Very limited variety of products, services and food options. Was expecting a lot more from Metro Multan. They don’t even have routine products like soap shampoo of normal brands which you may find at any local grocery stores. The staff is not cooperative. Infact they were seen chit chatting with colleagues and nobody bothered to attend the customers. Also the Prices are not competitive enough. Its distance from the main city is another issue. Its competitors like KK Mart, Chase Up and Freshco are offering variety of products at amazing prices. Moreover, there are not much food options available if you feel hungry while shopping. There is a corn stall only which is not enough. However, The infrastructure of Metro has a competitive advantage as there is vast parking, security and a vast main shopping hall. The premises is neat and tidy. Ambiance is pleasant. Recently Chen One also opened its shop in Metro building which is a great thing to see. The main inside hall is vast and thus navigation is very easy. It’s high time that they should stock up with more of products, make prices competitive and customer service more responsive. Otherwise who would care to travel such a long distance away from city for shopping when they have a lot of options available at heart of the city. They need to catch up with their branches in Lahore or other cities in terms of expanding their product range and prices. It’s been long since the inauguration of Metro Multan still it has failed to make it impact in the market.

Finally Multan has Metro Cash n Carry. It's good to see Multan getting all these big franchises hopefully next is hyperstar and carrfour. Starting off with the parking it's nice but not a huge parking considering how many people will come here. Entrance of Metro is good first we have electronic items counter. But sad to say electronics lack a lot of products like cameras laptops computer accessories phone accessories. So I'm hoping they will add more products in future. Rest other products including toys home accessories and sports items were I guess in sufficient quantity. The grocery department was also great and full of all the necessary items. In the end they have sufficient no of billing counters to tackle all those customers I was able to quickly go through billing without standing in any queue.

Very bad experience.Even though place is huge as compare to other malls's stores & market but products are of low quality and countered products are of few brands.Clothing counter is so small and cheap quality stuff .1 entering & exit are being us by both public & vehicles.2nd why staff was behaving that its like some kind of red zone or vvip building.Don't touch things.Don't take pictures (They should learn some manners ).3rd you can buy fresh juice but you cannot drink in store.Wow ! There is no food point in metro so if you are shopping for long time you are not allowed to quench your thirst.Worst expereince of this hyperstar.

METRO CASH & CARRY is one of very famous stores in Pakistan. Once you entered in the store you can find every item regarding your daily life. Not only daily life but also other categories items. Everyone is curious about the pricing, prices of some items are market comparative but some items' prices are high from open market. But overall its a good experience to shop in. A large range of variety items available in the store. Some items are missing during my last visit, but its not that much problem that you can't even visit the store.

I am regular buyer of grosery, fruits n vegetables, meat, bakery and electronics at METRO multan. Rest are satisfactory except quality and rates of fruits n vegetables. All the times when I bought fruits n vegetables , these were found of highly inferior quality when used at home whereas price was quite higher than Market . I have already complained during feedback taken by representative of METRO Multan at store but of bo use ....we have therefore decided not to buy any fruit n vegetables from METRO Multan in future

Best shopping experience in multan. You will find almost everything there. Fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy meat of all type, fish of wide range. Pickles pulses dry fruits etc. Groceries, garments, a huge variety of electronics. The best part is you can find ten of brands stacked together in a rack with price tags on them, so greater decision power. Very decent staff, spacious building as compared to kk mart or chaseup with clean and safe toilets. Overall a pleasant experience. And they also have free parking

Mall is very big , space is vast but most of the things are missed in grocery items . Crockery is much expensive. Meat items are very clean and satisfactory. Fruits and vegetables are good but not much fresh(available everything) Bakery is good. Car ride is good option when you are tired from your naughty kids. Cosmetic portion is also good. Sport area shopping, electronic is quite good and much discount price. Clothes portion needs more stuff to introduce. Although , you have everything in one place.

I bought their fresh French and Garlic bread, but they were excessively salty and unable to eat. I called them and complained their floor manager, he noted my address and said he is sending someone within an hour to pick up the remaining bread as a sample so they can test it and check if it's according to the recipe or not, but their rider never came and after 2 days I thrown away and nothing happened against my complaint. Also their prices are higher than market rates on all items.

Its a great setup for shopping under one roof in Multan. But prices are needed to be reviewed and should be more competitive as Multan is not an industrial area. The people over there are mostly middle class or lower middle class so price factor is very important to run one's business in this area. Nobody would buy your product when one is available cheaper on Chase Up or some other similar store or in hole sale market not very far and located right in the mid city...

Metro Cash and Carry Multan is very well stocked and a treat to shop at. Especially their fish and meat section is very well endowed. They carry a large variety of Sea fish and as well as some fresh water fish, they need to expand their fresh water variety considerably though. They carry all major food brands and their sauces and dips section is the best stocked in Multan. It's the only store that carries Dawn Breads brand and multi grain bread. So visit when you can.

This place itself is a whole new world itself in it. Grossery , electronics, shopping brands, kitchen utensils, equipments, veggies fruits all kind of stuff all in one place most surprisingly that's was my first ever visit here and i got goosebumps see this world. Just adding i visit second time here and i admire their Butching section. Hygienic and clean racks, fresh meat cut in various sessions of a need. And a well mannered staff

Some products are expensive then market. If there are some products on discount you buy in bill they charge GST that increase your bill and your discount gone. Hahahaha. 10km away from city. You can buy all products from local market which they have in thier store. And also at low cost then metro. After you buy at counter they ask you to buy shopping bag if you refuse then you have to take all things without shopping bag...... But how......

The parking is quite spacious. But it is quite far a way from City. The access road is always busy specially during School Time. The traffic at North By Pass Chowk is quite A Nuisance. Metro is a good Addition for shopping. The prices of Electric Items is competitive but Grocery Items is a bit expensive. Staff is cordial. Everything is available there. If you register yourself then you can get discount on Grocery items.

Metro Cash and Carry is located away from Multan City near Beacon House Bosan Road. Store has vast area for parking. Entry and Exit points are different. But store is away from main city. Super store has all in one store you can get everything here, but still need some variety of things. Specially garments has few items. But as per their management they will improve soon. It's opening time is 8AM which is very positive.

It's excellent in Multan.. A spacious place with enormous car free car parking and lots of variety in everything with fresh fruits vegetables and meat.. I liked much.. Metro is a very good place but i would rate 2 star for two reasons 1st their staff not all but i noticed two of them they were way too much rude not cooperative one was of account and return department and other of i donot know. 2nd you can get fooled buy the promotional services offers written on the price tag of the shelves or whatever you can say i think metro should improve to avoid loosing its customer

Good experience, change in shopping style for the people of multan, decent place with huge variety of products related to home, motorcycle, car accessories, engine oil, Tyrese, furniture, all types electronics, cellphone, AC, LED TV, sound systems, garments, grocery store, bakery items, frozen food, all kinds of meat are fruits, kitchen products, kids toyes... You should visit this place.

I didn't like that they don't provide any pre-packed sugar packets, and also charge for paper bag to bring a kilo of sugar home. Very cheap or mean way of customer service, no where else like this. They are wasting lot of paper in printing full A4 size receipt for even a single item, which can be replaced with any small printing roll. It's hell of wastage of trees used to make papers.

Metro Multan is good place where we can make maximum shopping under one roof but with higher prices as compared to its competitors. As an example, I bought my car tyres Rs.1000 higher than company offered price on its website. And that company Paid back me that extra charged amount after my complaint to them. Overall prices are on higher side except some promo products

1# Things are very very expensive there. For example a file cover available for Rs 130 on other shop was sold at Rs 190 at metro cash and carry, so please beaware before buying anything from there. 2# Rs 90 was charged for the bag they provided for the items we purchased. 3# Quality of fruits are very very poor quality and again at high price as compared to market.

Was a good store worth visiting...offers and rates are good with nice amd clean environment...the crew members must be trained every week for performing professionaly as there is a lack of communication and body language skills...most of them judge people by their looks, dressing and color and afterwards start gossiping...they need to be checked on that !

Like Islamabad and Lahore , Metro Multan is a good place to find all daily essentials under one roof. Good mega store but i am unable to understand their tax thing. For example: 2700rs is actual total price but they will charge 400rs of GST tax on it. Other than this price thingy the availability of different varieties is something appritiatablle. You will find anything here which is hardly available in any other store in Multan.

People must be aware of *Metro Multan Scam*, salesman insisted me buy Nestle Juices, kolson cakes and Chilli Sauce at 50% discount. Before i even use it, it was already expired. I am not worried about the money lost, just afraid that i could use these products without reading expiry first. Highly Not Recommended.

Everything is ok. But little bit expensive as compare to local market . Vegetable and meat section is reasonable. Bakery items seems bit expensive. Eletronic items are expensive as compare to market. Discounted offers on some electronic item seems better. Over all best place for shopping under roof.

Good mall,can buy all items but on entrance if you dont have mask then instead of providing mask free as it's big mall they demand Rs 10 for mask.. However I have visited shangrilla cousins near chungi # 9 and some other good shops ,they provide free of cost.

Great service , quality and variety. One of the best places to shop in multan for all your home needs. However can be a bit pricey and some things such as cups / single glasses are chipped or broken you may need to look closely for things.

Bread is mot upto mark as I bought metro bread in china which could fold in two but still Wouldnt break. But here it breaks the moment pressure is applied. Cant even hold a morsel. Rest of experience is good. Old memories attached

Good one but doesn't have clear policy. I went there and had ideas if staying there for an hour to do some shopping but they closed it at 8pm while on the internet it showed that it'll close at 10pm.

There was a big difference between the rates that were written and the bill receipts. The lack of variety was obvious. But the attitude of the management and the employee was very high. we liked.

Not as busy as busy metros of Lahore. The cash line was quick. However overall size of metro cash and carry is not very large. The service was good and people were cooperative.
