Needs improvement. It's a supermarket thus there are a lot of items ranging from grocery, crockery all the way to clothes . It even has a parking in the basement. There are several problems however. Firstly it's overcrowded most of the time and often even the road is blocked in front of the store due to the amount of people shopping here . Secondly the behavior of the staff is pathetic. They won't even talk to you properly and will make faces if you ask too many questions about a product. Moreover the prices are much higher compared to most other supermarkets in the city . Otherwise it's great especially since it has a large collection of imported items which I haven't seen in other supermarkets in the city .

Amazingly surprise What a wonderful place in Multan. No doubt thousands time better than mall of multan. Almost every thing avaliable under one roof. Fresh food counter is really fresh and there is no smell of meat. Seafood isn't available right now. Every floor have own uniqueness. Everything available for example. Fresh food, pharmacy electronic products, furniture, wareable products, kitchen appliances so many more......... But parking is very dumb. No proper lighting and space.. The most important thing about kk mart is price. Cheapest prices cheapest rates as compared to market rates

A good and economical mart where almost everything can be found. But it's a bit congested and narrow. Instead of making it wide they made more floors although it's a good idea but they should make it more comfortable for customers or visitors. Sometime it's difficult to breath here because of too much people. It'd be great if they manage this. Also we never saw any stuff from this mart on social media where we can find some updates and all. They should add and promote stuff on social media so everyone can see what's new here or if we go there we'll find it.

GOOD : A good mart with pretty good variety of products. Meat section is very good. BAD: I suppose they were suffering "huge losses" so now after purchasing groceries worth 30 to 40 thousand rupees, u will have to pay them another 70 or 80 rupees for shopping bags...... It's not a problem...just irritating.... Just like the irritation u face while leaving the store...ur trolley will be "checked"...to make sure u don't steal anything ...and obviously u can't do anything about it ...

I had a great experience shopping at this departmental store. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well-organized. I was able to find everything I needed quickly and easily. They started off pretty well but everything has been downhill since. Their valet team literally sat in my car for 15mins with AC and radio on. All recorded on dash camera. Never used the service again. Their staff is also very careless. Broke our mini washing machine while bringing it to the basement and they didn’t return it. Parking is a hassle with everyone wanting to stop right in front of the main door

I am shopping from one thing since 4 years now I am an old client of KK mart up But from last 6 months my experience is going very bad I have asked for Perfume and others things whenever i go there is a new boy or girl standing who tells tried and rude him that stock is not available yet When i ask them when the stock will arrive, they say hysterically, they don't know anything.

Nice Mart. Having 4 floors and in each floor they catagoerize things in different sections. You can buy grocery items, clothes, decorations, kids toys, stationary, exercise equipments , baby products ,etc They have different price range in every catagoery. If you want to see whole Mart thoroughly you must need 2 to 3 hours for this.

Lovely place for shopping of all types of articles ranging from clothing, grocery, kitchen ware, decoration, crockery, footware, stationery, toys, jewellery and sports. Footware articles and not worthy as per price. However, you cannot find better option of shopping for whole family anywhere in Multan city

Nice place for shopping of assorted items. But, unfortunately, most of the time, the staff is busy in arranging/putting various items in shelves, hence creating hurdles for customers. This should be done at night when customers are not around. Prices are also not mentioned on some items.

There are a lot of shopping malls available in Multan but kk mart is the best mall with respect to shopping with family.There are a lot of variety of everything here including low cost to high.I would like to recommend to visit the place being the Citizen of Multan or outsider.

I'd say it's a great place to buy home small appliances. They have a wide range of skin care products of different brands, perfumes, and makeups. The staff are so nice they will take care of the things y need. In case if their isnt what u ask for, they always have replacements.

It's a magical shopping wonderland where there is something for everyone. We were lost on every floor, and all the stuff they had was simply amazing and high-quality stuff at an affordable price. A must visit place whenever you visit Multan.

Visited twice in two weeks. A very good experience, but to make customers pay for breakage on the checkout with no fault on their behalf is a big minus in my book. Customers be warned of the fact.
