days. When my mother told her that it had only been six days, the person was rude and put the phone down on her. My mother in law is of a generation who expect quality and courtesy. Sadly this florist displayed neither. Would not recommend.

Not helpful at all. I walked in today as my rubber plant leaf were falling off so I decided to get advice (not purchased at this shop), but thought maybe I get advice from them didn't find them helpful at all. The guy was too busy decorating or wrapping flowers. The lady saw me but totally ignored me not the first time I have been to this place have visited few weeks back again unhelpful. Will not be going here again.

Wonderful place. Is run by a lovely couple who always know what I am looking for. The perfect loyal shop you’re always looking for. The way they treat their flowers is so delicate and with so much passion. Attention to every single detail. The most amazing thing is their rapping. 100% recycled paper and ribbon. Very friendly and helpful in arranging a beautiful flowers for a relatives funeral. A delightful green and white sheath was perfect for the day and are still looking splendid in vases over a week later! Many thanks to all - definately recommend! ps (The bumble bee was something else!)

Flowers were lovely and lasted for 2½ weeks but the man openly admitted putting £20 on my bunch for valentine's day, not sure if this is normal for florists? Would use again but not for valentine's day
