Visited the pizza hut last week nice quiet place not that big or crowded so enjoy our meal one thing with the pizza hut is the taste always same across all the branches staff was quite friendly eat in or take out upto you would recommend dine in to enjoy the hot meal not big dine in area so not recommended for big family gatherings or parties. Go and enjoy best meal in a quite place.

I had a friend with an allergic reaction to onions so he explicitly told the waiter when he was taking the order of the issue and got a separate pan pizza for himself. When the order arrived, guess what? It had damn onions even after having mentioned it thrice that the pizza should not have onions. Regardless, it was pointed out and when it notice was taken, the waiter suggested that my friend simply remove onions. I hope the severity of this is self explanatory.

Overall a bad experience ...After a whole day of fasting you come to know that NO drinking water would be available, and in place of water , i was served with pepsi seven up or dew . Only few limited type of pizzas available which are not delicious to eat . Pizza's were non professionally made...with stale taste. Hot wings and pizza with seekh kabab crest outer are not included in meal which are mostly liked Very tiny place avaialble for offering prayer .

Pizza hut used to be the only good pizza in Pakistan but over the years many other players entered the market and no doubt their pizza are giving very tough time to pizza hut. Their overall taste and quantity is decreased drastically and that's why it's now not the number one choice for pizza lovers. Ambiance is good though. However their Kabab and Cheese stuffed pizza is still no one other is offering.

This branch has worst of everything a restaurant can offer. Every time you visit they will tell you to pay via cash cause their pos machines are not working. Most of the items on the menu are not available or out of stock. And if you are lucky and manage to get something, the staff will make sure that you get the worst quality of the food. I will not recommend this branch/franchise to anyone.

Very excellent environment for the working ppl. Who are at job and want to hav food inbetween ! Excellent salad they provide .pizzas are warm fresh and scrumptious! . Its gone a bit expensive though can't have it every week . But once a month its a good eat out .good parking they have too .take away branch it is basically .but they provide a good sit in too ....

These days there are so many amazing pizza joints in Karachi that Pizza Hut with their high prices just can't compete. But when you are in a hurry and need something familiar then its a good choice. This branch does not have seating on the ground floor so not recommended for ppl with mobility issues.

Terrible dine-in experience! I was reminiscing about the first restaurant at Boat Basin, Karachi. It was fabulous. But this one was like a low-class, local eatery. I guess this marks Pizza Hut's shift to delivery & take-away, internationally. Apparently, same-store sales declined by 1%.

Although there are numerous pizza restaurants in town but still the still Pizza Hut is the best, quality is maintained throughout and price very competitive. The outlets are located in in different parts of the city, the service is quick and home delivery very prompt.

Pizza Hut has considerably reduced its quality in the recent years, and prices are going real high. Pizza Hut management must look into improving its quality, specially in comparison to its competitors which provide much better quality at very reasonable rates.

Good quality for decent discount on food panda .

This is from when dine-in was open. Branch needs to up its service. The same guy who served pizza was also mopping the floor. I don't know how, but the food was great. Still, I would be cautious visiting this branch again.

The management was laid-back, and person guest were given priority over regular customers.. the salad variety was pethatic (4 salads and 2-3 sauces).. Even the pizza was more bread than cheese.. place used to be good

There was no water, decorum was so poor with stained walls and broken floor, there were rats running around and price still being as high as usual.. im never going there again!

Pizza has improved in taste a lot. Garlic bread were not appealing at first but got them changed so turned out to be great! On the whole a good experience!

Taste is still awesome as always. Quick service & peaceful environment. You can book your order through UAN and get your order ready for dine in or take away.

The staff taking the order was not paying attention to me. And just kept talking with their college. This made my experience at this branch very unwell.

Yes its giod no need to review as it is well known chain. But i think more good options in town in better prices so at last resort i go pizza hut

Food taste was good but not very clean tables are greasy washrooms are dirty not maintain well really disappointing. Dine in is not suggest.

At Ittehad branch only one Air conditioning unit was functional with poor cooling, wash room filthy and over all decor disapointing. …

Visited branch located @ Khayaban e Ittehad. Pathetic Experience regarding taste and place. Although waiters were doing their best.

Pizza is tasty staff is very friendly and they can customise the pizza as on your wish staff is also very trustworthy and honest

The ambience is not good, there are better choices of outlets around, taste was average and there was only one person serving.

Pizza is very good .. Lazania is bad-uneatable.. Taste is onlygood until larg size. Dont order double extra larg..
