Bahria Town International Hospital exceeded my expectations with its outstanding medical facilities and a team of highly skilled specialist doctors. The hospital offers a wide range of medical specialties, providing comprehensive healthcare services under one roof. Their attentive approach and willingness to listen to patients' concerns instilled confidence and trust. The hospital's commitment to patient comfort and safety was evident throughout my visit. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were impeccable, promoting a healing environment. I am grateful for Bahria Town International Hospital's dedication to providing top-notch medical care and commend their efforts in maintaining a world-class healthcare institution.

Disgusting staff behaviour…. They charge separate for room and nursing and staff support and Dr visits but if patient needs to be shifted for any treatment from one place to another then instead of their staff shifting … they ask relatives to shift … on complain the managers are rude with caretakers rather than taking actions against their own staff .. nurses are incompetent and rude … they take patients as money making machines but don’t give the standard of service one expect. Careless behaviour and no active management makes this one of the worst experience… stay away if you can…. Only one star as the only hospital far from city near Bahria Town …. They could do much more to serve the local residents… 22 thousand a night room charge where no AC work … no tissues …. Not even face mask.. if Dr is charging 3000/ visit then surely he can afford to provide one out of examination glove but even glove is charge and ask to be provided separately… what a joke

They almost killed my mother by administering medication that was contraindicated in her diabetes. Many doctors came one by one had very poor bedside manners and contradicted each others diagnoses. So ridiculous. One said she has pulmonary edema the other said she doesn't. One said she has a UTI and needs to be admitted after the fact their "senior" doctor came before and said we don't treat UTI if it has no symptoms. And also the senior doctor said in conclusion we don't know what's wrong with her after checking her serum blood and symptoms. Clearly bad teaching from the senior doctors part and lack of knowledge of all the other doctors. Afterwards I went to a different hospital and they diagnosed her in 10 minutes.

Expensive too much Treatment is slow Totally mis management They have assigned us room no two hundred nd 2 But when the time arrives for shifting they cancelled us and room was given to another patient they fooled us .. totaly ediots are managing this hospital Hand sanitizer hanging on walls are empty always. Wahrooms too dirty, as well as washroom walls are to much dirty. Washroom taps are not working. Smelly washrooms. No fragrances installed. Lifts are too much congested every time if patient had to be shifted the bed is larger then lift size. Lifts sensors are not working properly.. everytime if someone is shifting patients lift gate is closing and hits its near objects

I had extremely bad experience in Bahria international hospital due to poor management and ineffective MO especially Dr Jaweria in Gynae ward. Doctors should show empathy and have some respect for patients and their attendant . But this doctor is worst because of her ego and no knowledge. She was more concerned about the sitting arrangement in ward and sofa. Dealing with patient’s attendant with rudeness. Bahria admin should teach their doctors at least empathy or select those doctors who are qualified or nice .

Worst experience ever , worst doctors, u can better call them قصای . On 7th of march 2023 dr jawad sajid killed my elder sister during open heart surgery ,and he just said that her heart tissues were very weak and we are unable to stitch them جب دل کھولا تب نظر نہیں آیا تھا یہ سب ؟ نا کرتے آپریٹ، پیسوں کی خاطر ایک گھر اجاڑ دیا ظالمو ... They are playing with others life just because of money , they forget one day they will also be in grave

My first experience of being admitted at a hospital in Pakistan and I must applaud the team of Dr. Anna who took care of me. She explained everything in detail to me and was very polite and attentive. I went to the emergency room with food posioning and the process was very smooth. She asked me direct questions and narrowed it down to what it was very very quickly. I am glad I live in Bahria and this hospital is a stone throw away.

Came here to donate blood for someone, the surgery was at 9am, i am sitting here since 8am and waited 2 hours just for the patient's sample for cross match. Now that they have given the sample at 10:20AM, the blood bank has given an estimated time of 12:30PM for bleed (donation). Being a doctor myself i know it doesn't take this long. Not even in government setup. Never coming here again not even for donation.

Overall good experience. Nice Hospital needs some improvements if they claim International standards. This morning I visited A&E ward for my child, ceiling ac was leaking near the bed. Doctor advised water based powder however there was no disposable cups with water dispensers. I've to arrange my own cup. It's mean customer has to take there own cups for visiting an international standard private hospital.

Used to be a decent hospital when it started but the standard has fallen. The hospital is so dirty and unhygienic. There is never a doctor in emergency. They dont change bed sheets and pillow covers for days. They are all covered in blood, hair particles and urine and even after complaining nobody bothers. It should be avoided unless not possible due to distance
