Worst experience ever. Third class service and lower than third class staff. I ordered my pizza at 6:12 pm and they said i will get my order in next 60 mintues. I do have recording of them as well. After 1 hour their call center representatives were like sorry we will call you after 2 minutes and nobody calls back. Then i called again at 7:30 and they said sorry there is a problem in our system let us know if you still want this order or should i cancel it.

This is by far my worst experience with pizza as compared to other services. I ordered pizza for home delivery and they delivered 20 mins after promised time. The pizza was not fresh or hot apart from very scarce topping. It was served without any sauce and no napkins/tissue papers were delivered. Upon complaint at their given number no satisfactory response was given. I would not recommend this outlet as their quality of food and services are poor.

One of The best Home Delivery Pizzas in Karachi. Their calzone pizza is my favourite. Their pizza size is the biggest i have seen in Pakistan especially on delivery. Their king sized single slice is good enough for a girl and just enough for a guy. However, their sauces, packaging and delivery services are all of good standard. They have a unique taste and have never once had a complaint from them in my last 5 years.

Their calzone is one of a kind and if u have a BOGO or vouch365 coupon...it gets even better...in 1000 u get full calzone which is enough for 3 people easily...and by 3 people I mean 3 normal people not people who eat like there will not be another meal in their life...if u haven't tried this one...be sure to do so next time...only delivery and takeaway option available...no dine in....

So if you order through Foodpanda, you wont get any food !! Had to wait three hours before finally cancelling my order ! Every time you call their support, you would get the lousy response that the rider is just coming. They could've easily declined the order and said to re-order or order elsewhere but asking someone to wait for 03 hours after ordering is simply quite un-professional.

No one can compete with the calzone of NYP and when it comes to the cheaper Tuesdays no one can also beats the price as well... This is a place which is offering 30% off on every Tuesday as long as I can remember. I always recommend this place to everyone asked for some authentic calzone but can undoubtedly visit them for their Kingkong 21" Pizza with Nyp special flavor.

The DHA branch has a terrible dine-in area. It seems like a rip off of the real thing. The pizza is not very good either but better than the ambiance. I'd rate it after Miss Hens Pizza. It may have been good if it was the competition of a local brand like Miss Hens, but as an international franchise it really disappointed me.

Besides their other pizzas, Calzone has its own unique taste and style. All the goodness is wrapped under the two yummy layers of its gough. Center-filled cheese, cream, mushrooms, pepperoni and chicken have there own unique flavor which can delight you mood intently. For me it's something very special and delicious.

It's the best choice. I like their New York Style pan pizza, Fajita and other flavors are also found good. The pizza quality is better then many other expensive and well-known brands. Moreover, they interesting offers make it best choice in affordable cost (specially for regular customers)

It had Ham (chicken), Spicy chicken chunks, Capsicum, Mushrooms, lots and lots of cheese, crushed red chillies that were making it more spicier, dough had many dried herbs including crushed coriander seeds which gave it a nice aroma. They gave garlic mayo sauce along with it

A Good pizza point incase you are nearby and hungry and do not want to spend more. I actually like the taste of New York Pizza as it tasted like the one you made at homes. The only thing you must be particular about is what you are ordering and order that clearly.

I think they need to work on the atmosphere it looks like a govt office more, than a pizza hub

Ordered their special pizza...too gooey & greasy! And too oily! Also ordered their Calzone...too creamy, again! This place is for ppl who really like their stomachs full. Total dent on me was Rs.3650/- There're much better options out there.

I've always been a fan of NYP. Their stuff is good probably the best value for money. I like their calzone supreme is probably the best thing I had for a while. Other than calzone, I am a regular for their Fritza fries.

One of the best places and my goto place for a warm and delicious Pizza, Their quality and service is always up to the mark. New york special flavor is the best flavor to order and their Calzones are to die for.

They all r unprofessional. All the time they made mistakes like mix the content of the deals. Put all the stuff on the same box just to save their shoppers or boxes. The food quality is also getting poorer.

The Worst Pizza ever eaten. On the Day of Azadi 14th August 18 . I decided to try it. The filling was ok, but taste is not good, secondly very less cheese used. As if I'm eating mostly dough part.

The New York Special Pizza and Creamy Fecato Pizzas are awesome, dine-in area although was not up to the mark, however service was very good. Definitely recommend it on taste and value for money.

NYP Badar commercial branch DHA is a SCAM ! Beware !! They send their guys to sell coupons which they refuse to entertain with lame excuses although the coupon is valid.

Restaurant can be a lot nicer the interior is shabby I usually get home delivery. But pizza is great with lots of toppings my favorite is traditional new York crust

Pizza is good but with Time the quality has dropped down plus with delivery time exceeding 50 minutes is not at acceptable when one is having cravings for pizza.

My order was late and the place was too dirty ..... went there after a long time .... had already ordered to had to pick my order ..... not going to order again

I have already asked the guy on counter that I need mild to low spices as my kids won't be able to eat otherwise but still it was extremely spicy even for me.

The worst branch you will ever visit. Another thing this is only for take away 2nd thing the unprofessional staff. Never gonna visit this branch again.

Dine-in was in renovation state so had to return from there. Will visit in future after completion of renovation so will update the review accordingly.
