went in to @Home La Lucia Mall on a Saturday afternoon.. struggled for 15 minuted to find king size duvet , pillow cases and fitted sheets. Interupted 3 store employees chatting to each other to ask for help... got the roll the eyeballs.. do we have to help treatment .. so I left... will not be back

Store has a limited range of items. Staff not particularly helpful. On enquiring about a specific item I was looking for, I was just told to try Pavilion or Gateway instead, no effort to check if either store perhaps has stock. And I was the only customer in the store.

Great service. I needed a stainless steel pan. Price was R799 and it was on 35% off. I got the pan for RR519.35. It's always good to ask what's on promotion. And the staff will double check on their system. Very happy.
